Comments: We've used QWILR for our business proposals and for our not-for-profit activities as requests for sponsorship for more than a year. I enjoy how the proposal looks once I finished writing it - it's so much better than a Word document - and we receive comments all the time about how our proposal was very different to any others our potential client received. I've recommended it to many friends and colleagues.

Pros: IT looks fantastic! I am not any type of designer yet QWILR makes my proposals look brilliant. Clients don't need to download software to use it. It's Australian, just like us.

Cons: Can't be accessed via mobile - this was a big problem for me one day as I was on my way to the presentation and desperately needed to change something in the proposal. I understand that it may be easy to make unintended changes via mobile but Instapage has the same risk but I can amend that. I think it should be user choice. It's just changed to a paid model and begins at a pretty expensive price point of $29 per month which is what we pay. I think they need to review the pricing structure as the minimum is too high and the next price point is too much of a difference. I've just now seen that under the new pricing structure, I'm unable to time limit a proposal. I can have this feature only if I pay the next level, $89 USD per month. This is unfair as it's a huge jump from $29 to $89 per month and because I would have thought time limiting was a basic, not advanced option. This should change. Proposals can't be archived or grouped so over time you end up with a really, really long list!

The best tool for creating proposals that convert.

Pros: Ease of use

Flexibility

Time it takes to roll out is virtually zero

Cons: At the moment, taking people off and adding new people to the account can be a pain

Overall: I've used Qwilr in a number of different businesses and I'll continue to take it with me as I move from place to place.

I haven't come across another saas platform that allows for sales teams to create a proposal that is easily controlled by marketing for brand integrity, but flexible enough that the sales team can truly personalise each customer output. We spent the time creating a number of templates that made for easy adjusting and sped the process of getting proposals out much faster.

The conversion rate is crazy good - each customer being delivered a proposal that functions as a micro-site means they're getting an experience second to none and also allows us to track the time spent on each page of the proposal. When we follow up with calls, they become far more intelligent because we have a sense of what potential questions they may have.

Having the ability for people to accept and pay for the proposal without leaving the micro-site also creates a seamless experience that we've become very accustomed too.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you're considering it at all, take the step and implement Qwilr - You won't be sorry you did.

Pros: Love the automation aspect of when prospects have accepted a project. Love the analytics to let us know what parts they have focused on the most. Love the integration possibilities and the dynamic qualities of having a web-based proposal instead of a pdf/paper style of communication via email.

Cons: The only thing that I don't like, at the moment, is the aspect of how Qwilr communicated with Quickbooks with the line items and product/service categories. Currently Qwilr inserts each line item into Qwilr as one default product/service and everyone has their own setup, based on their particular company, in quickbooks. So the one size fits all communication doesn't work in this case.

Furthermore, once that data has been setup in the Quickbooks invoice, you cannot change any product/service details without the WHOLE LINE being erased. Even if you wanted to create a grouped service offering, you can't without just creating the invoice manually from scratch to achieve what you need. This then erases the benefit of the integration in the 1st place. So if this can be worked on in more detail for Quickbooks (maybe Xero customers might have this problem as well), that would be SO AMAZING and make my Qwilr experience complete! :D

Overall: As a visual brand strategist, I have many clients that require a proposal for larger projects and websites that my team and I create for my clients. Creating the proposal, although a creative process I enjoy, was INSANELY frustrating with creating pdf, emailing them and editing them all over again. I'm really thankful to have been introduced to Qwilr based on the webpage capabilities that it offers. And because it's web-based, the integrations of using video and other embeddable capabilities lends itself to a more creative and "DYNAMIK" proposal for us. THAT is GOLD for us!

The automations and integrations make the whole platform that much more amazing and time efficient. With a few tweaks to the Quickbooks integration, it will make Qwilr PERFECT for me (and maybe some other quickbooks users as well). NONETHELESS, Qwilr is still a prime choice for my company. Even much so that I've integrated it into the proposal portion of our sales process. Amazing job guys and I can't wait to see how Qwilr will help execute many client proposals for our clients moving forward.

Recommendations to other buyers: NOPE! :)

Comments: I have tried a load of different Xero add-ons for creating proposals for customers. Finally I found Qwilr, which allows me to embed my terms and conditions, brand my business appropriately (using the exact colours) and even upload my own branding images to pepper throughout the proposal. Because I do LOADS of video work, I also am able to include video summaries about the service or product my customers are buying directly into the proposal. I also use images to diagram processes or other bits and pieces throughout the proposal.

I like the structure of Qwilr, as it allows me to use different formatting for sections and include ALL of the relevant information (I used to direct people back to the website or have to take them away from the proposal to do this before). You could include frequently asked questions or outline your process and inclusions/exclusions very clearly.

The quote module still needs work to suit the vast variety of needs business owners have when they are quoting. However I think there are enough workarounds to make it applicable to any business owner providing a service or product.

Pros: Astonishing look and remarkebl ease of use. You just need to be ready to make a change to your usual habits and have fun with Qwilr. Everybody will love it

Cons: Maybe the sections should be a bit more editable. Thou the customization it is quite good already

Overall: We began using Qwilr already some months ago. Before then we were use to have simple (or less simple) excel file to share our prices with our customers. They were use to them. One day we decided to change direction and buy Qwilr. First of all it was fun, fun to set, to decide the layout, to study how it would fit to our business (market research) then we push te pedal down to the max and started to send all our quotation with Qwilr. All our client after a first moment of shock and disorientantion really started to like the modern look. After a while everybody understood that apart of being beautiful, our quotes are just easier to read and to modify if necessary. Well done guys, keep up the good work!

Recommendations to other buyers: Not really, I would like to thank you for the good customer support

Pros: Qwirl simplifies the process of creating beautiful and professional looking marketing/sales documents ,pitches and proposals which our clients love and convinces them to want to do business with us.

Leveraging on Qwirl templates has been helpful for my organization and has assisted us in building and maintaining a fast , efficient document process ,which pleases our clients ,gives us a professional, innovative look and enable our sales people close deals faster.

Cons: It is very expensive and I will think only large teams and organizations are able to enjoy the luxury of this. I doubt a small ,bootstrapping team can afford Qwirl.

Pros: Ease of use and great design.

Cons: Lack of flexibility in text and design editing. Saving issues too frequent.

Overall: It's a great platform! I acknowledge that it's been improved (a lot) lately, but why don't do it even better? Some nice stuff like accessing an historic of versions (cause I don't know if someone already pointed it out, but it's quite common to loose some changes or having saving issues, so I think it would help a lot something like this) and uploading our own videos (like we do with images already) would be great. Probably there are many features needed by other users, so sharing a backlog of improvements, asking for the community what would be nice, or somethings like this review shall keep you guys improving qwilr. Thanks for hearing your customers. You're great

Pros: Looks great, easy to use. It's easy to have other team members access it afterwards, it allows for easy integration to invoicing system.

Cons: Saving and collaboration. A few times, we've had issues with the pricing reverting back to an old version, or if we need more than one person working on a proposal at a given time.

Overall: Easy cloning of proposals, easy for any level employee to see how a project plan was created, it's easy to drop the link of the project into our project management software as well as send along with invoices. These proposals also look extremely nice and professional. The cloning features as well as the saving content blocks has been an advantage as well.

Pros: Really changes how we are portrayed as a solution provider. The image we portray is how we like to be viewed.

Cons: There are a few features that we would have liked to see and the QWILR team have taken them onboard.

Overall: We went online to source an online Proposal Software package that provided us with templates and analytics. We reviewed a number of packages - but when we found QWILR, we soon realised that this was a game changer in the industry. We now have 15 licences and have rolled it out across the company.

Recommendations to other buyers: Cost can creep up when you roll it out across many users. You become totally reliant on it and it becomes the hub of the Proposal process.

Pros: Ease of use and looks professional without using a designer. Easy to set up. Like clone feature. Share feature is good.

Cons: Ability to move around line items of invoice. The invoicing software should be more flexible. Limited templates. Ability to add proposal options. when I try to create 2 payment option , it adds up both in a single total. Biggest problem is dashboard. I would like to who is seeing this document similar to doc send. So I am forced to download proposal in PDF and send via docsend.

Overall: Quick turnaround on proposals and good version control

Pros: Qwilr makes the proposal process much faster than our previous proposal process (i.e., Google Docs). The web-based proposal looks great on browsers and allows us the ability to quickly turnaround client proposals in hours rather than days. Additionally, the ability to clone frequently used sections allows us to maintain brand consistency and deliver the same level of service to all of our clients. Lastly, the ability to link with our QB accounts makes invoicing faster and easier. I'd recommend starting a free trial to see if it works with your organization's needs.

Cons: The versioning took some time to get used to but I understand the reasoning behind maintaining proper version control. I wish there was an easier way to revise the terms and conditions (e.g., replacing one client's name for another) by making a global change.

Overall: Saves us time and money by scaling the proposal process. Client's like the overall UI/UX of the proposal compared to our old method of creating proposals via Google Docs.

Pros: I love how adaptable the blocks are for creating professional proposals. The interface is intuitive and when I wanted to do more than what I could easily find on my own, the customer support team was absolutely incredible! They were so quick to jump right in and help me accomplish what I set out to do. They asked questions about our business and workflow to help create proposals that really worked for us and our clients.

Cons: The integrations with HubSpot took some getting used to. They don't work in the way I would anticipate them to work, but the team helped me create some best practices and workflows that would ensure they worked every time.

Overall: Qwilr has been a great tool for our team in providing simple, clean and professional proposals to our clients. They did a great job onboarding us and helping us get started quickly. We were sending proposals within days of signing up. So many platforms take so much set up and the lag time between when you are actually getting use and benefit from them is long after sign-up. Qwilr is not that. It's been great!

Pros: Functionality is great, layouts are awesome, variety is excellent, simplicity is better than complexity, at least in the bid world, and Qwilr nails it in these areas.

Cons: Missing some key flexible features surrounding the line items/pricing tables, font and text navigations, and the trial world shouldn't have to be so stingy...just ask Trello.

Overall: We need a bidding/quoting tool that is classy and easy to use, with the intention of bidding construction projects to multiple contractors around the U.S.. This app is great for hitting singles, and occasional doubles, but it's missing some items that'll make it a consistent base-turning giant. The support has been phenomenal, and I am crossing my fingers they continue to invest into their app because it quite literally could be the future leader of all quoting software in the budget/minimal investment price range. Fantastic future for these boys!

Recommendations to other buyers: I'm not sure I qualify for advice, but my opinion is that the Qwilr team is on the brink of amazing discoveries of use for the common man in the world of quoting/bidding apps, and I look forward to seeing these updates that are expected soon!

Pros: Saved Blocks, ease of use, statistics and analysis tools, cloning quotes. The list is endless

Overall: Basically our experience has been brilliant. We are a software company and used to produce our quotes in Word and send as PDFs. Once we had a bank of content any quote is quick and easy to produce and the feedback from our customers has been extremely positive. Would highly recommend Qwilr and their staff.

Pros: My client was looking to build sales sites to use for pitches to new customers. We looked at many different options before finding Qwilr, and what a relief: it was exactly what they we looking for. The sites look so professional. As a designer, I was thrilled that I had enough customization options to ensure that my client's branding came through unequivocally in the sites. The ability to save templated blocks is an incredibly useful feature, as it allows sales reps to quickly piece together a pitch site that is tuned to the needs of that opportunity. I can recommend Qwilr without hesitation.

Cons: There have been some minor usability and feature issues, which I shared with the support time (and to which they responded promptly and personably.) As of summer 2017, there were minor issues with mobile views, and the PDF rendering. Given the responsiveness of the team, I suspect these issues have already been resolved, or on their way to being so.

Pros: I love how quickly and easily I can throw together a proposal. It used to take over an hour each time I'd put one together, now it only takes 20-30 minutes -- including bidding out costs. Huge time-saver and great presentation that most of our competition isn't doing. Definitely gives us an edge there as well.

Cons: I've had some issues with formatting text or photos to get them perfect. I'm kind of picky with design-related stuff, especially when we're trying to earn new business, so I want to make sure it's perfect. The custom CSS helps, but they're globally applied. Last time I tried, there wasn't a way to add a custom CSS class to a specific element.

Overall: Time savings, presentation that helps us stand out, streamlined process to get contracts signed and deposits paid

Pros: Ease of use and overall functionality, appearance.

Cons: Haven't found any yet. So far it's making our lives easier every day.

Overall: We're in the private yacht charter business ¿ so every inquiry from a potential guest requires a proposal in return. The need to calculate a custom total, specialty information based on requests, and at a price point that looking professional with clean design will build a certain level of trust.

My team loves Qwilr because Qwilr makes their lives that much easier. The built in estimate blocks make pricing out the estimate instant. The full-width design and minimalist look match our brand perfectly so the experience is seamless for our clients.

With Qwilr, our clients notice how fast we respond with a custom proposal and how above-and-beyond it is to the typed email and spreadsheet estimate that our competition sends out.

Pros: Auto-save is nice and I'm glad that it respects multiple editors by block access. Cloning is extremely helpful.

Cons: I wish I could add a rate on the fly that doesn't need to be saved.

Using the block styles is not super intuitive.

Sometimes there are bugs with images showing over each other in edit mode then being fine when published.

With rates, sometimes the unit says "hour" and sometimes "hours" and I'm not sure how to fix that. It doesn't seem to be tied to the actual number.

Overall: We thought about building our own interactive proposal software, but we found Qwilr and it meets 99% of our needs at a modest price. There are a few pieces that could use improvement but overall it's been a great resource for us.

Recommendations to other buyers: Because the proposal name is not very prominent, I have sent a cloned proposal before without changing the name. I realize this is more of a training issue, but I could imagine others could have easily made the same mistake.

Pros: The sheer ease of use with great image library, solid block features to build a quote and the awesome quoting block. We trialed over 10 other similar pieces of software but the ability to have quote pricing sections which very important to us and Qwilr fitted the bill perfectly. Their support team were very helpful and even listened to our ideas on what would improve the software for us. The price options are reasonable too, with a level for everyone and even the most basic offering solid features.

Cons: Not much. We'd like to see a few further improvements in the quoting area and some more industry specific images, but these are quite niche requirements for us and for a general user these wouldn't be roadblocks.

Overall: Improved professionalism when quoting for new work and work contracts

Pros: Fast, easy to use, good for cranking 'em out.

Cons: Buggy, some functions that would seem to be needed in every proposal don't really work, and lots of stuff feels like it's 'coming soon.'

Overall: Hi guys - I'm a fan, but I have to do a significant number of work-arounds, and I think you can see all of my comments/ requests from my calalogue of emails to your team. I wish more of those had resolved with 'we fixed it! You're good to go!" - as is, I have to spend an additional few hours before I send a document coming out of your system fixing glitches, importing our own .pdf designed pages, etc. that makes it a little less turnkey than I wish, and sadly negates the value of the online version a bit. Too much to type in here, but happy to set up a meeting and go through it all again any time. I will say that if I were to get hit by a truck and not be here - the next guy, or certainly my boss, might not bother.

Pros: The ability to do proposals quickly and track reads.

Cons: It took a few proposals to really get the hang of building new sections.

In addition to improving the workflow the ability to track views of the proposal and have clients accept them to close deals are also great features.

Pros: Easy to use, customize and heavily focussed on design

Cons: We have run into many issues and bugs

Overall: While Qwilr is the best looking, feature rich product on the market for proposal software. It does fall short on bug occurrences and other issues popping up pretty often. The price does seem a bit high because of the issues we have seen. However there aren't really any other viable solutions in my opinion.

As a digital agency we want the software we use to represent our brand and our standards. We found that Qwilr really nailed that aspect. Through customized branding and an impressive design layout we are able to create really impressive looking proposals for our clients. This makes it easy for clients to digest and educate themselves on what exactly we are offering them. Other software just seemed to fall short with design and customization.

Qwilr is also extremely easy to use. We are able to create a customized proposal layout with a really great looking design in minutes. It's the main reason we continue to use the product today. I think if I had to choose our favorite feature, it would be the ability to add an optional item to the pricing section. This allows us to give our clients options that may or may not break their budget.

Again there are still bugs in the software but nothing to keep us from using the product to help us close our deals and end up with happy, well informed clients!

Pros: The ability communicate easily different essential points over time with clients. Provides the ability to grow a proposal overtime and see the transition of the project. Also I love the ability to customize the documents to the clients. Love the Metadata fingerprints also.

Cons: Editing features a tad kludgy.Need more ability to alter fonts and cloud schemes. PDFing could be made more cohesive.

Pros: Costs feature is great. Save so much time. Ease of use generally. Love the library feature

Cons: No tables. Having to reduce the quality of big pictures is a pain when in a hurry, surely the program to optimize these on the fly! I know you don't over support but some examples of the html code that sits behind the templates would be REALLY helpful to help format new ones (not everyone is a programmer)!

Overall: Great piece of software that could be made better by the inclusion of tables as a regular feature. It would be great to have some more business focussed graphics in the picture library rather than what seems to be a holiday album, albeit it a good quality holiday album. When uploading large graphics it would be good if they could be reduced in size automatically from within the program.

Qwilr has already helped win business for BCM Public Relations, new clients and existing ones have been extremely impressed. What impresses me most is the costing feature and the speed with which you can build a presentation. Well done Qwilr.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you include hyperlinks and produce a PDF it saying something like "the link can't be found". This is VERY ANNOYING. Surely can't you code the pdf generation to get round this? You need another product band so smaller companies can buy into the analytics.

Pros: The ease of use and the ability for everyone to get up and running in no time is amazing. Love the integration with hubspot, quickbooks, stripe and slack. The speed at which we were able to create proposals and reduce friction in our sales process is priceless not to mention the feedback from prospects-- "this is the best proposal we have ever seen."

Cons: This is a website first tool-- which has a ton of benefits. Our clients though do need a paper version and the pdf solution is great however we are working to make our pdf version a little more customer friendly. It is definitely not a show stopper for us and expect that there will be a time in the near feature that needing a pdf at all will be obsolete.

Pros: Easy to use, nice design, flexybel

Cons: Not supporting external video, the pricelist doesn't really work for us

Overall: It changed our way of doing quotation but should be improved. I like the possibility to add external images and I would dream of having the chance to use videos for the first splash screen also coming from youtube and not only those coming from the library.

Comments: The Qwilr support is top notch, and has provided tremendous methodology feedback over the past months. We would love to invest in the app once a few features get added/upgraded, which we are being told is very soon.

Pros: Ease of use, strong design layout, quality starting set of features, awesome background images great overall capabilities.

Cons: Translation from web based doc to PDF is not strong, line items scheduler is lacking, font features could use a little tightening up, more table-based calculations would be helpful.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would recommend this app for individuals that have a discreet set of services that are likely to be sold to potential clients. Those needing more feature-rich standard features should hope for revisions to come soon...as this app could blow up into a straight-on contender with big boys like Pandadoc, others.

Pros: Qwilr makes it dead simple to build beautiful documents really quickly. The proposals I send out look professional, but they also look great, which is important for our company. I also really like the integrations, and how easy it is to manage our rates, taxes, and get paid. Oh, and the customer support rep I deal with always responds quickly, and is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: I think the only thing I don't love about Qwilr is that it's a little bit pricier than I was hoping. To be fair, it's not much pricier than the alternatives, and once I gave it a shot I decided I was happy to pay the little bit extra for the efficiency/aesthetic gains.

Overall: The main benefit I get from Qwilr is that I can put together a beautiful proposal really quickly and know that it will look amazing to my clients. I also love the analytics and the integrations. For example, we use Intercom, and that integration allows our clients to ask us questions as they look through the proposal.

But really, what I love is how quickly I can put together a beautiful proposal. It's far easier to make something gorgeous than any of the competitors we tried.

Comments: We use Qwilr to send out and track our proposals. We started using Qwilr to make great looking proposals, we stayed on for the strong analytics and the ability to build up your own library of standard sections the team can just 'drop in' without having to re-invent the wheel every time. Helix is a Boutique software consultancy firm, as such we have a high bar for the software tools we use. Qwilr meets this expectation and then some. Fanatical support and perfect execution. It's about time we had slick documents made for the web. I can't recommend Qwilr enough. Great work guys.

Pros: Great support, and the ability to make beautiful docs, even if your design skills still haven't improved from your word art days.

Comments: Qwilr has changed the way we treat documents and has had a huge positive impact on our business.

Previously, we would pour countless hours into new business proposals and other external documents. The end result, while full of smarts and creativity, would end up being one long, ugly, dumb document.

With Qwilr, anyone (even with zero design know-how) can turn documents into beautiful web pages. Our external documents now look beautiful, and we've been able to increase the success rate of our new business proposals. Qwilr pages work brilliantly on any device so we know the recipient will enjoy the experience of opening and reading them. The feedback we've had from clients is overwhelmingly positive, and this app has helped us increase our new business win rate.

Qwilr pages have just the right amount of customisation. We can make the Qwilr pages look and feel like "us", but we can't go so far as to break the great design inherent in a Qwilr page.

The analytics and data behind it is great too ¿ we have a lot more knowledge about the effectiveness of our documents now. We love it and will keep using Qwilr to grow our business.

Pros: How quick you can format a document!

Cons: I wish I could indent copy to more levels so that writing an outline was easier. I would also like more control over styling table elements.

Overall: Our company uses Qwilr to produce project proposals. The features such as saving content segments and creating quotes make this process super easy! Our clients have also appreciated the clarity and ease of use to review and accept their quote.

The other thing I love about this platform is how quickly you can style your documents. Adding a background splash image gives each proposal a personal touch, making our clients feel as special as they are!

Once a proposal has been accepted we actually continue all of our project documentation in the same project. This keeps all important information in one place, and easily accessible online! Gone are the days of one person owning an Indesign file or even worse, having to try and make a beautiful document in word. We are in love! Thank you Qwilr.

Recommendations to other buyers: I think adding a "table of contents" that links to each section would be fantastic. Also, I wish you could see a content section when someone else is editing it for better collaboration. And finally, some sort of way to add comments so that my team members can leave me feedback as I produce a document.

Comments: I run an SEO/digital marketing agency where I need to constantly create proposals on multiple aspects of my business. Although my company, Digiswell Marketing, is relatively new and I do not have the client history of other big agencies the cleanness and advanced technological aspects of Qwlir proposals make my business seem like I have been running for many years due to the professional feel the Qwlir proposals bring. I especially like the accept quote feature and the integrations that Qwlir has access to. After I started to use Qwlir to create proposals I have been able to obtain more clients partly because they are so impressed with how the proposals look and feel. The only problem is the pricing aspect of the Qwlir service. Although the price is not ridiculously high for a new business like me, the least expensive plan, the pro plan, is still high. Especially for a starting business like the one I started, I am trying to make my expenses as "lean" as possible and it is difficult when I have to pay per month. Regardless, the Qwlir service is remarkable and I will continue to enjoy using it as my business grows.

Pros: This software is the most beautiful, easy to use, money making proposal software that I've found. Before using this, you might create proposals offline in a free software, but they weren't beautiful. Every proposal made with Qwilr will help you effectively communicate why someone should by your product or service. It also makes it super easy for them to sign it electronically. No more printing, signing, scanning. This makes selling easy.

Cons: You are not able to easily change the designs. They give you pre-made templates. This makes it a little difficult to match your brand. Their customer service team is not to fastest to help you.

Comments: Love this App. I always wanted to use quoting software but wasn't impressed by other tools out there. They just create PDFs (from what I have seen) and they all felt a bit dull. This though, is just sensational. As an online marketing agency it makes sense to use something that creates an online quote that looks great and even works responsively. But the think I love is the usability. It's amazing. People but talk about UX and always say their app is 'beautiful'. If you want to see outstanding UX - check this App out.

Pros: - UX is incredible - Stunning quotes that are responsive - Create quotes using your library of content easily

Cons: - Er... none - It would be nice to have quotes in folders and edit once a quote is published but this is just being a little picky

Pros: Ease of use. Ability to reuse blocks of content easily. Allows for the use of CSS to get blocks and templates where you need them.

Cons: Layout options could be more flexible. Right now it seems to be all full-width. Having multiple columns would be helpful.

Overall: We just started using Qwilr about a month ago & though we're just starting out it's already helping us think of new ways to make our proposals standout. The ability to incorporate web content is a huge deal and is already impressing potential clients.

After hearing a little about what the company has planned for this product, we can only guess it will get even better.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take your first proposal and run create several versions of it. One of our favorite things about Qwilr so far is how easy it is to iterate on a design.

Comments: This is a great product, based on a piece of extraordinary insight--we live in a web based world and all of our documents are focused on an 8.5x11 paradigm. In the last year, traffic on websites we monitor has moved up to about 60% mobile. Ever tried to read a pdf on a phone? Qwilr allows us to build proposals in blocks so we can easily customize and re-configure. It was daunting to me at first because you have to have all the visual assets, pictures, logos, etc. at your digital fingertips or you'll wind up flailing around and get frustrated. Once I got organized, I built a pretty cool responsive web page in about 30 minutes, that even allowed for client approval.

Pros: ¿Looks great on all screen. Like really great. ¿Easy to use. ¿Allows you to save blocks of content for future re-use. ¿Clients are impressed. ¿Team members are impressed. ¿Customizable to your specific business colors

Cons: ¿Pics have to be 1mb so you have to down-res them. Would be nice if it was automatic ¿The logo that appears on the screen makes it less desirable for business use. I get the incentive to upgrade, but it might nice if there was a middle tier that allowed white labeling, perhaps for a per-use fee.

Pros: As a non-designer, I feel like I have some design ability... but I know that's just a combination of great Qwilr UI/UX and giving me the main control I need to make beautiful proposals. It took around 12 hours to have really polished proposals (about 1 hour to have first draft) out the door with customers. It's allowing us to have a consistent 'feel' from website to meeting to proposal.

Cons: Wish there was a little bit more flexibility to have a 'block' that can have 3 columns of content, rather than just one. It would be good so that we can showcase three major features without having to have a lengthy proposal.

Pros: Visually pleasing, ease of use. The software is easy for clients to use and accept. We are able to implement security to ensure acceptance is done.

Cons: There is no easy to print PDF showing the details of the agreement and the client acceptance. You are able to get an audit trail wich is useful but a clearer report would be more useful.

Overall: I use this software for service agreements, the integrated IP recognition of acceptance helps keep all our office work in the cloud without the need for real signatures. The clients find it easy to use and visually pleasing.

Pros: Ability to quickly create interactive proposal for our clients based on templates and common needs. Reporting is limited but useful.

Cons: PDF export isn't high enough quality to actually use (instead we make a PDF manually upon request, which is rare) and the app could be more flexible for non-developers, but I understand the options are available for customization ¿ devs just aren't often in that area of the business to make those edits.

Overall: Our experience with Qwilr has been satisfactory. The service meets a deep need we had and were considering building ourselves to save time creating sets of PDFs for client proposals. We love being able to deliver interactive proposals to our clients.

The feature set and advancement of the service have been less than impressive after our initial sign up. I would have expected a younger company to accelerate faster than Qwilr has and enhance the product to be more user friendly, offer more flexibility, and enhance tracking. The product does a good job, especially for the value, but there are many areas it could improve.

Recommendations to other buyers: Nope! Fantastic idea and good implementation.

Comments: As a small business, proposals can be one of the biggest time sucks. Qwilr makes it so easy, especially if you are using much of the same material time and again. What sets it apart is its ease of use and the visually stunning presentation as a result.

Pros: The customer support has been beyond spectacular. They are fair, flexible, and responsive--which is more than you can say for a lot of companies out there. They make it so you want to work with them, and its not a chore. When you are low on time, easy is good.

Comments: I came across Qwilr while searching for a more effective way to present cost estimates and proposals. From the moment I visited the site I had a feeling, it was going to be a great solution to my problem. The user interface is super transparent, the functions within the site adhere to all of our needs when preparing proposals or estimates. I'm not tech savvy and most of our proposals were done in InDesign. This allows me to do everything I need in a much much better fashion.

Pros: Ease of use, splash page & video incorporation, transparent and clean. Best part is that the cost estimator allowed me to see all of the line items we were including in our proposals and best of all I was able to identify missing costs that we normally wouldn't add to proposals thus increasing the budget size and closing higher deals.

Cons: I've found the functions that allow you to bullet point, underline, and bold the text to be a little finicky. The software doesn't allow for Google Doc style bullet points with sub-bullets which I value a lot, but not a deal breaker in the slightest.

When we've had issues, they've been right there to answer questions and work on new features to better accommodate our needs. We're really excited to continue to watch Qwilr grow because if this is just the beginning, we're all in for a marketing partner we can't live without!

Recommendations to other buyers: We'd love the ability to reset the "first viewed" because sometimes we do that by mistake.

Pros: Love the "accept" tool and just how clean and streamlined the final products appear. It's like the new generation of PowerPoint married to an Estimate template.

Very easy to use

Cons: The inability to search images by keywords

lack text formatting options. Can get frustrating when you are trying to format bulleted content which is very common in proposals

Overall: Being that our business operates in the creative industry, we needed a proposal tool that was equally impressive. Qwilr is a unique platform that allows us to easily create proposals, presentations, and quotes. The functionality is intuitive and we love the "accept" feature of the estimate/quotation portion. Qwirl is still adding functionality but has been great at delivering solutions via chat when we need a workaround idea for formatting.

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure you clone presentations before sharing them because once they are "published" you cannot edit them and if you haven't already cloned it then you have to start all over...this was rather frustrating but easily avoided if you remember to clone each one:)

So easy to use, you're missing out if you're not using it.

Pros: How easy it is to use.

Cons: Because it's so easy to use - there is also risk in making mistakes by changing something to quickly or deleting it. While many people don't like prompts or extra steps, it might make sense to make it slightly more difficult to delete something.

Some of the templates are limiting, and we're still trying to test out the 'brand' features which override a feature (like font type and colours) - you might have in another proposal.

Overall: Our business signed up to use Qwilr so we could create faster proposals, leveraging a template of slides. We love how easy it is to use Qwilr, to save a block and leverage it across another proposal.

We're still in the stage of testing out the readers feedback, as some are still preferring to receive and view only the old standard of PDFs. We're looking forward to more usage so we can get more analytics, as already learning how long our proposal is viewed and which block is viewed the longest/most is very valuable information on our readers and for improving our proposals.

Comments: I've been using Qwilr for nearly a year, and it has helped streamline my design business immensely. Its templated system makes creating proposals a breeze, and I love that I can reuse blocks of content from previous proposals. A great feature is that each proposal is set up like its own little microsite, so anytime I need to make edits to a proposal for a client, the link simply updates and I don't have to resend several versions of a PDF to the client. As soon as the client clicks "Accept", the contract is effectively signed, and we can both download PDF versions of the proposal, estimate, project scope, and contract. It also helps my small business look much more established, which has been instrumental in helping me land bigger projects. It's a win for everyone! I do find the monthly cost to be a bit steep for my budget; however, I'm currently willing to spend the money due to the positive results I've seen in my business.

Pros: Qwilr is easy to use and the design is very professional. It's helped me close many deals, and made payment for my clients easy and painless. I would recommend qwilr to any freelancer, design company, and anyone looking to win over high paying clients.

Cons: I wish the monthly cost was a little lower, but it is well worth it. I also wish there was a way to see the payment info after it is submitted through qwilr so that we can charge reoccurring payments

Pros: Qwilr creates webpages, not documents. This means that you aren't constrained by the size of a page, and you can easily make edits even after sending a proposal to a client if the discussions cause it to change, or you just forgot to fix a typo.

Cons: Image resizing is limited, which sometimes means you can't quite get an image as large as you would like it. I would love to see more customization options for those that don't know HMTL and CSS also, as I sometimes need to resort to that to get exactly what I need.

Pros: Qwilr adds prestige to our company because clients are not expecting to receive a proposal quite so advanced, and downright beautiful.

Cons: Working the platform can be complicated. Search, edits and needing to unpublish then search in archive for your projects to duplicate takes far too much work. I think the platform can be made much more user friendly with a "less is more" approach.

Overall: They say first impressions are everything, so this first impression of a proposal performs just that. It's quite honestly the most beautiful way to send a contract to a client.

Pros: Better presentation of a proposal then competitors.

Cons: Some things are easy to use but just copy and pasting stuff causes issues. Really buggy and things seem to get deleted or the formatting screws up. Changing the fixed and hourly can't be done which is annoying. I have to create a new price entry if I want to go from hourly to fixed and visa-versa when I want to keep the description. The UI is a little busy in the pricing area when adjusting options and move things around.

Overall: We really like it since it allows for a very professional proposal. The problem that its buggy and we are spending way too much time trying to get the basic formatting to work. So the idea that it's a time saver kind of goes out the window. I feel you are overcharging for a product that is so incomplete. Also the fact that you allow people to pay right there but there's no SSL certified seems like a huge NO NO. You might have fixed this by now.

Pros: I love that Qwilr's proposals look like beautiful, modern websites. I also truly appreciate that proposals can double as contracts, as they have e-sign functionality, audit trails, and clients can pay a deposit straight from the proposal. Cons: While it's nice that you can process deposit payments, Qwilr's payment processing fees are fairly steep, which makes it not worth it to charge a deposit directly from the invoice.

Save time by reusing content blocks

The visual impact and interactivity for clients is way over and above what any document could ever provide (including interactive Videos)

Qwilr comes with all the bells and whistles needed, without making it complicated - it's really easy to use and I look forward to creating proposals now!

There're templates provided, and you can create your own, but one of my favourite features is the ability to save certain sections of a quote to reuse elsewhere. This works perfectly for our business, as none of our quotes are the same, so this saves us a lot of time and reduces the risk of human error.

Cons: I haven't been able to figure out if I can store my own images for reuse. And I haven't figured out how members of my team can participate on the same proposal.

Overall: Qwilr has allowed our company to turn our proposals to prospective clients faster than ever before. It also gives us a tool to deliver a proposal that is more professional and engaging as well. It's been very easy to learn to use. I'm not sure if there is a way to save imagery - I've been able to save sections, but saving my own images would be helpful. I haven't figured out how to allow my team to participate on the same proposal with me. But I haven't been stuck enough yet to call customer support - so I can't fairly rate it. Comments: As a startup, we needed to be able to quickly create and customize sales proposals and as the person in charge of operations, I wanted it to be easy to convert a proposal into a contract. The response from potential leads has been great. I think there are some proposals that actually look better on mobile than they do on a computer monitor. The responsive design limits what you can do within a block, but the tradeoff is worth it.

I love the reusable blocks so that you can quickly update a proposal, and enable acceptance for a client to sign an agreement with the proposal itself. Not all the features are fully baked yet, but the Qwilr dev team is adding new features fast and doesn't delay in responding to customer support inquiries. Excellent value and exactly the kind of team you'd want to do business with.

Pros: Rather than cringing when I have to send such a long document, I'm proud to send a proposal from Qwilr with a simple link that looks great when they open it. I feel like it really helps me stand out as well!

Cons: Sometimes the formatting can be finicky when I try to copy and paste into the editor, but it's probably mostly user-error :)

Pros: looks nice, gives a professional sheen to proposals

Cons: technical issues, limitations in regards to formatting options (lacking in comparison to Microsoft Word), bad customer service experience.

The most annoying thing was that someone from Qwilr offered to give me a demo and we set up a calendar appointment. The person from Qwilr then just deleted the appointment without ever communicating with me. That may have just been a one-off mistake, but it was weird.

Overall: There's a lot to love about Qwilr, but it has long ways to go. It looks great and really helps you look professional. However, I had issues with the program dropping my work. I added images that were gone the next time I logged in. It also lacked a lot of the basic capabilities of Microsoft Word. It's been a little over a month since I used it, so I can't remember the specifics in regards to those capabilities that are missing. So try it out yourself! I'm sure it will be getting better.

Comments: Before there was Qwilr there was PowerPoint.

For a brief interlude we tried using Google Docs, Sheets, Pages, etc. and a lot of their products - but nothing was rolled into one.

Now we have:

1. A way of presenting an image of a company that is professional

2. A way of tracking our leads through opening of documents

3. A way of having life in documents, making it so that they're able to be changed without fear of constant version control, brand control and making sure everyone has the latest version - they just have to have the link and they DO have the latest version.

Clean up your external marketing and document distribution, cut down the chatter and excessive PowerPoint internally, do yourself a favour and get Qwilr.

Pros: Very easy to use and beautiful to the customers. I also like the simple editor and built in Unsplash features.

Cons: I do not like that the take 1% of my deals through stripe. Stripe is already charging me and I am already paying for Qwilr, so I think that is kind of lame. I also think you should be able to have two super admins.

Overall: I use Qwilr to help me run my agency and love that I can duplicate bids and amend the data to quickly send out a bid. The design of the bids is simple and easy enough to make match my own brand style guide. I am now able to send a good looking bid to potential clients within minutes and I believe the wow factor has increased my % of closed deals. The payment feature is nice enough, but I don't like that they take money on top of what I already pay them.

Qwilr helps with your tool to sell more products and services, as well as to look better with less effort, reducing teamwork and keeping the client satisfied. I also love that it can be integrated with the Slack communication tool, which helps the team stay informed of updates.

Cons: So far what I do not like much about this platform is that the sections should be a bit more editable, and good plans are a few expensive.

Comments: I started by using the free version but quickly moved into the paid version. This app is incredible at creating proposals on the fly. I can make proposals look beautiful as if it was a personalized landing page for my specific client.

Pros: Great integrations with Quickbooks and allows for signatures/acceptance of a proposal. Analytics and knowing when they have clicked and viewed my proposal is a must. These proposals are so well designed, people keep asking me why did I make an entire website for them just for a simple proposal!

Cons: Perhaps it needs more integrations? Saving to dropbox or Google Docs for really lazy people who won't download it and drop it in...

Recommendations to other buyers: Try it before you buy it. And then you will fall in love!

Pros: Aesthetics

Cons: Sometimes the functionality of the markup such as only having one level of bullet points.

Overall: Qwilr is a great way for us to impress prospective clients. I love the ability to save content. There are certain components that can be improved such as copy/pasting markup and other analytics but overall i'm just looking forward to the improvements while still enjoying Qwilr.

Pros: Easy to use for both us and our clients

Cons: Immature editor, One of the biggest problems we faced was lack of a proper documentation library nested on one of our subdomains. Not to mention the often annoying bugs in the editor what would force a reload. Other than that a great product keeps up the great work!

Overall: We really enjoyed it.

Comments: Qwilr has made a huge impression on our clients, and started saving us time from the day we started using it (wish we'd started sooner!). The product has such a visual kick for clients, so allows you to leave a positive impression from the start (far more than any static document would offer). It's easy to use and lets you save and reuse content blocks which is ideal for our business, since each of our quotes are unique.

Pros: Reduces risk of human error by allowing the re-use of saved content blocks Has a very impressive visual appeal to clients Really flexible/powerful but without being complicated Allows for video embedding which's great for interactivity Support is off the charts with personalised/fast turn around Saves time through the use of existing templates

Pros: I particularly like the user interface that is straightforward. The presentation looks very professional with many integration options such as typeform, videos in the header, etc.

Cons: Somehow content wouldn't save using Safari. I contact customer support team that is investigating on this.

Qwilr had been great for our digital marketing business. Reducing proposal delivery time, our clients love the sign on screen functionality. Backend integrations with our crm make this user friendly.

Cons: Took about 3 or 4 proposals to get up to speed

Pros: For us, as multimedia content producers, it's very important to create proposals and presentations, which look excellent but easy to create.

Cons: For some adaptations I need CSS, and that is still challenging for me. Well, there are still many tutorials, I must go through.

Pros: Love what the guys at Qwilr have built. .Our clients and prospects are really impressed with the quality of proposals we now present. Easy to use - the text formatting does need work though and that's the only thing I can fault it on right now. The Qwilr guys did spend some time with my team helping us get under the hood on this - nice to have a local product being supported locally in Sydney. I can highly recommend this platform.

Cons: text formatting needs to be improved - and i'd also like to have the option to turn on alerts so I can have visibility each time the doc is viewed - not just the first time.
