Pros

Restroworks customer supports sets them apart. User interface is simple and precise with all required information easily accessible. Reports and analytics is another area where Restroworks shine.

Cons

Cant really think of anything that I dislike. Every time I find something that I could think so is already built in and I just have to be directed by customer support

All sales are captured, reports able to generate as and when required, integration parts are very good. Overall, it is good.

Pros

Restroworks Billing software made easy for the billing (dine in, take away, and for delivery) recently we integrated with delivery partners, and it is easy that we receive orders automatically. Also easy to manage the menu items with multiple categories. Very good support.

Cons

Sometimes if internet slow or not available need to connect offline billing, apart from that all good.

Restroworks has multiple payment integrations, which has been instrumental in minimizing manual errors and preventing pilferage. the Cockpit Mobile app is an excellent feature, providing real-time sales data, which is incredibly valuable.

Pros

Restroworks is incredibly user-friendly, especially during peak hours, and I believe it stands out as a leading restaurant management software. It effectively integrates all essential modules, including expense tracking, inventory management, and billing. We can create the table layout as per the tables we have and accordingly we can named them. Item out of stock feature is good where we can mark the items status as out of stock from the billing screen. The application also offers multiple payment integrations, which has been instrumental in minimizing manual errors and preventing pilferage. I've also been consistently impressed by the support team; Sanjeev and Rahul, in particular, are exceptionally skilled and helpful. Finally, the Cockpit Mobile app is an excellent feature, providing real-time sales data, which is incredibly valuable.

Cons

We are using Restroworks at the Thane branch of Sbarro, and we are very satisfied with the POS system. It provides excellent features such as reporting, online order integration, and inventory management. The system has made our operations much easier, smoother, and more efficient.

Cons

Some time, support takes time to connect but it is rare. If possible they should improve on this. We get solution for the problems.

Restroworks academy gives complete understandings about Restroworks functionality. For first time user it is very useful and self learning. Bill Dynamic Qr is very good, customer can scan and pay the amount directly with their phones.

Pros

Most of the features needed for a QSR and restaurant POS are available in this application. The new store setup time is short, so the store opening process is smooth. Restroworks acadamy provides a complete understanding of Restroworks application functionality. For a first-time user, it is very useful for self-learning. Support is good. The support team keeps taking feedback from the user until the issue is resolved. Special thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\] for his dedication in providing support and timely resolution.

Cons

As of now billing process working smoothly, will be keep monitoring and if there is feedback from store then will update to POSISIT support team

Cons

Cons

Sometimes printers are getting stopped in rush hours, but we call the support team and they fixed the issue instantly.

Pros

Cockpit application is very good which helps us to check our outlets sales on our mobile phone. The reports are upto date and accurate, also helps to file GST.

Cons

Sometimes support number is not reachable, but after sometime we received a callback and they help us to resolve the issue.

Restroworks provides clear and detailed reports that make information simple and easy to understand and really helpful for a financial decisions making on a daily business. 3. Pros

I like billing part in Restroworks especially beacuse it is very much easy to use the billing compared to other softwares. Reports are very much detailed and easy to access. We are also usingh the tablets for billing which allows us to take the orders in more easily and conveniently.

Cons

As of now nothing we foung least about restroworks, will share if anything found least in future....

It has the right mix of useful features and ease of use. Everything works smoothly and helps both business owners and staff have a better experience.

Pros

The best part of this software is the Restroworks Academy. It helped us understand the entire system, and my staff learned to use it quickly with its help. This saved us time and improved our workflow. Thank you, Restroworks, for making things easier for us.

Cons

Some of the reports have not been accessible or extractable for over a week, and this issue needs to be investigated and resolved. The rest of the reports are functioning as expected.

Cons

During peak hours with high transaction volumes with weaker internet, impacting service speed. There is nothing more then this to take it up.

POS reports are very useful. We have 200+ reports, and they are very helpful. The taxation, sales summary, and posting reports show everything—sales and transaction details—all in one report.

Pros

Excellent application for the hospitality industry. The POS app has a very simple, user-friendly interface and is easy to use for day-to-day operations. Order punching and bill printing are straightforward, and adding offers and applying multiple offers is also very easy during daily operations. The Support Team is very helpful and available 24\*7.

Cons

Need to add report generation for a time range of more than 3 months. As of now, I don’t have any other dislikes.

QR ordering features helps in doing fast business. Online orders flow is very high which has been easily handled by posist application. Many new integrations are getting aligned with the posist application

Pros

We have opened new store at Kathipara and we have deployed posist application. The application interface is easy to operate and do the rest of the billing. We also have other online integrations which is working fine on the posist application

Cons

No issues so far even if its there we get it resolved with their posist team. We do not have cons for now.

Pros

Easy billing options for takeaway, delivery and other transactions. In billing so many options can be done as add on, variants and other options available. Delivery integrations are available with plug and play. Same like all type reports available to check the sales and other details.

Cons

Initially at the setup faced some issue but able to managed it. some integration issue found but then it was resolved.

The application is working fine. As of now, nothing to dislike. We get the support whenever we required.

From the last one month we are using Restroworks and found smooth implementation and support during the implementation is very help full and the implementation consultant \[sensitive content hidden\] is always ready to help even in odd timing - late nights.

Cons

Sometime support number is unable to connect with respective person. and then we redirect to support where ticket transfer to that person and then follow happening this could be little better.

Overall it's a great experience to use Posist application from accounting point of view where can can get all the information directly from the software on a single click.

Pros

We are using the application to push data to our Tally server for accounting purpose. Reports are very detailed, bill wise report, gst reports has lot of information. We can generate reports from every brands and every outlet. \[sensitive content hidden\] assisted us with Tally integation, we were facing issue with data transfer to tally which was resolved by the team.

Cons

Need an option to generate custom report as per my requirement instead of generating multiple reports to get a specific set of data. Reports heading are not standardize, it keeps on changing from reports to reports.

We can generate the outllet wise sale and can get the filter on the same to get the breif data. We Can update the user roles anytime from anywhere of the application.

Pros

It is simple and quite fast for Food court. We can track indivitual level of billing for all th stores. Permission level roles we can edit and update for all user in a single time. . \[sensitive content hidden\] is extremely helpful, possesses excellent knowledge of the application, and is always willing to assist whenever needed.

Cons

Customer call center is not up to mark as has to be.Rest part are ok with us as a user level point of view.
