My over all experience with this is very good and still working on it and want some improvements in it

Pros

Its very effective for all functions of HR & Payroll. It is the need of every security company in the modern age. It almost covers all aspects of a security company.

Cons

As per universal rule and as per my personal experience with it. I suggest still some improvement and features should be added to this like bio matric payroll system etc.

Pros

Skills2Talent talent management software is found very much suitable for us due to its updated technology, simplicity in design and comprehensive talent centric focus. Key modules are Recruiting & On boarding, Performance Management, Compensation Management and Learning Management System. The entire implementation took only few weeks and post implementation support is always responsive and manages all our queries efficiently.

Cons

Skills2Talent's employee performance management software can be integrated with global Payroll services platform, although it has its own Compensation Management Software. Similarly it can also create a free talent management software version using more and more open source talent management software components.
