Good but if can find a similar one for cheaper or that offer other than Stripe I would change to the other one

Easy for customers to use and save time for kennel facilities. Simple to access and read, clear, easy to navigate and set up

Cons

Expensive App. Should be able to set up other online payments facilities beside Stripe as it is expensive too. Their percentage is high.

Excellent - saves us time and keeps track of money - nice to have customers log on, put everything in, and pay without hours on the phone.

Pros

I find new software quite daunting, and had tried another company's product, which was horrible. Kennel Booker was easy to set up, customers have no problems with it - its management reports etc are useful and we are very happy with it.

Cons

There are some things which could be easier to customise, and we havent yet set it up to integrate wtih Xero.

Reasons for choosing KennelBooker

Service (which has been excellent), flexibility, and online presentation and ease of use for customers.

Overall it has been good. I wouldn't go back to our old system

That clients can fill out & update their own information & we can send generated emails with standard information.

Cons

the split booking feature is difficult to use the program does not lend itself well when you do different types of boarding...for example cats verses dogs.

Purpose wise, our needs are met. But It would be awesowe to be able to decide what yoy would like on the "first page" så the features we use more often could be easy access...

Pros

I like the fact that you are aloud to klick on different parts in the program and still manage to get to were you want. there is not just an ONLY WAY of access, but several.

Cons

The fact that we still have't figured out how two customers that booket the same dates of stay - and get different quantity of days/nights. One had 7 nights and the other one 8 nights... How come? :) And some functions is hidden in text that work like links but with no appearence of that function...

We're glad to hear that you appreciate the flexibility of navigating through Kennelbooker and that it meets your needs overall. Regarding the number of day/nights the system lets you charge for an additional day/night if checkout is not before a certain time, eg if the pet is not collected by 5pm an additional nights fee would be added to the booking. Also on set up switching from nightly based bookings to daily based bookings would mean a Mon-Fri booking would be counted as 4 nights or 5 days depending on your preferred pricing. We've already taken some of your suggestions and added them to the system! Thank you for choosing Kennelbooker for its affordability and fit for your business.
