Pros Creating custom controls is very intuitive in the new updates. The dashboards provide a very informative and precise overview. The interface also provides for information further deep into the subject and lets us export it. Cons Better documentation for the product would be highly appreciated. So far I haven't come across any major drawbacks while using this product.
