Overall, my experience with Loyal Zoo was positive and well‑balanced for everyday loyalty needs. The platform was easy to use, quick to set up, and effective at engaging customers through digital rewards and automated communication. It worked well for building repeat business without adding extra workload for staff. While deeper reporting and customization would be helpful for more advanced campaigns, Loyal Zoo delivered a reliable, user‑friendly loyalty solution that met its core purpose effectively.

Pros

What I liked most about Loyal Zoo was its ease of use and strong focus on customer engagement. The platform made it simple to set up and run a digital loyalty program, with features like automated rewards, SMS/email engagement, and customer insights all in one place. I especially appreciated how customer‑friendly the experience was, allowing businesses to build loyalty and repeat visits without adding operational complexity for staff or customers.

Cons

What I liked least about Loyal Zoo was that some features felt limited as programs became more advanced. While it worked well for basic loyalty and customer engagement, reporting and segmentation options weren’t as deep as they could be, which made it harder to run more targeted or data‑driven campaigns. I also found that customization beyond the core setup was somewhat constrained, which could be a drawback for businesses looking for more tailored or scalable loyalty strategies.

It has been fine, but they need to get rid of the feature that deletes cards after being inactive for a month.

Pros

We were looking for software that allowed us to have customers cards on file with the card still secure. We found this software to work out well and was relatively user friendly.

Cons

We we liked least about loyal zoo is that the software will delete accounts that have been inactive for more than 1 month. This was challenging when we had customers who only used our services a few times a year and then would not have a card on file.

Our customers like having a loyalty scheme and it does drive repeat sales

Pros

The loyalzoo app is easily integrated with our POS and website. Setting up rewards, marketing, etc is easily managed. Customer service is excellent with quick responses and follow up emails.

Cons

Our old system recognised customers by their payment card which they liked as it made it automatic - no checking in needed. This was a really good feature and is missed now we’re using loyalzoo. I would also like to be able to choose more than 10 rewards to make sure we have something for all level of spenders plus room for seasonal rewards.

It has been really good to engage with new customers and regular ones, without complications on setting it up. It has been really helpful to be able to have a clear picture of people coming back.

Pros

Very easy to set up and use. The team behind Loyalzoo have been amazing help and quick to solve any enquiries. Very straight forward for customers and for us as a business to create rewards & implement them straight away, encouraging people to come back.

Cons

It is really good overall. Maybe just a bit more of functionality on data export and member management, specially with our integration with our till system & online sales so that the campaings can be sent separately but from the same back end - flexibility on audience targeting functionality I would say is something that would be interesting to add when creating a campaign.

This is a fantastic product and I can't wait to see what's in store for the future!

Pros

I love the ease of use, and having the ability to add/subtract reward points from anywhere!

Cons

I wish there was the ability to create a customizable virtual "stamp card" for each account. I use this in a non-traditional way where I give points based on if someone completes a task like in a game. I would love for the ability to create a custom card, have the ability to select an option that automatically gives a set number of points to the account, and have the ability to reset the card daily so people can complete tasks on a daily basis.
