Since this is cloud-based, the reports can be managed from anywhere, at any time. As mentioned, there are more features available to manage the restaurant using this system. Integrations, CRM, a mobile app, and module-like options are also available.

Pros

Restroworks billing software has all the options related to restaurant and sweet shop operations. From enterprise-level menu creation to outlet-level billing, everything is available within one system. It also includes features like KDS, QR Code and delivery Integrations etc.

Cons

Some times loading and syncing issue facing while creating menus but not majorly, but this still can be resolved.

So far my experience is really good with implementation member \[sensitive content hidden\]. He is very good in understanding our requirement and quick to provide the solution. He is available all the time whenever we require support. Overall the software is also good operationwise.

Pros

Restroworks is giving the freedom from manual work by integrating with the PMS software directly. It is very to manage the restaurant with the help of restroworks. Customer support and implementation team member \[sensitive content hidden\] is very good with their understanding. It is possible to define the online payment separately.

Cons

The generation of the bill number is not effective as it generates the bill number starting from each terminal number and then starts from number 1. Instead it should continue the bill series which is already started on another terminal.

Overall, from operation point of view the software is fulfilling all needs we have. The customer support system is also very good. Mr. Prasad from implementation is very good as a trainer and troubleshooter.

Pros

The most beneficial part is the order punching, automated KOT printing and real time basis reports generation

Cons

the bill number generation method is not as per our standard. the software generated the bill terminal wise which is not good for our account department

We are using Restroworks at the Thane branch of Sbarro, and we are very satisfied with the POS system. It provides excellent features such as reporting, online order integration, and inventory management. The system has made our operations much easier, smoother, and more efficient.

Cons

Some time, support takes time to connect but it is rare. If possible they should improve on this. We get solution for the problems.

Pros

Integration with Hotelogix is very useful for managing our guests data on server. All bills are automatically synced with Hotelogix after settling the bill in Restroworks POS.

Cons

Sometimes bill prints are not in proper alignment, but we call the support team agents and they fixed the alignment issue.

Sometimes support number is not reachable, but after sometime we received a callback and they help us to resolve the issue.

We can update an item’s status to in stock or out of stock directly from the billing screen. With the right permissions, we can also manage prices at the cluster level. We can add items with their variants option for online orders, and for takeaway we can directly search for the variants option. This saves a lot of time.

Pros

Restroworks is a simple, easy, and feature-rich application. Restroworks is a new-generation POS application. I have used many POS applications, but Restroworks is very good and has some unique features, like marking an item as out of stock directly from the billing front screen, where anyone can quickly set an item as in stock or out of stock. We can also add variant options for items for online partners, and for takeaway orders we can use the existing setup without base items. This saves a lot of time while punching orders. The team is good and helpful, and Rahul is very nice. We have Paytm integration and EDC integration, which also help us track real-time transactions. The Academy is also very helpful for training new people.

Cons

We don’t have any escalation matrix in billing to void or apply a discount. We have to wait for the Area Manager to enter their passcode.

Posist software is very helpful in running restaurants and online orders. It has various features one of them is tab wise price changes it helps alot for having different prices for different tabs. Reporting features are very valuable as multiple reports are there which helps in getting sales as and when required.

The application works entirely on iot device if its down only pos is operational needs to comeup with something which can have all the pos working.

We are having restroworks in our all the running Anardana outlets but we proudly want to share the feedback for it. Firstly i want to thanks the team who provide the support when we stuck somehere with the process. This is a Restaurants and bar based application and every feature designed accordingly. From 1 place we can manage all the Anardana Outlets.

As a brand we want to download the monthly reports but in the application we have to enter our email and we will get this reports over the email.

We have 180+ reports, and they are very good and match our requirements. Almost every report we need is available in this application. We also have a few reports that are very special for us and that we use on a daily basis, such as item-wise contribution, daily sales reports, and taxation summary reports.

Pros

This application is very easy to use for a QSR outlet. It is well defined and properly aligned with QSR operational needs. We use it on a daily basis for operations such as order punching and running offers. It is also very helpful for searching orders and applying the offer discount.

Cons

I don’t have any dislikes at the moment, and there are no daily operational issues so far...........

Pros

It is really very simple and easy billing software for to manage our restaurant. As master and billing are separated no disturbance while billing and punching the orders. More over all integrations can be done and automatically the orders are landing in the POS as there is no manual update required Any kind of printing can be done to get the orders Default Offers can be set which automatically apply only with limited permission. Overall simple and worthy system.

Cons

Sometimes without syncing the bills find difficulties in reports but can be managed after auto sync. Reports generation period can be increased more.

The orders lands automatically once the internet is restored and gets auto settled.

Cons

There is nothing as of dislikes for now. The application is working fine and good and there is no issue yet.
