  • We have received positive feedback from our staff and customers alike, praising the system's ease of use and reliability.

  • The best part of the POSIST is, it is user-friendly and helps us manage the Restaurant operations. Also, customer support is very responsive and provides quick resolution.

  • Team is very happy with the POS and also very happy our management because they have live report for all the stores in their mobile phones.

  • The Implementation team service is top notch,they are helping us into difficulties. The team is very supportive and they are understanding the Food Businesses and requirements.

Cons

  • There is no such thing to dislike, the software operates as it is supposed to work/operate.

  • Can't say there is any feature to be disliked. Everything that is present in the system works without any problem.

  • The integration with Swiggy and Zomato is extremely painful with POS system as the system face consistent issues with menu updates and crashes from time to time.

  • Customer Service is available on-call, but the delivery is ZERO. Most modules come at additional costs, which makes this software expensive, yet in-effective.

"ITC Feedback For POSist "

Overall: Integrations are superb now vey easy to manage it in cloud kitchens as well

Pros: Very Quick respond and very polite for solution.Since very long time we are using POSist, Very good support, team is very politely to handle all the issues. We are ok to have POSist, Very friendly nature, superb support

Pros: Overall Service is good and we have not any problem. The service of the support team is improved as compare to the earlier Support.

Cons: The Chatbot Feedback of the customers should appear in the Cockpit app as well.

"Posist Application Review"

Overall: We can update the item status to out of stock and in stock from the billing screen only.

Pros: Support team is really good and helpful and in this we have some features to update the item status to out stock as per the availble stock in the kitchen and bar

Cons: That out of stock functionality i have mentioned that should automate from inventory management.

"Vaoyage of Wellness Review for Restroworks."

Overall: Its good so far and team is very supportive.

Pros: We are satisfied with the Application and with their smart Card setup. For our inhouse canteen we have started the smart card and its stopped the cash flow. We have started assigning the smart card to all the staff with the recharge amount and they can reddem the amount in each bill. Reports are also good.

Cons: In first month due to the some mistake in inventory, We have faced some issue and they have suggested us to wait for month end. Now this is resolved.
