## What is eTrip?

Established in 2005, Trip Solutions has been providing travel software to some of the UK's largest travel business. We offer Two products. Our full solution eTrip which is a front, mid and back office system for medium to large tour operators and travel agents. The second is eTrip agency an entry level solution for small to medium size travel agents and ATOL holders.

Pros

i like the fact that it is easy to move around in the system and that there are a lot of options to use

Cons

i do not like the fact that i have to call customer service and be on hold when i have any questions
