We have received a number of benefits for our congregation including improving mobile access to our directory, sermon videos and podcasts, forms, and digital bulletin.

Pros

I like the ability to customize the app to our specific brand, and the ease of using the back-end dashboard.

Cons

Overall, I like the software. The one improvement I would suggest is better integration at times with our CCB database.

This is a great product that it easily implementable and looks like your own application. I would recommend it to anyone.

Pros

The multiple features of the product are great. It interfaces with CCB and the shell is a great tool from which to work.

Cons

You have to stick to their format but it is a good format. However you have to like it as your basis.

Easy and quick giving for church attendees, push notifications, mobile platform for livestream.

Pros

Easy and enjoyable user experience and the backend dashboard is easy to manage. Customers support is ALWAYS prompt and helpful!

Cons

Some of the limitations in feature functionality. However, this app is absolutely the best bang for your buck church app with fantastic customer support.

Pros

I like that it integrates with Church Community Builder Software. I also like how easy it is to use and make quick changes.

Cons

I wish I could have more power to change the types of integrations we use - instead of having to ask support to add them. We also have a recurring issue of giving thru the app often causing duplicate CCB profiles.

From start to finish; set-up and customer support; everything has been pretty seemless. CCB could take a few lessons on how to make one's platform user friendly and streamlined, but I digress. Couldn't ask for a better church app, with loads of room to grow!

Pros

It's simple to use as an admin and a user. The features available to small churches in the basic package are stellar and practical for what we're needing for communication and productivity. As an admin, the customer support has been vital; one of the best I've experienced in a long while.

Cons

No complaints here! I'm sure if I thought harder I could find one or two tweaks I'd like to see, but nothing off the top of my head.

Pros

The app has so many different features and is versatile enough to fit just about any need! It has increased our engagement. We use it for sermon notes, group questions, events, check ins, prayer requests and more!

Cons

Adding a new feature can be difficult at times. I have to request access to specific features but customer support is very quick to respond.

For a useful and efficient app that our church utilizes and yet with an affordable price, it is definitely the perfect app to use!

Pros

Aware3 has a user-friendly interphase for a Church mobile application, which is very important, since a church app plays an important role in connecting church leaders and their church staffs and the people attending the church. Various people will use the church mobile app and accessibility is the key to ease of use and allow it's role to function for the entire church's community.

Cons

Aware3 helps Transformation Church in presenting media and announcements to community, it also AIDS in keeping track current and new members. It is also able to help in keeping everyone updated and connected, so definitely, there is no cons to like least. Aware3 is what every Church would want to utilize!

### "Simple from the Start"

It's easy and the people are lovely.

Pros

Not being a "techie" I appreciate that Aware3 has made a great app that doesn't really require anything of me. I update the website, and Aware3 pulls information from there. It's easy! People are giving more since we've been using it. They can set up payment plans and forget about it, knowing they have their tithes and offerings automatically withdrawn every month. They have always been prompt to respond when I've had a question, but those have been few and far between because they make it simple from the start.

Cons

There are a lot of options that we simply don't need for our congregation's size, however, as we grow I can see how all of them will be beneficial.

### "Great app and a great company"

Pros

We love this software. It's our fist experience at having an app for our church, and it has definitely had an impact. We've seen an increase in giving and all around engagement, and it's a great tool to be able to communicate with the church.

Cons

It was difficult to pull the trigger on the monthly cost of the app, but we have seen the benefit just in increased online giving alone

Pros

Their online interface makes managing this app easy. They have thought through what churches need from an app, and Church Community Builder integration has made it very easy to keep information up to date.

Cons

The value for what you pay is great, but there is a still a cost high enough that you will need to make sure the app is right for your church.

Pros

Ease of use for people giving, as well as the capability of covering the processing fees. It's been great to see that our people can give to things that matter and it has drivenour giving to be at 87% giving through online and the rest from directly in service (cash/checks).

Cons

The mobile app that comes included is solid, but limited in some of the things we'd like to do. But it's not the end of the world. We will still use the giving side and probably move to a web application. It's not bad, but there are some different things we'd like to do with it. One hurdle is getting the new person to download an app. It's easier for them to go to a link at any time. We've found only 60% of people have gone to download an app, while 78% will go to a link and save it to their home screen. Again, nothing against the mobile app, but we want to maximize engagement.

We are learning more of the great features of Aware 3 the more we use it, the customer support has helped us spread the useful features throughout our whole organization and staff team.

Icon on phone is not our icon but rather the award 3 “churchOn” icon

Pros

Credit card charges and overall price is very good. The customer service is GREAT.

Cons

Giving information cannot be hidden from anyone with access to work on app so it forces only people who have financial access to work on app. The app also does not do all that I was promised.

Giving has gone up. We have more people using repeating gifts. Interaction with visitors has improved, and it is extremely helpful in getting the word out about important events.

Pros

We appreciate Aware3's ability to improve with advancements in technology. There are so many features that have improved the way our church interacts with people. The giving is especially good, and we use the push notifications all the time.

Cons

The geo-targeting feature does not always work, but everything else works great. We wouldn't have chosen it if it didn't.

Pros

In the time since we started using Aware3 for our app the amount of customization has increased quite a bit. We love the app and our church members use it frequently for many different things. I really like the mosaic style and how easy it is to change the layout of the app.

Cons

The UI isn't as smooth as I would like sometimes and I wish that I could customize the transitions between pages a little bit. Moving backgrounds or animated tiles would be a really cool design addition as well.

Pros

Ease of use, easy change from previous app. Online giving is another big step from the App we were using before. Fulling integrates with our other online solution.

Cons

We would love to be able to reorder the fund listing on the giving app. Other than that all is great!

It's integration with Church Community Builder has given us the ability to direct people to small groups and give online through the app and backed by CCB.

The ability to change the layout and look is not as flexible as we would like for it to be. We would like to make more changes, more often.
