I’m very happy with the Restroworks billing reports. Some reports are especially useful, like the item contribution report, which helps me check item profit and cost, along with the Menu Mix reports and the daily sales reports. Overall, the reports are very simple and easy to understand.

Pros

I am very happy with this application because it makes billing operations smooth. My operations team is also very happy with it for daily order punching, and we are able to get the relevant reports we need. It has also been very helpful for the Restroworks implementation team.

Cons

Nothing, as of now, that I dislike about the POS application.

With the help of the Kitchen Display System, we’re able to track preparation time of the items in real.

Pros

The stage creation feature, and the ability to assign stages across multiple KDS, is the best option we’ve gotten from Restrowork software. It helps us manage our orders one by one, in sequence, and keeps the workflow more organized.

Cons

We are not facing any major issues with billing at the moment, and I hope we never do. Billing is working smoothly.

Good -It addressed our lack of reliable data and off-site visibility. Previously, tracking sales and settlements was a manual headache. Now, with detailed reports and the mobile Cockpit app, I have instant, accurate insights into sales performance from anywhere. This allows for better tracking, analysis, and informed business decisions.

Prompt Service Support, reliability and support is what makes it good.The fast, smooth billing and seamless online order integration is appreciated.

Cons

need few more scope to implement few things like local integrations as per the region. This will help us to utilize 3rd parties in a better way

Easy billing, able to take orders in tab and also in POS, all in one screen able to manage the billing like combo, addons etc.

Pros

Table Layout, Order punching on Tablets, Integration, Add On, defined offers, Passcode restrictions, user access restrictions like options are very useful to manage the restaurant billing. Multiple tab options like Dine in, delivery options, multiple pricing also additional options available.

Cons

As of now nothing like major issues in billing, if any we are connecting required person and getting support on that.
