Cons We don't have anything that we disliked about Insightful. I guess the only point of improvement for our current setup would be to have the ability to manage PTO straight from their software. Cons The low user friendly plataform, I think should me more intuitive when using it, it happens that when you are looking for specific fields, you wend in other that you were not supposed to be. Worth pushing back gently on the pricing point, though. Insightful isn't a simple tracking tool. The full workforce intelligence suite (process insights, productivity optimization, real-time visibility across teams, and more) is what reviewers on G2, Capterra and elsewhere consistently vote as best value for money.
