Como escritório de advocacia o maior uso é como editor de texto. Ele nos foi muito útil no começo até o escritório poder compara um pacote office mais eficiente e caro. Nos ajudou muito no começo do escrtório. Tenho muita consideração com essa empresa.

Pros

O custo é o principal atrativo. O software é bom, simples de usar e tem uma boa funcionallidade , apesar de ter algumas limitação não é nada crítico que impeça ou inviabilize sua utilização até que a empresa possa comprar uma softwaare mais completo e caro

Cons

Possui algumas limitações quanto alguns formatos muitos utilizados no Brasil, como PDF e o editor de texto tem uma diagramação um pouco estranha, diferente dos outro aplicativos

Mi experiencia en general es muy buena, sobre todo para no tener que pagar por programas con licencia caras o de "dudoso origen" este software está respaldado por una importante compañia.

Pros

Realmente tiene muchas cosas interesantes pero lo que mas me ha gustado es el precio $0.- si gratis. Tiene incorporado los programas que más uso, como Writer (completo procesador de textos) Calc (hojas de cálculo) Impress (presentaciones), también dispone de mas aplicaciones que no estoy utilizando como:Base (para administrar y crear bases de datos)

Cons

lo que menos me gustaba es que al estar muy familiarizado con Word y Excel, me costó adaptarme a estos programas porque si bien "hacen lo mismo" la distribución de las pantallas es distinta. Pero nada que no se pueda superar con el uso

Básicamente es un puente entre un gobierno con su comunidad, implicando que esta ultima participe de forma activa en muchos aspectos de la ciudad, lo que da una gran sensación de control.

Pros

No doubt being "free" as in "free speech" but also as in "free beer" is the best thing about it. You can always have an option against proprietary solutions. It will handle almost every known format so no worries. I often used it to create new documents that needed to be as much accessible as possibile.

Cons

If you are receiving documents in proprietary formats, be ready to Google for many incompatibility issues, specially with formulas and graphs. Also, do not expect a very intuitive UI, it is a long way to go.

In general, Community is made to obtain all the necessary data and perform the tasks according to the established rules. That does it perfectly. I would like to use it again one day.

Pros

Community allowed me to carry out my work of consulting risks in an agile and safe way at any time of the day and from any device. The data flow I received was the exact and necessary according to the standards to evaluate and make my decisions.

Cons

I did not find many difficulties in the modules that I use.

Overall it was an ok experience and a learning one at that.

Pros

Well at the time of my use it was free and from further research it still is. I liked that I was able to still use my excel. extensions on this platform and save them as such or in an office extension.

Cons

It was a little difficult getting used to and finding guides on how to do certain things that I was able to do in Office was frustrating. Sometimes you just weren't able to do the functions you wanted to do at all... but hey it was free

Pros

OpenOffice Community offers all of the features I need to complete office suite tasks. The user interface is easy to use and very friendly to new users as well. If coming from other office suites there is enough familiarity to make Community easy to use from the very beginning.

Cons

The "ribbon" area at the top presents a lot of options but is somewhat cramped. It doesn't change the performance, just the appearance.

Open Office is free and has all the same functions as Microsoft Office.

Cons

The problem occurs when frequently going back and forth between Open Office and Microsoft Office. Formulas made in Microsoft Office are not always compatible with Open Office.
