Instant app giving, virtual sermon notes, and an easy way to access the sermon recordings. I also love being able to link to our website, Facebook, database, etc.

Pros

I love how easy it is to edit the content on our app. I don't have to contact someone every time I want to make changes. It's user friendly and straightforward.

Cons

It can seem clunky at times, and the fact that it is inextricably linked to CCB makes it less desirable if we ever wanted to switch databases.

Aware3 has been a really good tool for our church. Everything you need is there, but it needs to quicken its load time.

Pros

It is user-friendly with good support. Took a minute to figure out the back-end stuff, but now find it fairly simple.

Cons

A bit glitchy at times and simply needs to load up faster as an app.

Pros

That it is connected to CCB. Makes life easier for us. We also love the ease of your giving and have it on our website instead of CCB's.

Cons

Wish we could individually select each campus's giving categories. Even being able to select a campus or not would be helpful to us.

Pros

Ease of use, ability for people to fill out notes and email themselves. Notification fences for users.

Cons

Lack of analytics. I would like to have more in depth numbers as to what portions of the app is being used, click links per a set calendar date to see campaign effectiveness.

Pros

The ease of use and the web access make it really attractive. It's thoughtful in its design and user-friendly.

Cons

It can be hard to build custom buttons and needs behind the scenes. The customer support is a great assist here.

Pros

Aware3 is super easy to set up and customize to your needs. My favorite thing about them is that they're constantly improving. Updates are frequent and helpful and often times directly based on user feedback.

Cons

I wish there was a way to edit our app through the phone in an easy way.

Pros

The Aware3 software is a valuable tool for the people in our congregation to engage with the sermon on Sunday mornings, and all throughout the week. The ability to embed video, audio podcasts, have sermon note fill-in-the-blanks, a Bible feature, visitor forms, and so on, make this a valuable tool for our church. Plus we appreciate that Aware3 is one of the few software company's that sync with CCB.

Cons

The app itself has a habit of running slowly, and push notifications are sometimes irregular (such as geo-targeted push notes never showing up, or general push notes coming through devices twice.)

Pros

Easy to use, the app very easy to use and organize!

Cons

Someone wanted to tithe $100 to buy tickets there was no way to reference it so the Bookkeeping would know what account it went to.

I wish there was an option for detailed reporting and analytics. The dashboard is general and good, but more options would be great.

that our giving can't be set up through the app since we use Blue Pay, we wish that the push notifications could include links

Funding accounts cannot be ordered by importance Lack of ability to have card swipe reader On the admin side when a form is created that requires payment, when viewing transactions the persons info doesn't link with their payment

Connection point for our people. A great way for them to stay connected while away, traveling or just to keep up during the week while they are away from the church.

Pros

The cost of the app is perfect. Once you learn how to use the app, it really is easy to use. The support staff has been prompt and helpful every single time. I like being able to see the dashboards so quickly. It helps know how people are engaged with the app.

Cons

Thought it connected better with CCB database system. The fonts used for the sign up forms are too light. They are really hard to read on the app. Not sure why this hasn't been changed.

It is reasonably easy to set up, and Aware3 continually come out with new features. They also integrate well with CCB.

Cons

Our biggest frustration from our users is not being able to stay logged in so that they can fill out connection cards more quickly.

I love that people are able to go to this app and give, and it integrates right into our database. Fairly user-friendly.

Cons

I wish there was a little more flexibility for the site manager to change the funds- especially to change between a certain date from one account to the other.

I really appreciate the ability to make the app unique to our church. Even though the app has a standard style, I still am able to make it look unique to us.

Cons

I wish there were some tutorials for some of the functions. Most times when I am looking for information, I tend to stumble upon it as opposed to being able to look for specific subjects.

Easy to navigate through the site. Gives us insights and a dashboard with statistics on usage and giving through their platform. Easily integrates with our CHMS.

Cons

Cannot use our own merchant processor, and must use theirs for card processing. We could save money if we were able to switch.
