Cons: Support is non existent. If you cannot handle the software integration. Stay well clear unless you have a integrator that has experience and is knowledgeable around trade gecko.

Pros: I been using Shopify for quite some time now and Shopify has limited functionality when it comes to managing stocks level and sometimes stocks may not be accurate. I was looking for an inventory that works well with Shopify and TradeGecko so far is the most stable. Also the B2B platform is a win win for us, I don't need to hire a web developer just to create our own site! This is superB! Clean design and simple looks and feel.

Cons: Hoping to support Dropshipping soon on future plans and also !This make the platform perfect! So far the system is good!

Somehow it keeps getting better!

Pros: TradeGecko is constantly adding updates and new features making it fit existing needs and adding features that answer needs we didn't know we had! Very easy to learn, use, and teach to others. Favorite features include ability to add pack sizes, categorize and move variants, and just the over all ease of use. Not to mention, the aesthetics of the software are excellent.

Cons: I really have no serious qualms with the TradeGecko software. The only slight "con" I can think of is the rounding on Purchase Orders. While working on a purchase order fractions of a penny are acceptable (happens often when working with packs), however, when the purchase order is saved, the rounding changes the order total. Not a huge issue, but the actual purchase price doesn't always match the total Purchase Order price once saved.

TradeGecko covers 70 % of our needs.

Pros: - Different currencies

Cons: - Integration with Shopify not well designed (not possible to select specific warehouses).
- Sales Order stages do not reflect distribution/retailer/customer needs (link to stock adjustment).
- PO's releases not well designed.
- Backorder features not usable.
- Importing bulk orders not possible.
- and probably more stuff.

I was ones invited for a long discussion with a business analyst to share our business, issue, needs, etc. Apart from sharing, there has never been any follow-up.

Pros: Having investigated dozens of inventory systems, TG is by far the best for our needs. Good points; compliant inventory valuation method, good reporting, easy import/export, multicurrency support, good 3rd party apps (inventory planner + shopify), landed costs, easy PO editing and roll-back, variant & combination products. This product acts as our "master" inventory across several channels. Customer service is excellent and very helpful.

Cons: Could do with basic user role assignments on their 1 channel plan instead of upgrading just for this. More 3rd-party integrations would be good.

Pros: Cloud based, stock and customer management that seamlessly integrates our sales channels, suppliers, customers, and accounting plus much much more.

Cons: There are very few downsides to trade gecko. Possibly the ability to edit the pick notes etc to a format that fits better with our business. Plus it is the top end of the budget in price terms. This would be solved by allowing us to use 2 brands on the same platform to help spread the cost.

Overall: It is wonderful for integrating our front end sales channels with our physical logistics and accounting.

Comments: Price is well above any average

Pros: acts as inventory system and sales recording tool, available to access from any where including iOS version

Cons: We were attracted to the software as it promised images for every product, however the image is only a thumbnail that can not be enlarged for either Quotations or inventory list, and that could have been a very good advantage

Pros: We have been with TG for some time now and have really grown to love the product. Initially we had difficulty with our migration and implementation but the customer support team have been very helpful the the company continue to improve their product offering.

Cons: The cost is still quite high and we have some difficult with the current integration capabilities. The xero integration is still a bit of an issue, especially the transferring customer information between platforms.

We used this program for 10 months and have now paid alot of money to change from it

Pros: Has some good features and b2b, shopify link etc. we came from MYOB which had none of that, but after a years use with 5 staff hating it we could not continue with constant issues

Cons: Once you get into it. Trade gecko lacks even the most basic features. No credit hold. will not calculate accurate landed costs if your freight provider is different to your product supplier. reporting is a nightmare. all sales reports include tax, and are a "guide only" according to them. It doesnt have proper settings for xero link, so if you charge a customer freight it goes through as a sale with 100% gp. if you do a stock adjustment it just takes the amount out of your inventory, not to a stock shrinkage code. Worst part was no support in NZ, no partners who could help, and no training available. We spent a lot converting from MYOB to trade gecko (not including the trade gecko subscription), and have now spent more changing to something else that works for us. i would highly recommend having a good long trial with your own products etc before choosing this product

Overall: The only benefit was that we could export our years work into csv for another software company to onboard us easily

Comments: You are better off getting quickbooks.

Pros: Tradegecko has a very pretty interface but lacks any robustness whatsoever. It's easy to navigate. Really friendly customer service.

Cons: Reporting is god awful! It's as if no one at the company had ever worked in sales before. What Sales Manager runs reports on when orders were taken in but not when it ships? You can't run a report by ship dates! There is an API limit which makes the whole inventory aspect of TG useless when it interacts with our warehouses' software. We can't rely on the Inventory in TG at all. We even offered to pay more money to get our API increased. They couldn't do it. I have to use multiple screens to process orders. The reporting is one of the biggest pieces of garbage with TG. I absolutely hate this program and find myself yelling at the computer because it is so bad. Too many horrible aspects to TG to mention in one review. Don't do it! Don't buy it.

Comments: - Add additional languages: dutch / french / german - Make own translations / rename possible (example: products and variants being able to change/rename or translate to own choice) - Tradegecko support: receive an email confirmation when opening a new ticket or replying in a ticket. Only replies by tradegecko are email notified. I, for example, open the same ticket 3 times in a row as it disappeared after a couple of minutes with any feedback = it appears that the support team moved the ticket for further investigation and there for it was disappearing in my account (MY ACTIVITIES)

Pros: Fast and reliable website / webportal = cloud based Ipad app Intelligence functions Magento connection Had a problem with the Magento stock status, took a while to explain, understand and proceed but an adjustment by the tech team saved us = so big ups for standing open for malfunctions/adjustments!

Cons: - Limited magento connection: not fully supported (tax class / discounts / excl tax price / visibility setting / categories) - 3PL Exporter: sales invoices = 5 templates available but not 1 of them contains all data. For European law we need to extract a monthly overview of all the invoices included company name/company number / total price/tax price / tax class. In order te get this data I need to export basic and quickbooks template and then mix 2 complex CSV files... Would be an improvement to provide an template that contains all data of provide custom template on request. - branding & identity: limited invoice text = Terms and Conditions? - branding & identity: there is no preview function to see the different Document Specific Settings when making an adjustment - inventory products: import new products = not able to include the re-order points (CSV) = manually editing afterwards - inventory products: update existing products = not able to change the re-order points in bulk (CSV) - inventory products: bulk actions = there is no publish to magento feature (publish to underlaying variants) - inventory variants: there are no selection boxes at the left (like with the products) = not possible to bulk edit variants / publish to magento / publish to B2B - B2B eCommerce Platform not available for the basic plan, why does it show up in the menu left and in the product edit/bulk edit screens?

Pros: The best thing about TradeGecko is that it serves it's core purpose, syncing inventory counts across Shopify and Amazon (although we do not use the Amazon integration). It also has a modest collection of csv import/export features for managing inventory. They also seem to be actively developing new features, which is nice. But this concerns me because *many* of the basic features still need a *lot* of work.

Cons: In a broad sense, the most significant con to TradeGecko is that most of the app feels "half baked". It seems that everything was developed to serve the specific needs of an initial core user base. This is particularly true of the ShipStation integration (be warned). Granted, we wouldn't have much to gripe about if there were support docs explaining how TradeGecko works in the context of day-to-day business operations. Unfortunately, the docs don't go much further than explaining where the buttons are and what happens when you click them. Apart from setting up the account and performing our first few csv uploads, we've had to fine tune *every* aspect of our TradeGecko workflow through *trial and error*. Not sure if I'm asking too much but this has been an awkward experience, especially considering that the support team, while responsive, has rarely attempted to truly understand our issues. The whole dev team is focused on feature releases & rudimentary usability (which is also lackluster). They seem to have no concept of UX.

Pros: Seamlessly ties our systems into a neat little bow. Saves us a ton of time and prevents manual errors on our part - no more manual transfers of data from one system to another.

Cons: We have run into an occasional sync issue, but Trade Gecko's support jumps right into action to assist. And, sometimes the issue was simply a result of settings that WE entered.

Overall: Saves time and prevents manual errors.

Trade Gecko is simply the best solution we have found

Comments: Have been really happy with the change to Trade Gecko, like the fact that thy are devloping new features fast and integrating with other web platfoms.

Pros: Ease of use, clarity, support, flexibility, integration with multiple channels good value for features

Cons: Data coherence when dealing with 3rd parties. We have had sync problems with quickbooks but in the end they were sorted.

Pros: Easy to use out of the box solution, nice interphase. The upload functions are great, which is ahead of some software solutions.

Cons: We linked tradegecko with quickbook. Up till today, tradegecko does not push information correctly to quickbook despite marketing it as having integration with quickbook. Cost of goods sold pushed to quickbook is grossly inaccurate causing us a lot of issues in managing our books. Support is not good either. The solution promised never came and even when they said it's resolved, it is far from resolved. and yes it is only via email. So if you're in urgent need of help, it is pretty frustrating. We tried connecting tradegecko to shopify and it actually messed up our inventory numbers in shopify. I would say great solution idea, but poor execution. It is far from ready to be launched to be used.

Pros: Easy to use, replacement for Unleashed for less. Manage orders from quotes right to packed/shipped easily and most features combine with Xero really well

Cons: On the front they market as perfect replacement for unleashed, underneath there are some features that just need some tweaks to make. Particularly the stock management and stock control

Comments: Tradegecko is super easy to use and configure. They regularly add new features (without disruptions) and are super friendly.

Pros: Easy and quick access to the inventory

Pros: I like everything about it. It is user friendly and has a modern interface.

Cons: I have trouble with keyword searches. For me, they are hit and miss. it could be me.

Overall: The software is very user-friendly! The company is approachable and goes the extra mile to ensure you are pleased.

Recommendations to other buyers: I love the fact that I can easily take items out of inventory if necessary. I would like to see a button at the top near the name of the product stating that the product is out of inventory instead of having to drill into the main inventory itself.

Cons: Relatively new, has a lot of space for improvement.

Overall: This is a great program for keeping track of your inventory, it is a relatively new software, one of the reason why it is great is it's customer support. Prompt and sensible reply every time. 4 stars is because it has a lot features and functionality that could be improved.

Pros: Does what it is supposed to - at a high level. The order entry component is smooth, integrates with the real world and requires minimal training. The inventory management component simplifies inventory management and provides us with all the information we need to manage inventory (no small task).

Cons: There is nothing I do not like about the TradeGecko platform or its team. It is a well-managed business is my fear it will be gobbled up by a leading accounting software company

Overall: The overall TradeGecko system is highly integrated, well designed, and operates without glitches. I never cease to be impressed how the TG team has anticipated every capability businesses such as ours need. Customer support is the best I have experienced in years. Rather than locking you into its own system, TG is an open system that facilitates working with other software and programs.

Two TradeGecko (TG) features are essential for us. For customer order entry, TG allows us to automatically import orders from our website, Excel files, and its B2B. Manual entry possible. TG generates attractive invoices, packing lists and enables easy e-mail communication.

Our supply chain is 5-6 months so inventory management is an essential 2nd feature. TG provides great functionality and is very easy to update. We always know exactly where we stand with inventory issues.

Reporting is a 3rd valuable feature. TG provides invaluable data on individual customer and products.

We don't yet integrate TG with our accounting and many of its partners but we plan to begin doing so in 2017.

Cons: Few reports missing. Still entering addresses. Postcode search

Overall: Trade Gecko has been a really good system for us. The newly added features over the last couple of years have added to the ease. Still looking forward to a few more reports and if it ever reaches the point where we can add a postcode and the address automatically comes up for us to select that would be great for busy days and shows.

Comments: I own and operate three ecommerce businesses, and I started a fourth which focused on high volume low cost units, so the unlimited unit aspect of TradeGecko was great. But you can't add different options for products on the front end, and how many ecommerce owners have products which have various option attributes? :) Once I inquired to the customer support team about this obvious omission (not a conscious design decision) they said for lack of a better term "Sorry, looks like this isn't for you, you better cancel and leave." These guys have a great product on their hands, not because of the features, but just because of the price alone, so I think they would create a much better USP if they simply take the feedback that makes sense and go implement it immediately.

Pros: - unlimited unit pricing is great, all inventory systems should follow this model and deliver value on features not units ordered - simple interface, easy to use - syncs with Amazon and ShipStation easily

Cons: - feels like this is a beta product, but I paid $980 for a year - customer service

Recommendations to other buyers: Don't use TradeGecko if you need a comprehensive inventory system. But if you have a high volume e-commerce business you may have no choice but to use this substandard system due to there being virtually no other options. :(

Pros: Basics are OK. Their service is superb!

Cons: Logistics intelligence part could be improved somewhat (statistics on sales , replenishment tool)

Overall: The Point of sales system is good and easy to fill in and use. The Intelligence part (sales statistics, stock management / replenishment) needs to be improved somewhat to make it world class. But the best is their customer service. So far I have not experienced such a professional and quick reaction in the industry. They fix almost all my issues within hours and 24/7!

Recommendations to other buyers: Just get on it, I tried many before and after 2 years concluded they are the best value for money.

Comments: I tried many Point of Sales systems (VendHQ based in Australia and Stitchlab from the US) and finally moved all my business to TradeGecko. The system is easy to use and very much e-commerce ready. The only weakness so far is the inventory module (I am using Inventory Planner additionally which connects to TradeGecko for the data but costs another $100/M).You can also use the TradeGecko system but the Inventory Planner is just a tick nicer to see past monthly sales and replenishment needed. They are working on improving their Intelligence module so I hope they take care of that in the future themselves. So far i can only be very positive of the experience with this P.O.S. and also their service attitude (you get an answer almost overnight) and also more complex issues are solved in a few days by some mails back and forth.

Pros: Intelligence report is extremely useful! Being able to access TG on any computer is a huge advantage.

Cons: Smartphone app is limited. Browser-based software is somewhat slow requiring refreshes for up-to-date stock as well as pretty long loading times during navigation.

Overall: Tradegecko is a highly useful inventory software with some caveats. Since it is a browser based software, my company's employees can access the software and it's features from any computer or mobile phone (if they downloaded the smartphone app). But the browser based system is also somewhat slow and cumbersome. Browser refreshes are needed quite frequently to make sure that inventory stock are completely up to date but the refreshes take time to load and when you're in the middle of an order, it could be a frustrating to keep clients waiting.

On the other hand, the smartphone app is still limited in it's functionalities (for example I would love to access stock control on my smartphone so I can "receive" items in the warehouse with just my cellphone rather than running to my computer). The same goes for TG's main browser based software interface. But having used the service for almost a year, I do notice constant improvements (some significant, some incremental) to the service whether it's a new feature or a annoying interface that's been squashed. Customer service is responsive to queries but I do wish they could implement user-requested features quicker.

Another area of improvement is the POS interface. Currently, making a sales order is not very easy. I understand that this system is more suited for wholesalers but I wished it was designed with a retailer in mind. The ease of use is somewhat slow and clunky. Changing or return an order requires a whole series of hoop-jumping. It takes time to teach employees all the steps required for a sales order whereas other POS software are much easier and much more intuitive.

I would like to point out that the intelligence reports are particularly useful, saving a significant amount of time (and money) over traditional spreadsheets or the pencil and ledger method. It is highly customizable and easily sorted to display the information you're looking. I've never any problem finding the information I wanted in the intelligence report. I was always able to sort and customize the reports based on exactly what information I was looking for.

Overall my experience using TG is unequivocally positive despite the various caveats. I believe as long as the TG team stays responsive and alert to their user's needs and continues to improve upon suggestions, then I believe this software is highly useful for any business with inventory management needs.

So many of them have come back and said that when they press confirm nothing happens. Pros: It really hits ALL the main points of what we need, especially the partial shipments and payments as well as item variables. It integrates with several other types of software. It's helped the business tremendously, and the data on sales is fantastic in streamlining where to put our efforts, what to stock, etc.

Cons: Some functionality isn't there....small things you notice when you use this everyday like we do. i.e. Reports print on multiple pages, for example, but don't have the dates and title of report on each page, or even at the top of the report. You need to screen shot graphs in order to print them. And needing to duplicate orders in order to edit them after finalization.

Set up is overall fairly straightforward, but some aspects, if you make a mistake you have to start all over again. Since we had no idea of our costing when we got this software going, we didn't set it up correctly.

Overall: Im a consultant for a small but quickly growing company that creates goods and wholesales them.

The company needed ordering software to track sales order drafts, orders, and invoices, as well as partial payments and partial shipments. The inventory has LOTS of variables. We needed a solution that could interact with online, but could also be done by hand since so much of the business is done face to face.

We needed something easy to use and attractive to look at that had good reporting and also graphs.

It was hard to find software that wasn't solely linked to an online store.

We're gradually adding a scanning barcode system for inventory, too, and are glad that will interact with trade gecko seamlessly.

Our inventory items don't change often but the amount we use of them is very revolving on a daily basis. Following along with my purchase orders and shipments allows me to know how we are doing and were our money is best being used.

Overall: Ive been using the system now for several years. I do things a little differently with the software and truly it makes it easy for me and my needs. I mainly use it as an internal tracking system for product inventory and service supplies given out to my technicians. It allows them to order as buyers through the B2B portal from our online e-supply inventory and receive their daily products needed to complete their tasks. Pros: It's powerful, intuitive and dead simple to use and navigate your way around.

Have had a few issues with invoicing under different tax laws for different countries and TradeGecko has been able to help with every issue, both with fixes within the current system and going into my account to help activate/de-active certain fields.

Pros: I'm by no means tech savvy but Trade Gecko was very easy to learn how to use. We have been using it for over 2 years and have always been impressed. The customer support is so good I recently had a slight issue and they responded right away but I did not respond back and they emailed me again to confirm I got their email.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Overall: Overall I am very impressed with Trade Gecko. Like everything else it has its flaws but they are usually quick to solve them and as of recent it's been fantastic.

Pros: Very well intergrated between the inventory solution and B2B. Very easy to use and register new products. Always adding features and adapting to their customers needs (f.ex. alcohol levels, sizes, and lot packaging). Quick customer service that takes your suggestions and problems seriously.

Cons: In my field of business it lacks a couple of functions such as setting dates of expiration so you can see how many days there's left. This would be a very valuable tool in terms of keeping track of a large inventory with almost all different expiration dates. This could help me run campaigns on stuff I need to get out of inventory if I could put this in and get a live report of "xx days left on exp. date". Also integration towards more invoicing tools would be welcome.

Overall: My experience with using this has been very good. I mostly use the inventory functions to control stock and sales from local ware house and stock transfers. Haven't been fully able to utilize the B2B websales platform because it's difficult to get our customers over to use this solution as we're just one of many of their suppliers. Regardless of that, I use the B2B-platform from several other of our suppliers, and I love how I am able to see live stock, reserve and buy directly.

Pros: Cloud based! Easy to add products, can work in more than one currency with no problems, talks to Woo Commerce and Xero (plus others). I especially like the B2B wholesale ordering feature.

Cons: Nothing

Overall: I started using this software a couple of years ago. As with any inventory software, the initial set-up could have been awful with lots of SKUs, but that wasn't the case with TradeGecko. We had lots of support from the team and it was not difficult to get it up and running! Since then, I've continued to be impressed with it, the levels of customer service (when I've occasionally needed help), and the constantly evolving features.

This thing rocks, great company with great people making a great product.

Pros: Being able to upload all the products on excel and the Sku at the same time.

Cons: I wish that every time I start a new sale order the years of my date stay the same. For example if I was to choose 8/31/2016 on the next sale order it would be 8/31/2017. I would have to change that all the time.

Overall: I've been using Tradgecko for over two years now. I find the software easy to used and it save me a lot time. Searching products and modifying the products description is also and easy task. I used to input the products one by one and would take up a lot of my time. I would recommend Tradegecko to other growing companies.

Pros: It has a lot of great features and great reports. It's really easy to use and integrates well with the other programs we use for our business. The customer service is great, they get back to you very quickly and will help tailor the program to your needs.

Cons: I wish a few of the reports had more info, but I'm sure that's coming at some point.

Overall: We've been using Tradegecko since we opened and it's a great program. It's very easy to use and has a lot of great features. We're a wine store and we're able to use the program to manage our inventory quite easily. I've never used a better program for inventory management.

Pros: The simplicity and logic of setup. It does a great job of hand holding without infantilizing.

Cons: The reorder report is not well organized and I am looking forward to what they do on the intelligence side. There is some flexibility in reporting I know I want but am not sure how to describe.

Overall: I found Trade gecko to be intuitive and easy to understand and use. It allowed me to manage multiple warehouses and generate POs with ease.

Pros: The tool is very user-friendly.

Cons: I have made some suggestions regarding new features but have no idea if they are on the roadmap or not or a potential timing of availability. For instance, Android sales app and the possibility to issue proforma invoices as part of the fulfillement process.

Overall: As a fast-growing small business I very quickly stumbled on the time-consuming task of managing stock and the administrative job of order fulfillement. As soon as I started using TradeGecko, I gained an extra day in time, simply because it is a very efficient and effecive tool to organize stock, orders and invoicing. I have not been using the tool to its fullest potential, such as the B2B platform, but am planning to do so in the coming months as I am expanding my business with sales agents and distributors.

Recommendations to other buyers: I integrated the WooCommerce app in my webshop and had some trouble synchronizing all products. The TradeGecko support people were very patient (it was a long process) and helped me set up things properly. Everything working perfectly now.

Pros: User friendly, able to have multiple locations, perfect for a clothing business with multiple variants of one style, no problems with the scale of our inventory with over 2000 items, integration with Xero, B2B platform (which I am still working on), cloud based - I can access from anywhere in the world, able to upload my inventory myself - this was a considerable cost saving.

Cons: Customisation of reports - they are continually improving this and are working on a couple of my suggestions - so this is a work in progress. Also, I would like to have more users for our plan perhaps a small fee for each extra user, rather then having to jump up to the next plan.

Overall: The team at TG have helped me customise our rather complex needs for our import wholesale business. They are continually working towards more options to make my business transactions more fluid, efficient and relative to our needs.

Pros: It's incredibly easy to use and with the app I was able to implement an inventory scanning solution that has increased our overall accuracy for outgoing patient supplies.

Cons: From time to time I find that I have to refresh in order to get an accurate inventory count. Ex. If a sales order is processed, I need to refresh my browser in order to see inventory in some items fall to accurate levels post the SO.

Overall: TradeGecko allows us to manage our inventory for our small nonprofit, CareBOX Program. We purchase inventory and accept in-kind donations as well so the features allowing us to capture our true cost of items (sometimes zero) is really helpful in managing our moving average cost per item. As the Supply Chain Manager, it allows me to focus in on soliciting donations for those items where we maintain a high percentage of cost to retail.

Pros: The program is very easy to use. Customer service responds fast and effective in comparison to other systems I have had experience with. The cost for the features it includes is acceptable. It allows you to have add ons (sync orders and shipment information for online stores like AMAZON, EBAY and other shipment programs like Shipstation). Also allows me to create orders using my iPad and iPhone while on the go (The orders automatically sync with the sYstem).

Cons: The program is web based. If you have no intenet It does not work. Remember most of the existing systems in the market REQUIRE web connection so I think it's not a big deal. The mobile app only works on Apple devices.

Overall: I have sourced about 3 months for a system that meets my business needs. My Business is mainly operated under consignment. The operations needed to be as time effective as posible to maintain a considerable margin. Other programs or systems had their features that could work with my business but NOT as effective like TradeGecko's system does.

Recommendations to other buyers: The best way is to test the program on the demo time with your bussiness operations. You will find it really works.

Pros: There are two things that really stand out to me about TradeGecko. 1. The ease of use - learning to use the software and finding ways for it to do exactly what you want it to do was surprisingly easy. Any questions or difficulties we had were quickly answered by their customer service. 2. They are constantly adding new features!

Cons: The only complaint I would have would be on the Purchase Orders. Adding the landing costs is really helpful but when printing the purchase order it doesn't show the landing costs.

Overall: When first setting up TradeGecko we had a few worries. The structure of our company is unique and we were nervous (but prepared) that TradeGecko would only be able to handle a small portion of our needs. Fortunately, they have far surprised our expectations and their customer service has been impeccable from initiating our account to continually adding new features that help better our company.

Pros: The B2B platform is great and we have very little downtime or issues with customers placing orders. The reporting is also very straightforward and is great for giving quick snapshots of your position.

Cons: Would like there to be a way to have customers get specific pricing without having to dedicate whole new priceless for them

Overall: I've been using TradeGeecko for 18 months now and it is a brilliant intuitive system. We are a drinks wholesaler and have a constantly rotating inventory and it helps to keep our stock in line.

Pros: most possitive that it is available in one blink of an eye.

Cons: That it is in English, think native languages in the countries where you operate with tradegecko would be a big improvement.

Overall: Everything new is not easy to use or to understand, even as something as easy as tradegecko to use. But the helpdesk by phone or by mail gives a real good support around the clock.
And the helpdesk or success manager really knows your account and the earlier questions.
