There is no such thing to dislike, the software operates as it is supposed to work/operate.
Can't say there is any feature to be disliked. Everything that is present in the system works without any problem.
The integration with Swiggy and Zomato is extremely painful with POS system as the system face consistent issues with menu updates and crashes from time to time.
Customer Service is available on-call, but the delivery is ZERO. Most modules come at additional costs, which makes this software expensive, yet in-effective.

Pros: Support team is really good and helpful and in this we have some features to update the item status to out stock as per the availble stock in the kitchen and bar

Overall: Its good so far and team is very supportive.
Pros: We are satisfied with the Application and with their smart Card setup. For our inhouse canteen we have started the smart card and its stopped the cash flow. We have started assigning the smart card to all the staff with the recharge amount and they can reddem the amount in each bill. Reports are also good.
Cons: In first month due to the some mistake in inventory, We have faced some issue and they have suggested us to wait for month end. Now this is resolved.
