**Overall:** Great.

**Pros:** Great customer help desk: responsive, helpful. User friendly. Easy to organise contacts with tags..

**Cons:** Sometimes the campaigns you send out will be received as SPAM. Otherewise I don't have any remarks..

"Easy, Innovative a win-win"

**Overall:** It's a great tool both for a brand as well as for the media contacts.

**Pros:** How easy and appealing it is for a media contact to receive, experience and interact with the story Creating multi-media stories Managing contacts Have a nice newsroom linked to your website Manage all the PR/Influencers relations in one place

**Cons:** Managing contacts - tags... - is not too easy in particular if you manage global PR.
