Easy billing, able to take orders in tab and also in POS, all in one screen able to manage the billing like combo, addons etc.

Pros

Table Layout, Order punching on Tablets, Integration, Add On, defined offers, Passcode restrictions, user access restrictions like options are very useful to manage the restaurant billing. Multiple tab options like Dine in, delivery options, multiple pricing also additional options available.

Cons

As of now nothing like major issues in billing, if any we are connecting required person and getting support on that.

Easy billing helps to get the order process quicker and fast. Maintaining inventory helps to record the instock and processed stocks. Kioks functions helps to get the order process directly reducing cashier and billing work. Easy to get orders from swiggy and zomato directly at billing screen with auto accept functions.

Pros

Billing and Inventory is easy to manage and maintain the restaurant flow. Adding many features like QR, Online Ordering, Kiosk and other 3rd party aggregators in one application makes it unbeatable and favourtie for mine.

Cons

If main pos is down then printing stops then needs to reload the entire application in other pos. Currently rather than this we do not have any cons.

Restroworks billing application using more than 1 years and this is very fast 24\*7 customer support application.

Pros

Billing interface is very fast and smooth. Users friendly application and easy to understand. Real time sale data analysis, this is the best application in hospitality.

Cons

Zomato & swiggy integration is very helpful for managing the customer orders and online orders are automatically synced with Restroworks POS realtime.

We are using the restroworks billing POS from last 1 year in our outlet. It is very helpful for new staff to learn fhe software easily through Academy module.

Pros

We are integrated with Swiggy and Zomato for Online Orders. Its has very fast syncing of online orders directly landed to Our Billing POS system.

Cons

Sometimes printers are not working in running operations, but we call the support team for the help.

Pros

Nice features in the application and quick support with fast resolution. Online integration is really helpful for manage the online orders and with real time orders tracking.

Cons

Sometime print issue is coming due to system IP change that fixed by the support team quickly. Overall good application and nothing to dislike as of now.
