The product is extremely easy to use for the store managers, without any hassle we have been able to implement the product in 15 outlets of our restaurants across India. Also, the reporting and analytics in the cockpit app have been very useful for our central teams in improving our operations. Pros The process to punch orders is very easy, we just have to tap the food court card and punch the items asked by the customers.\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] handholded us during our initial phase and now we use the application as Pro users.The end of day reports are easy to generate and we can close our day within 10 minutes after closing the counter. Cons Genuinely, there in nothing to dislike. We are using the application in FIFA Fan Zone, and the application did not give any problems irrespective of the crowd that we are handling. Pros We are using Posist for the first time, but i must say it's very easy to use and configure.We are able to setup the menu of 20 food outlets in swift and that too in one single upload.Vishal from Implementation helped us to setup and configure everything at site and he has been very helpful during the entire process from setting up the hardware to staff training. Cons The backend could have been more user friendly, it's slightly confusing at times when we have to change price and add items simultaneously because items are added at brands and bulk price change tab wise can be done at cluster level.
