### "Reliable File Sharing and Collaboration Tool for Teams"

May 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Dropbox Business has been positive. It has helped our team manage files, share documents, and collaborate more efficiently across different locations. The interface is user-friendly, file syncing works reliably most of the time, and it is easy to access data from multiple devices. It has reduced the hassle of sending large files through email and improved coordination within the team. While pricing can feel a bit high for advanced plans, the convenience and reliability make it a useful tool for daily business operations.

Pros

What I liked most about Dropbox Business is how easy it is to share and access files across teams. The platform is simple to use, syncs files quickly, and works smoothly across devices. It has made collaboration much easier for our team, especially when working remotely or sharing large files with clients and colleagues.

Cons

One thing I liked least about Dropbox Business is that storage and advanced features can become expensive as the team size grows. Sometimes syncing large folders also takes longer than expected, especially with slower internet connections. Apart from that, the overall experience has been good.

### "Lifesaver for a Busy Physiotherapy Practice with Back-to-Back Patients"

July 2, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Dropbox Business has been excellent. It has become an essential tool in my physiotherapy practice, helping me manage time better in a busy clinical environment with back-to-back patients. It keeps my documents, templates, and exercise resources organized and easily accessible, which has significantly improved my efficiency. I would highly recommend it to healthcare professionals who work in fast-paced settings and need quick access to important files.

Pros

Dropbox Business has been extremely helpful in my daily work as a physiotherapist in Canada, especially because my schedule is very time-bound with back-to-back patients. I usually have only about 30 minutes per patient, and in between I often need to prepare work notes, doctor notes, or patient-related documents quickly. In those situations, Dropbox saves me a lot of time. I keep all my templates and commonly used documents stored in Dropbox. When needed, I can simply open a saved file, edit it quickly, and print it without wasting time searching or recreating documents from scratch. This has made my workflow much more efficient and reduced a lot of pressure during busy clinic hours. Another very useful feature for me is storing physiotherapy exercises. I often search and save exercise sheets whenever I find good resources, and I organize them in Dropbox. Since I don’t use paid exercise apps, I rely on printed exercise sheets for my patients. With Dropbox, everything is just one click away, which makes it very easy to prepare and print exercises quickly during appointments. The cloud storage also ensures that everything is accessible from both my phone and laptop, which helps me stay organized even on the go. Overall, it has made my work much smoother and more efficient in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Cons

The main drawback is the subscription cost, which can feel a bit high. Also, syncing large folders can sometimes take time depending on internet speed, but it usually works reliably in the background.

### "Good platform but Could be better"

December 30, 2025

3.0

Pros

I liked being able to use the Dropbox app/folder to real-time sync online files with my computer's desktop.

Cons

I liked the Dropbox app a lot, however it seems to not work all the time. The file upload can also be unresponsive for long periods which has delayed my work in the past.

### "Dropbox. More secure than Googel one drive."

March 30, 2026

4.0

It has done well with our team and I feel it is more secure than Google Drive. Pricing is reasonable for what we get, and the storage and option to download to computer are good features.

Pros

The system allows me to share files internally and externally (links, permissions, expiry, passwords). The real-time collaboration + tools like Dropbox Paper, e-signatures, and DocSend tracking kae it easier to collaberate remotely (which we do)

Cons

The cost compared to Google one drive is obvisous. Another thing is that people who are used to Google One drive have a steep learning curve with DB business..especially boomers.

### "Simple solution to keeping files updated across all devices"

July 15, 2026

5.0

For the price and simplicity, Dropbox has been reliable for what I use it for, keeping files accessible across devices and making sharing painless. It’s not flashy and it doesn’t try to do everything, it just handles file syncing and sharing well, which is honestly all I need it to do most days. If storage costs weren’t creeping up the way they are I’d have very few complaints. Still a tool I keep coming back to over some of the newer alternatives out there.

Pros

I’ve been using Dropbox for a while now mostly to keep files synced between my personal laptop and the stuff I need for work. What I like most is that it just runs in the background and does its job without me having to think about it. I drop a file in one folder and it shows up on my other device within seconds, which has saved me more than once when I needed something from home while I was out. Sharing links with clients or partners is also dead simple, no weird permission settings to fumble through, just copy the link and send it. It also plays nice with a lot of other apps I use for work, so it never feels like it’s fighting against my workflow.

Cons

Storage fills up faster than you’d expect, especially once you start syncing bigger files or a bunch of projects at once, so I’ve had to be more careful about what actually needs to live in there versus what I can keep somewhere else. Pricing also jumps up quicker than I’d like once you go past the free tier, and it feels like the next plan up always has more room than you need but you end up paying for it anyway. Every once in a while sync will lag behind on a file that’s actively being edited by more than one person, which gets annoying when you’re trying to work off the latest version and it’s not quite caught up.

### "Must have for Marketing"

July 9, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Dropbox Business has been positive. It is a reliable and user-friendly platform for storing, syncing, and sharing files across teams. Features like file version history, collaboration tools, and access from multiple devices make it useful for improving productivity and keeping documents organized. While the cost can be a consideration for smaller teams and managing large file libraries may require some organization, Dropbox Business remains an effective solution for workplace file management.

Pros

What I liked most about Dropbox Business is its reliable file synchronization and ease of collaboration. Sharing files and folders is straightforward, version history and file recovery provide peace of mind, and the platform makes it simple for teams to work together across devices. Its intuitive interface and seamless syncing help improve productivity with minimal setup.

Cons

What I liked least about Dropbox Business is that the pricing can feel high compared to some alternatives, especially for smaller teams. The platform can also become less intuitive when managing large numbers of files and folders, and some advanced collaboration features are not as comprehensive as those offered by other productivity suites.

### "Dropbox for small teams"

July 7, 2026

4.0

Overall Dropbox does exactly what we need it to do. It excels with storage and helps to keep our team and business organized.

Pros

Dropbox is easy to use. I like the ability to share and collaborate with my team within the system. I also like having the app on my Mac to use as a drive when downloading docs from email, I can put them directly into the correct folder.

Cons

The worst part about it is it seems expensive compared to similar software. Even though I like the collaboration part I do wish it had more project management features.

### "Dropbox - Best Value for Money, with some flaws"

May 13, 2025

4.0

My overall experience has been pleasant for the most part, except the conflicted copies issue and occasional syncing issues.

Pros

Its pricing model is very competitive when compared with the likes of Google Drive and MS OneDrive. It provides great value and can easily integrate in other apps, like MS Office suite instead of necessitating its own apps.

Cons

On desktop, the problem of conflicted copies is very rampant. It is one of the biggest productivity killers that my company faces almost on a daily basis. You can get around that with Dropbox for Teams and other steps, but they are not as intuitive.

### "Dropbox is vital for file sharing at our business"

March 24, 2025

Using Dropbox has filled the gap between using a simple file server and taking a chance with SharePoint, simplifying file access.

Pros

Being able to seamlessly share files in real-time across our Queensland offices has allowed us to work better as a team and alleviated version control issues we used to experience.

Cons

We would have liked more instruction about integrating it with Office 365 but once we did it supercharged out document sharing experience.

Pros

### "My Review Dropbox Business"

December 25, 2025

5.0

Pros

Dropbox Business plays a quiet but crucial role in my daily routine. I store campaign assets, approvals, and client files there without worrying about version conflicts, and Smart Sync keeps my laptop from filling up. I like that I can send a link and move on—people access what they need without extra explanations.

Cons

I’d just like faster previews for large video files; waiting a bit before reviewing creative assets can slow down feedback loops.

### "Lots of storage, no collaborative function"

October 15, 2025

3.0

Dropbox is great if you need to store a lot of documents within a large organisation or an agency-type setting but awful for collaboration.

Pros

Great value for money, great search and navigation function and plenty of storage for a large org with lots of docs to sort through.

Cons

Editing and commenting functions are so awkward, it really lets the programme down. When collaborating on designs with my team, we find it nightmareish to leave live comments for one another and make changes together.
