Terrible. Went back to original CRM.
Pros: Less expensive than what we had been using. Customizable for users. Good customer support to help us build out different reports.
Cons: Did not have functionality that we needed. Was not very user-friendly and staff had a hard time adapting to the program because it was not intuitive.
Overall: Saves us money up front. Ended up going back to Club OS after 30 days.
