Pros: LeadDolphin made all the difference in whether or not the gym succeeded. The quality of service you receive to the level of product is second to none! There is never an issue we waited more than 24 hours to have resolved. As a manager in the industry I could not imagine running a sales process without LD. The quality of leads, accountability of staff and overal ease of use makes this a home run. When the owner and founder of a company reaches out on a regular basis to establish a relationship and make sure you as a consumer is happy, it establishes a culture that simply cannot be beat. If you want truly measurable and sustainable success in your gym, LeadDolphin is a must have!

Pros: This software syncs with others, such as DataTrak

Cons: Terrible interface, poor customer service, very low quality product compared to others on the market

Overall: My company attempted to switch over to this lead tracking software and had an extremely negative experience. The company's answer to everything was "we are working on it" and we ended up having one of our lowest performing sales months. We canceled the service within 30 days.

Terrible. Went back to original CRM.

Pros: Less expensive than what we had been using. Customizable for users. Good customer support to help us build out different reports.

Cons: Did not have functionality that we needed. Was not very user-friendly and staff had a hard time adapting to the program because it was not intuitive.

Overall: Saves us money up front. Ended up going back to Club OS after 30 days.
