A bit frustrating experience overall. We took a gamble with paying for this software and it proved to be a mistake.

Pros

I was aesthetically pleasing and pretty easy to learn how to use. When working properly, the software really is effective.

Cons

Freshlime seems to be overly expensive for what you do get. Customer service is not great. Also, I had a bug where I lost leads due to issues in the system on their end.

Pros

Initial service was good. Their chat bot questions were not well written and they were slow to respond to requests. Later we started losing leads because their system did not send the leads properly.

Cons

Lost leads through their system breakdowns.

Customer service was good and attentive. Request platform was aesthetically pleasing. The products just were not worth the money for us.
