Comments: I have been using RenoMii for the last 6 - 9 months. The program is very easy to learn and use. Our clients love the program and it helps us build instance trust with them. RenoMii saves me time as it stores all project documentation together in one place. The program also has increased the bottom line as we are able to quickly and easily bill out for changes.

Now that I have implemented the software fulltime, I don't know how I ever lived without it

Comments: The biggest pro is the ease of use for both me and my customers. Having everything organized in one central location is undeniably beneficial to everyone involved. Using this software leaves absolutely no room for misunderstanding between contractor and customer.

I hear that the software is going to become even more useful to me as well, with the ability to track individual job expenses and profitability.

I have been using Renomii on all of my new home builds for the past year now and I love it.

Comments: Communication with my home buyers during the construction of their homes has improved immensely through the use of Renomii. It clarifies the process of work change orders for everyone and as a result reduces a huge amount of stress for both builder and home buyer. The transparency and instant availability of information helps to promote a higher level of trust from the home buyer that is invaluable to the process. On the several projects that I have used Renomii, I have received unsolicited offers from home buyers to do testimonials for my company following the completion of their new home build. No other software product before has generated that type of response in my 31 years of home building.

What a great decision that has been. Renomii has dramatically improved as well as simplified our contract management process. It is easy for our customers to use and greatly improves communication and transparency -- which leads to less potentially contentious confusion at the end of the project and ultimately, happier customers! Comments: Renomii is fantastic for providing a communication thread between the customer and contractor. All your files can be uploaded and viewed so no one is left out. Its best feature is the change order forms. When a customer asks for a change in the project you can just go on to renomii and create a change order in a matter of minutes. You can send it to the customer right away and it will inform them all the details of the changes being made and update the new price tag of the project! this is key for when you are billing them at the end so there is no miss communication and you get all your money! It also has tons of potential for the future with many more useful resources coming! its worth the monthly fee.

Comments: We have been using renomii for about a year now. I've enjoyed being able to look at my change orders from anywhere. It keeps them all very well organized, especially with 6-10 projects on the go at one time. I've even used it for selections -clients sign off on material choices. It is a good way to keep everyone on the same page. The software is easy to use for both us and our clients.
Renomii is very good at listening to feedback and is constantly improving the software.
I would definitely recommend the system to others.
