Pros: There interface is easy to understand. Great CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! They were so quick to return my inquiry each time I have contacted them.

Cons: The one draw back about this software is I would like more in dept analytics. Sometimes the apps will have crashing problems.

Pros: It is super easy. I am not a web or app designer. Their interface is easy to understand for even a novice like me. And can I just say CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! They were so quick to return my inquiry each time I have contacted them. Turns out I really didn't even need them because as soon as I asked the question, I saw the answer.

Cons: The one draw back about this software is...hold on...I'm thinking...still thinking. I give up. I got nothin'!

Overall: The ability to have an app for our church which was so easy to set up and manage is such a blessing.

Pros: Easy to use and great customer service! If I need help with anything, they are quick to respond and resolve any issues.

Cons: I have not had a any bad experience with the software at all. It would be nice to have more options for customization.

Pros: Aware3 makes it easy to see our weekly online giving and they don't make you jump through any hoops to get to the data. I love the app that Aware3 provides along with the membership as well and the customer service has been phenomenal!

Cons: The only con Aware3 is that we are charged if our church doesn't bring in enough money, it's understandable though.

Overall: Easily see online giving and we've received a wonderful app for our church to use as well!

Pros: I like how easy it is to customize the software to our context and brand. We are so extremely particular about how we want all of our events, ministries, flyers, invites, and any sort of communication to feel and aware 3 let us create something that was just for us.

Cons: The software is really great overall! Sometimes it is slow and I wish we could see some better analytics from the usage of the app, but other than that it is amazing!

Great app. Needs better updating functionality in the giving area.

Pros: Good, informative, keeps congregation connected. Increases the relational aspect of our church. The flexibility and options make it easy to communicate all the activities at the church on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Cons: Giving area. Does not provide an easy way to update recurring giving schedules for amount and frequency and payment method. Must cancel current schedule and start from scratch.

The format for editing and reformating is a little technical, but it works well.

Pros: The freedom it gives us to let our congregation use for notetaking and giving is the most essential part of our use.

Cons: It's not particularly easy to manage behind the scenes. Reformatting seems daunting, and its extra features are cumbersome to efficiently maximize.

Pros: We extensively researched other software and decided on Aware3. We have been pleased with ease of the change over to Aware3, the ease of use and how its compatible with our other software.

Cons: When we did our extensive research we found other products that were less expensive. We selected Aware3
because we felt it was a better product for our usage. Other than price we have no issues with the product currently.

Aware3 has been a solid app for our church.

Pros: It is reasonably easy to set up, and Aware3 continually come out with new features. They also integrate well with CCB.

Cons: Our biggest frustration from our users is not being able to stay logged in so that they can fill out connection cards more quickly.

App platform was exactly what we needed to share mobile media content with our congregation.

Pros: The App was easy to setup and the content management system was a great platform to push out our media content to our congregation. The dashboard is a great tool to show basic usage stats as well as online giving totals. Giving reports show details and integrates with our church managment system (CCB).

Cons: We've had few issues with matching online giving with CCB profiles, but support at Aware3 has always been helpful.

Pros: The customer service is top notch. I had an issue with images not displaying correctly in some of the subcategories, so I spoke with customer service and in a little over a week they issued an update that solved the problem. An update based on the concerns of one client...amazing!

Cons: When used in conjunction with Quick Connect (church software), the profiles that are put in are not saved, but that is most likely a software error.

Pros: Easy accessibility. User friendly, not hard to figure out how to use. I can get the information I need regarding giving very quickly. All the information is easily stored where I can access it.

Cons: I had to call or have members alert me about issues they were having logging into the portal. I would have liked to have received an error message if someone was trying to set up a recurring gift and was having difficulty doing that so I could help or at least tell them who to contact to get help. I would like to have more options to filter data other than those listed.

Overall: Makes it easier for members to have an accounting of what they give.

We use especially for online giving and learning how to utilize for community!

Pros: I like the ease of use for me. I really like the simple way it is streamlined for someone of my limited electronic skills to be able to function and accomplish the tasks I am expecting to complete. We really love it for our online giving and it tracks very well for our accounting department.

Cons: I think my least favorite function aspect is my inability to access a help or instruction button when learning how to use it.

Overall: The ability to connect and offer this connection to our family of believers!

Aware3 is responsive to support questions. Easy for users to navigate.

Pros: Integration with our church management software has been very useful for our administration of events.

Cons: As a church, cost is always an issue. I am not sure we've seen an increase in our giving that is as significant as we hoped with making giving through the app an option for our church members.

Pros: Very simple, easy to navigate and control but a powerful tool. We use it to connect people to the content we need them to have.

Cons: Little advanced control limits you a little. However, customer support is great and helping you accomplish what you are wanting.

Overall: It connects people to the information we need them to have.

Pros: It's integration with Church Community Builder has given us the ability to direct people to small groups and give online through the app and backed by CCB.

Cons: The ability to change the layout and look is not as flexible as we would like for it to be. We would like to make more changes, more often.

Pros: Ease of set up and functionality. The home page looks great! We are still working to get more people to download the app and are working more strategically on that.

Cons: The one area we've had difficulty with is the giving app. People seem to have trouble setting it up and having their data saved and easily accessed the next time they want to give.

Pros: I like that it integrates with Church Community Builder Software. I also like how easy it is to use and make quick changes.

Cons: I wish I could have more power to change the types of integrations we use - instead of having to ask support to add them. We also have a recurring issue of giving thru the app often causing duplicate CCB profiles.

Pros: I love the integration with CCB and the giving platform. It is great to have profiles/forms/giving input automatically into Church Community builder. It is very flexible with the type things you can do with it. We do Sermon notes, Announcements, Check-in, forms, Listen. We encourage our church to use it as often as possible.

Cons: Nothing major. It would be nice to have some more formatting options in sermon notes but it works fine right now.

Pros: It's user friendly and intuitive. The Aware3 app is set up in a simple and direct manner. It's user friendly for the end user and user friendly for the app administrator.

Cons: Nothing in particular. I like the app and don't find anything I would change. In the beginning it was a little difficult getting the tile image attached AND add the URL hyperlink because those functions are in two different screens.

Overall: This software phone app allows church members to become more independent when getting information. The can easily look up other church members contact info instead of calling the church for that information.

Pros: This app has given us a whole different "face" and connection to our congregation. It brings much of our information in one concise location. This gives those who are part of Father's House a clean and clear central location to access and engage with the Father's House. It also gives a great place for registering for activities and events and for participating in financial giving.

Cons: Has been a little bit of a learning curve to be able to post to the app. However, it is not as complex as earlier software attempts.

Aware3 has been a helpful addition to our church's media portfolio.

Pros: We like that Aware3 connects well with tools that we are already using, such as CCB, Vimeo, and YouVersion, and the app is well laid out for the user. We like that it allows us to use our own branding, and the admin side of things is pretty intuitive.

Cons: The app can sometimes be a little slow compared to other apps because of all of the integrations we have going into it. This is to be expected though, and it's not a reason not to use this product.

Overall: It was easy to integrate the tools that we were already using.

Pros: I like text to swerve feature. It helps us send specific information to our congregation. I think the more we could interact with our church the better it would be for us. The CCB interface works well it just would be better if people could check in through the app too.

Cons: I think the look could be better. To intergrate graphics easier so that we can upload flyers and such. We need to be more flexible in promoting things within the app. The look of the app has to be more interactive from a design point of view.

Pros: The app integrates with our church database system data base and I am the bookkeeper so the easy of identifying credit card transactions that are processed through the app is really nice.

Cons: Don't really have any major cons. Again as the bookkeeper, the only thing that I can think of is it would be nice to have a settlement identifier for the credit card transactions that are processed through the app. I run a transaction report out of CCB and the transactions that come from the app do not have a settlement number so it makes it a little difficult to batch them together to match a deposit, but it usually isn't to difficult.

Overall: The integration of the app with Church Community Builder.

Aware3 makes transforms our database into actual ministry.

Pros: A simple interface with quick results makes it easy for us to customize our app to the organic changes in our community. It's easy enough that we can even have a volunteer jump in and help out!

Pros: Our ministry staff is able to communicate important announcements via push notifications, and other important ministry announcements.

Cons: At this time, individuals are not able to take personal notes for each message, and I'm also not sure if it's possible to have our videos of the message available through the app. (It's possible these features are available, and our team hasn't implemented them yet. I'm honestly not 100% sure.)

Great mobile app for our church! Our membership loves it and we've seen increased engagement.

Pros: Versatility; ability to tailor the features to suit our organization. It has boosted registrations for events and classes, as well as donations because of the convenience of the Giving feature.

Cons: Some challenges for the administrator, learning curve. Certain technical issues related to formatting of the features, setting up forms, syncing with our organization's calendar, etc.

Overall: Great electronic hub; like the features and functionality is strong.

Pros: The best part about the software is that it is easy to use. I have never designed app tech nor am I a coder. I am more technological than the average person, but their software makes it easy for simple drag and drop integration. Anyone can do it!

Cons: The worst part about the software is everything offered at one flat rate... there are tiers of availability depending on pricing.

The on boarding process was very easy.

Pros: I really like a lot of the features that this software provides. There are so many things that help our people get connected and stay connected. When we first started the app through the software, I didn't understand fully how to use it even though the support staff did a great job explaining stuff. Just not my cup of tea apparently. But since then, we have had someone else take over the app and there are things that he is finding that have taken us to the next level.

Cons: I didn't like how there was issues with not using the giving portal. We already were using one but wanted to still use the app software that you had and there was a little issue with not using it. Got through it though.

We were slow getting started with the app but once we learned how to use and got started, we love it

Pros: To be honest I have a media director that I just tell what to post and when so I don't interact with the software at all. I don't hear any complaints from him or suggestions to find something else so that's a good thing

Cons: Android phones do not get the full message on their phones. It only displays 6 buttons at a time so if a user doesn't scroll they could miss something we offer.

Overall: We can get important and urgent info to users like weather issues. We can send reminders out if we have important events

It¿s alright. Not as user friendly as The Church App.

Pros: I like the new app template and layout. I also like how it intergrates to our database with Church community builder.

Cons: I don¿t really like the backend user interface. It¿s not flexible and easy to nagigate. It would be nice to have the option to add my own feature instead of asking it to be added. I would like to have it immediately.

Pros: This is a very robust app. Extremely ease to update content once the foundation is built. The accessibility for our congregation and visitors. The features and potential functionality (hopefully I'll get time to learn how to optimize the functions.) Very easy app to use and navigate. The users love it.

Cons: The learning curve, but like anything new one must take the time to learn the functions if you're going to capitalize on your investment.

Overall: Increased engagement with the congregation. They can access our social media with just a few taps; sign-up and/or pay for events; receive push notifications about what's going on at the church. Update contact information. Increase in offering (very easy to make a donation with just a few taps).

Great tool in an arsenal of church communication software.

Pros: Aware3's texting feature makes communicating last minute information super easy! Their text back campaigns also provide an easy way for church members to receive the information they need in a digital age.

Cons: My only complaint is I wise the texting number itself was more of a shortcode than an actual phone number. Much easier to text "Fun" to 12345 than 123.456.7890

Pros: I like the back end dashboard. I've found it simple to navigate and use in rolling out items or campaigns to the app.

Cons: The only things I can think of are little things that we run into. Functional type items where we 'wished' the app would do more of x - y- or z and it doesn't. But overall we've been pleased.

Overall: The main benefits we were looking for, and achieved, were more ways to communicate and interact with our church membership. Our community uses the app primarily to consume weekly videos - and that's been a good things for us.

Pros: The easy to use and assemble interface makes it easy to go from zero to ready in no time. The app is also constantly updated and the new features are always welcome.

Cons: As with most church-related app vendors, I find it a bit overpriced. As a software engineer it¿s difficult to justify hosting prices that most vendors charge. Aware3 is a bit more affordable than others and we use it for the overall cost/benefits.

Pros: We use Wordpress for our website, so it works really well for us. Aware3's administrator site is easy to navigate and change things.

Cons: I wish the media tools were more advanced. We use one vimeo account for all of our videos (announcements, sermons, etc) and it's inconvenient that the way our app shows everything most recent on our vimeo account instead of allowing us to specify what to show.

Aware3 ¿gets it¿. With an understanding of our church¿s needs, they¿ve created an app that we use.

Pros: We have found the software is easily customizable and simple to use/share. There is no need to have advanced design skills or a graphic arts background when creating or maintaining the app. With that said, the design is professional and polished.

Cons: We have occasionally wanted to make updates that we waited to make based on likiys concerning the frequency of updates.

Pros: It's functional, and I'm able to access the features offered easily. I like the interface of our app and the way it fits the aesthetic of everything else we do.

Cons: I've found at times that features that we've desired to see made available were not possible. We've had particular trouble getting sermon access to function the way we'd like it to.

I use Aware3 for my church and it¿s a great way for all of us to keep up with what¿s going on!

Pros: I like it give options to give, have the announcements. It¿s so convenient and easy to use even to the ones that are not considered tech savvy.

Pros: We can customize it as much as we've needed to, which is great. We love being able to put our events on the app .

Cons: Load speed time. We have experienced some finicky results on the Check-in Notification (sometimes that don't work as expected).

Cons: There are features that I wish the app offered. I like that sermons can be broken into series. However, the same is not true for podcasts. So all podcasts are grouped together and in a long string.

Pros: Our attendees have quickly and easily obtained the app through the text to act interface (or through app store). Having church info and forms at their fingertips has greatly improved our communication and engagement. Our previous online giving provider had a giving app, but only a few members ever used it. In the first months with the Aware3 app, we have seen mobile app giving increase ten-fold. It¿s too early for us to tell if overall giving has increased due to having the app, but we are very pleased that people are quickly beginning to use it, and that it is making online giving easier for them. The forms generator and notifications to admins are excellent.

Cons: The admin interface and report options are a bit clunky/weak. Online gifts can't be split between different funds. We have not been able to get geo-fencing to work for push notifications as attendees arrive to our property. The option for the app to sync individual profiles with our CCB (Church Community Builder) database did not work well for us. These weaknesses have not deterred our enthusiasm for and gratitude for the app.

Pros: The software is highly configurable. We are able to orchestrate just the experience we want for visitors and regular attenders. We have a high adoption rate for taking sermon notes, giving and accessing the event calendar through the app. We've also found the people at Aware3 to be highly responsive if we've had a question.

Cons: There are a couple of pieces of functionality that we'd like to see in the software that are yet to be implemented and not certain if they are even on the drawing board yet.

Overall: It's been an important part of crafting a great Sunday Morning experience for our church members and visitors.

Cons: Push messaging text input box doesn't count characters, would be helpful if it did. Would also be helpful if the forms integrated with Church Community Builder in a similar way that the CCB native forms do.

Pros: Very easy to use and self-manage, but when support is needed, the team is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. They are constantly updating and enhancing features that are relevant and support our objectives. We cannot say enough about the incredible service we receive.

Cons: The only thing we'd love to see that is not available today is an embedded click to call and a different way to add our podcast feed. We currently use a Soundcloud workaround to solve both issues but it is not ideal.

Overall: The software helps us to stay connected to our members and improve attendance at our events.

Pros: I like the customizeable user interface, though I'm waiting to see what the full UX will be. VERY glad to have syncing with our existing CCB database.

Cons: Would like to have church directory functionality native to the app itself, drawing from our existing database (CCB) rather than linking to an outside webpage. Would also like the ability to use existing forms created in CCB.

Overall: Still learning what they will be, but at the very least it's a way for our church to have a digital presence among the college students and young adults we're reaching.

Pros: We have received the most praise by the way our app looks and how user friendly the app is. Our congregation uses the sermon outline for their note taking and enjoy following our pastor while he is speaking. They also like the directory on the app and utilize that option also.

Cons: Your instructions online are not very user friendly, but when I contact you by email I have always been very happy.

Overall: I enjoy the app also. I enjoy working on the app and learning new systems and using the app on Sunday mornings.

Pros: Aware3 offers an incredible product at an affordable price. The first app company our church went with offered an app for free with only a minor monthly fee. too good to be true, and the company closed. Pros: I like the ease of use and maintenance. I am not super technical, and feel very comfortable changing things. I like that the updates happen quickly. I like the wide variety of different access buttons, and the ability to send push notifications in a variety of different ways.

Cons: That you have to use their financial software to access the text messaging. We are locked into contract with someone else and it is working well, and we would love that feature. I also, wish that I could add or subtract buttons based on my need, and not have to access a customer service rep to change my available buttons. Sometimes I need more one time link buttons.

As a small church with a part-time communications coordinator, we don't have the time and energy to manage things on many platforms simultaneously. Pros: The ease of updating the apps has been terrific. Our online giving has increased by using the financial portal. Users are able to connect to our website through some of the app pages, meaning that there is no duplication of material, but effective utilization of it!

Cons: Because of the nature of the App Store's updating policies, it's harder to make any systemic changes to the App (look and appearance).

Pros: We weren't locked into templates and the look of others. We got to be us. They went back and forth with us as many times as needed until we got what we wanted. To top that off, we have plenty of control and don't have to go through their help desk for every change. We've got our own access.

Pros: The ability to connect with other platforms like our website and youtube has been a huge help. We also enjoy the great customer service we receive. It is great to reach all over the world to a very mobile demographic. The giving feature has also been a huge help to us.

Cons: The ability to get addresses from those who give. Would like to integrate our online registration to our app so they can register in both places downloadable in a format that could merge together but have not been able to do so.

Overall: The ability to connect to a very mobile demographic and another stream of giving.

We love it. Giving is so much easier plus our CCB info transitioned w ease.

The support plus the support we received in our setup. I'm not tech savvy but they walked me thru it and was very informative.

Cons: Well for me the email to get support. I'm more verbal but not a big issue

Pros: The software was exactly what we need to achieve our goals. It was an easy setup and the Aware3 team walked us through the entire process.

Cons: The only con that I have is the outbound text option is ala carte which means it requires an additional fee.

Overall: It allows us to get information out to the congregation easily.

Pros: It's pretty easy to manage. We love the notifications and the Sermon Notes are used weekly. We also like that you have some flexibility to change the look and feel of the app with different buttons and icons if so desired. The Aware3 is also really responsive to user needs.

Cons: I wish that the sermon notes would automatically transfer to the Feature Hub. It's a small thing but sometimes I forget to do it in both. This is also the same with our Announcements. Wold be nice to have a bit of better integration with CCB as far as forms and profiles

Pros: Easy to use on website, moving things around with ease, and managing tiles with titles works great on the web.

Cons: Some features are not easy to use and or do not have a great explanation on how to use. I would suggest videos from aware3 on how to use some of these features.

Overall: having an apt is a must for our church, sharing with people that we have one is great. Announcements, calendar and events this app works great. Also the note taking tile is awesome too.

Pretty good ministry-focused company with excellent support.

Pros: Made online/digital payments easy and inexpensive. The integration with CCB is pretty cool. We've only just begun to explore the possibilities here.

Cons: While the app is cool, most of the fictional stuff is essentially done inside a browser within the app that kind of looks like it's still native in the app - kind of.

Pros: Aware is easy to set up and enable the supported features. Easy to see how the app will render on a phone. Great customer support to set up new accounts.

Cons: Lack of fine tuning configuration options. For example, a filter on the calendar would make a better display.

Of all the app providers our church researched, Aware3 is hands down the best!

Cons: There are some features that require you to have the support team craft on their end. Other than that nothing.

Pros: The app was for the most part easy to use. It was easy to upload notes for people to see in regard to a weekly message. I liked that I could see the givers on a rolling list. I liked the dash board

Cons: It doesn't work with CCB webware...the notes area was not very intuitive. If you put a number in there in an outline form it would not do a continuous numbering order. So I had to put parenthesis around numbers to get it to work...very annoying

Pros: Integration with CCB is the #1 reason we use Aware3. It has increased ministry engagement tremendously.

Cons: We appreciate that Aware3 continuously rolls out updates and improvements, but the new features seem to always come at a monthly cost, more than we want to pay. Before long you feel nickel and dimed.

Pros: Contemporary graphics and great functionality! Outstanding support! They are very quick to respond and always helpful.

Cons: Works best when the user had the ability to format photos specific to splash pages. Would love custom downloadable graphics.

Pros: The Ease of Use - it is easy to quickly go in and update and it updates in real time, which is super helpful when information needs to be changed at the last minute.

Cons: It is a bit frustrating to have to continually connect with Customer Support to be able to add on features, take off features, or adjust the account in any way. It would be nice to be able to actually be fully in charge and be able to administer the account without feeling like we need to ask permission to change something.

Examples - It would be nice to easily add or delete admins to our account or quickly and easily be able to add features by just a quick click of the button instead of contacting Customer Service. Though the team is quick and friendly in it's response, it still feels like we're not in total control of our account.
