Pricing is reasonable for what we get, and the storage and option to download to computer are good features. Pros The system allows me to share files internally and externally (links, permissions, expiry, passwords). The real-time collaboration + tools like Dropbox Paper, e-signatures, and DocSend tracking kae it easier to collaberate remotely (which we do) Cons The cost compared to Google one drive is obvisous. Another thing is that people who are used to Google One drive have a steep learning curve with DB business..especially boomers. It is easy to use and a great value for the money. Cons There can be a limit to how much you can store and do so you have to pay for additional features, but the price is affordable. Was a decent solution but needs improvement. Pros What I like about Dropbox is how flexible their solution is for business needs. For example, you can create groups and roles without the app. That's something very cool. The other interesting feature that I love is, you are able to restore the deleted files within 180 days. I don't think about businesses in this domain offers that. I might be wrong though. Cons Dropbox Business is very cool with many features within. But, I have always one complain about using Dropbox for personal use and that is - you do not have flexible options of less storage. Let's say, what if I needed just 200GB of cloud storage? We definitely got the return for investing in the platform and we got that back in a short period of time. The pricing is fair and it's easy to use as compared to other platforms in the same space and has been an industry leader in this space for years as well. Having a central repository where we can share and interact with the different files we use as a team has been really smooth for our business processes. As a Sales team that is working remotely, Dropbox solved a problem that we never thought we would have, until we all started working remotely because of covid and the lockdowns. The cloud storage offering from Dropbox has been critical in ensuring our efficiency as a team, and having the ability to operate on different operating systems was a plus to the team. It has definitely made collaboration smoother, you have multiple ways of sharing files and documents, and the fact that it integrates with other major platforms that you might already be using as an organization is a relief. One feature we love as a team as well is the seamless sync option from different devices, which makes collaboration a lot easier as everything we do is updated in real-time and syncs across all devices. Cons The major issue for us was that sometimes it takes longer to load large files and if you are on a deadline, it can mess with you.
