It is highly user-friendly and takes the least time to create, upload and report expenses. It is also very easy to understand with its graphic design and user interface. Lots of different types of classification of expenses lets you manage your claims easily. Cons Certain things like ability to delete or edit the expense in the same screen could make the experience a lot smoother and faster. It was hectic and time consuming job. Now using happay increased my productivity. Pros The easiness of use and sped of the process are the main pros of the happay application. Cons Some details are not user friendly . For ex; to get a pdf report of last settlement seems to be difficult . Need to implement shortcut buttons for frequently used services.
