Comments: We swapped over from using Intercom.io to reduce our services costs. It was a really straight forward process as it's designed to be a replacement. Shiftly is still in the growing phase with only a few hundred customers so our inbound support queries are limited to maybe a few dozen a week. Not having a per seat or per user cost to pay is a real benefit as we don't need to worry about elevated costs. You also get dashboards for free so we were able to drop another service integration we had and save even more. It has help shift the way we do business.
