Overall This is a good software to automate the food and beverage operations. I am a regular user of IDS but I feel that this software is also doing well except the occupancy report generation. It seems that it gives value for money.

Pros

Operationally the software is fulfilling all necessary requirements and helping us to perform all food and beverage operations successfully. The customer support is very good and onboarding of the software is really well executed by Mr. Prasad.

Cons

We can not take the occupancy report of hotelogix from this software even though the integration is available.

We are using software for a long time. Order taking from customer and updating customer details is very easy, intuitive user interface and easily navigate the application features.

Pros

Restroworks fast printing support and bill edit feature. Real-time online order management and reporting. Cockpit application this is very helpful features. Support team is always available for quick solution via call and chat.

Cons

Billing application is working smoothly. Sometimes printer got stopped but support team fixed the issue immediately.

Restroworks is very easy to understand and user friendly application. So far very good experience. Multiple integration support including Zomato, Swiggy which help us to manage and track the real-time orders management.

Pros

Good support with availablity of 24\*7 immediate assistance, nice application along with multiple features and revenue driven product.

Nothing do dislike as of now, very supportive and helpful product for resturant operation. Thank you

Quick Billing, Best Reporting functionalities, Quick support and resolution as well as inventory management helps the restaurant to operate smoothly.

Pros

Restroworks application has many reporting features which helps to analysis the sales report and other activities. The application is easy to understand and operate. Auto acceptance of online delivery order and kot printing is the most i ike.

Cons

Revenue generated through online orders is the most important feature, and QR ordering plus the Kiosk feature also benefit restaurants. The team is always available to help when needed. The application includes a KDS (Kitchen Display System) that helps prepare orders by organizing the various preparation levels required to make each item.

Pros

Restroworks best thing is online ordering you wont miss the orders even if internet goes down we have a seprate access to check online orders in a different portal which can be accessed through any mobile phone or laptop. The orders lands automatically once the internet is restored and gets auto settled.

Cons

There is nothing as of dislikes for now. The application is working fine and good and there is no issue yet.

The Application helps in solving restaurant in many ways. 1. Application helps in billing faster and has inventory options also which helps to tracks records of inventory. 2. Reporting functionality helps to get all sales data quicker and easier more then 200 reports which makes it different from other application. 3. Smoother landing of online orders on the application dashboard and auto settle of the same. 4. Quicker support from the implementation team which resolved if anyhing goes wrong.

Pros

The application is easy to operate and punch orders. The application has one user interface and all the operations takes place on the single dashboard of the billing. What makes it more interesting is the application have various online landingoption available which helps to do billingmore quicker and faster.

Cons

Offline billing is somewhat challenge if internet goes down but this also gets fixed if we take support.
