The support is fantastic as I like to speak to some one instead of just using their live chat, and I can do this. Great company, great product. Pros What was important to us was the full customisation we needed to manage and control the system the way we wanted. With different visitor types coming onsite we can create the right questions to the right visitors. Cons The badge layout isn't as flexible as we liked and customising isn't an option at the moment.
