For Now after almost a yearwe have no faced any Bug and issue, Working fine and properly as required.

The support and handholding were excellent throughout every restaurant rollout, especially during the transition from the previous POS across both FOH and BOH.

Cons

I need an application update where the date(s) and time for item deactivation are clearly provided, so operations are easier. It would also help to clean up the menu items that are only meant to be available for a specific time period.

Professional, seamless and the best service in the industry. It was memorable and created a system within my business which will be the building stone to success.

Pros

SERVICE ! Working with the team at Restroworks has been an absolute delight. They are extremely professional, take time to walk you through each step in the process from setting up the software, customizing the software for specific needs of my restaurant and then hand holding till the setup is complete. They are always a call away and I've never had a more proactive team to work with (especially \[sensitive content hidden\]). They made the integration with Zomato seamless and the ease of working with the platform for changes is also done directly from the Restroworks software. There is also the feature of "Academy" which is fabulous get an indepth understanding of the process and also acts as a "cheatsheet" to go back to when requiring a refresh or training a new employee. I would say you can find amazing softwares in the market, but what Restroworks brings to the table is not only an incomparable software but the best in class team.

Cons

Nothing! There is honestly not a single thing that needs improvement because even if I have felt along the way that something is missing, they have gone out of their way to create the same.

At cluster level we can have different prices for dine in, take away and delivery which helps in maintaining different prices across the tabs. Its a user friendly application which allows waiters and stewards to take orders from different tablets if main counter cashier machine is busy. This help alot in maintaining the operation flow. built-in reporting to identify top-selling products, peak hours, and seasonal trends, which informs better stocking and staffing decisions.

Pros

Supports various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, digital wallets. Reduces customer wait times through faster and accurate billing. Captures and stores customer purchase history and preferences (CRM). Enables staff to take orders and process payments on tablets reducing bottlenecks at the counter.

Cons

There is alot of publishing needs to be done and during publish system halts saying menu updates in progress this should not halt operation even for a minute.

Restroworks is helping us in lot of ways. 1. Support team availability on Whatsapp makes it very quick and easy to communicate. 2. Academy also helpls us to training our new staff easily. 3. Changing or switching the devices is easy.

Pros

Posist being cloud application helps us to reduce our load as we don't have to backup anything and we don't have to worry about anything going missing. The application is easy to setup and in case there is any failure in hardware, it's very easy to switch with a new pos system. very easy UI and it becomes very easy for new staff to learn the application. Variety of reports are available, around 200 reports present in the system. Feature for editing receipts/kot as per operational requirements. Our point of contact \[sensitive content hidden\] is very near in a call away and he is supporting us lot at any time and quick answer on any doubts. It's also very cost effective which is one of the main point to go for the application.

Cons

The option to have a backup printer is missing, this is crucial in cases where main printer stops working.

We are using Posist for our order punching at the restaurant and for punching room bills. Accounts team is checking reports on a daily basis to see the overall performance of the revenue centres. Bill posting to our PMS, Hotelogix is very smooth.

Pros

The application is easy accessible from anywhere, being cloud application it's very easy to manage the application from anywhere unlike our previous application where physical presence at the property was required to make any changes. There are lot of detailed reports available in the system like TTR (Transfer To Room) to check all the bills which are transferred to room, BTC (Bill to Company) report to check the details of all the credit bills and lot other payment and sales reports to make our life very easy. Posist being on Cloud make it very easy to manage, we don't have to take regular backups as it's entirely on the cloud. \[sensitive content hidden\] from implementation team was very helpful, he supported us even after his shift timings. Academy application is very helpful in understanding the application at our own pace and comfort, it also helps to go back and understand any thing if we have any query.

Cons

We are still new to the application, we will only to able to mention anything once we have full experience with the software.

Pros

The CRM feature is the best option we liked in the software. Once we put the customers details with name and number it automatically saves in the software. So whenever the same person visits the restaurant, we just have to put his number or name in the CRM box and all details automatically popped up in billing page.

Cons

All is working well in the software. We are not facing any issues currently. The Service is up to the mark.
