Posist has all the good featuresWe use all features of posist like- manual order, Online order, QMS, inventory . All works really good.

Cons

Posist does not have all reports more than one month together.

### "Not Recommended for Bigger Operations"

Software is OK for small restaurants which have only 1 terminal and limited business. For complex operations, the software does not work, reports mismatch, data reliability is not there. Not recommended!

We are using Posist for order taking at restaurant, we are also taking room service orders using posist.We also have banquet halls and posist banquet module is used for managing all the functions properly.

Pros

We are using Posist for restaurant billing and Banquet Billing, we have also integrated with our PMS (Hotelogix) so that there is a seamless transfer of billing data between Posist and Hotelogix.Reports are very useful.

Cons

There is not even a single thing that i can say that we don't like; things are generally working as expected to work or function without any problem, and in case we need any assistance, then the support team is there to assist.

Has given me a solution for POS and inventory. The inventory information is reliable at single store level but not at an aggregate level or for spokes.

Pros

Gives correct information for the kind of data input Very supportive team to learn the platform

Cons

Requires high learning curve and not intuitive. Does not have a solution for Multibrand, multistore dark kitchens

Rista planned to shut operations so decided to switch. So, did finally switch even though Ristaa continued. Limetray was the first platform we tried. It was a poor solution for inventory. POS was good.

It helps in day today running of restaurant orders even if your system breaksdown or internet fails if you have another system it wont hamper your operations. Your billing will work regardless of end issues. most trusted application.

Pros

Easy application to understand and fire orders. Managers and Stewards find it easy to operate and manage both dine-in and online orders. The application has all the required restaurant operations in a single page, making restaurant work easier.

Cons

No disliked as of now; we have been operating the application for a few months and didn't face any issues. Some issues were there, but it has been resolved as of now no issues and no dislikes.

Easy to use and user-friendly, though there are some error while using, but customer care is supportive.

Cons

Customer care number takes lot of time to connect, Waiting time should me minimized while connecting to customer care, as there are some situations when the restaurant is in rush hour and POS stops working, and we are trying to connect to customer care but the call is taking time to connect.

i am using posist from last 3 years . and also u used sommens and limetray. but my total experience in this software is too much better from others.i find reports which i required and it use for me to handle my boss for giving and sharing the data.ALso Tally is so much easy for me for accessing.

Pros

Main thing in posist is to use in kds functionality . when orders came it directly rings and cheff can make easy order. also so much customize things in kds and billing as well . which i have neither see in any ither software.

Cons

Least thing is that the customer support agent . sometimes it very difficult to reach them. which hamppers the bussiness.which should be more easier for this big software.

We are using Posist for Billing.We are generating our sales report and other reports for auditing on a daily basis.We are also transferring our sales data to property management system.Overall it's great.

Pros

We are using Posist from last 2 years and we are very satisfied with the overall usage and functionality that is offered to an end user.The UI is great and very easy to use.We can train a new user in under 60 minutes on how to use the application.

Cons

There is no such thing to dislike, the software operates as it is supposed to work/operate.We have also integrated Posist with Property Management System and that also works without any problem.
