"Pricey but Functional"

**Overall:** It is an comparably expensive product that requires us to have a dedicated team to utilize fully. Since I'm a one person team, I find it really difficult to truly benefit from the platforms many tools, because I need a dedicated team that can invest in the many functional elements the Aware3 platform provides. Until I gain additional hands to help facilitate it's many functions for our constituents, I cannot help but to feel a bit helpless.

**Pros:** I enjoy the fact that it gives us many opportunities to be individualistic and artistically expressive with our mobile app. The customer service is also reliable and readily available.

**Cons:** Some functionality to their feature hubs have been removed, which makes subcategorizing things that need additional subcategorization of their own, impossible within their platform.
