Cons They advertise 3 different prices depending on how many users which is fine. However the 1 user price is missing most of the usable options needed to operate there software. Making the product only good if your a bigger company able to pay more. There not giving much for there value. Try pandadoc there cheaper and give you more. We quickly learned that the site is beautiful and easy to use but was not feature packed like we initially thought. When we asked about certain features we were always told they were "in the process" but over 6 MO the we haven't seen any come to fruition Pros Nice clean UI Cons You cant track individual opens from the same link/email. It looks great and really helps you look professional. However, I had issues with the program dropping my work. I added images that were gone the next time I logged in. It also lacked a lot of the basic capabilities of Microsoft Word. It's been a little over a month since I used it, so I can't remember the specifics in regards to those capabilities that are missing. So try it out yourself! I'm sure it will be getting better. The most annoying thing was that someone from Qwilr offered to give me a demo and we set up a calendar appointment. The person from Qwilr then just deleted the appointment without ever communicating with me. That may have just been a one-off mistake, but it was weird. Pros looks nice, gives a professional sheen to proposals Cons technical issues, limitations in regards to formatting options (lacking in comparison to Microsoft Word), bad customer service experience. Clients often give me a great feedback about how beautiful my proposals are. The photos and videos splash, how I can change the color of theme (and I always change to the colors of that client when it's a big one), etc. I heard once: "Well, if your proposal it's like this, I'm sure your work is great too, because you had the time and effort to make even this part of the process pleasant. Qwilr is easy, beautiful and the guys are really helpful, every time I had a question they were fast on the response. Qwilr is a unique platform that allows us to easily create proposals, presentations, and quotes. The functionality is intuitive and we love the "accept" feature of the estimate/quotation portion. Qwirl is still adding functionality but has been great at delivering solutions via chat when we need a workaround idea for formatting. Pros Love the "accept" tool and just how clean and streamlined the final products appear. It's like the new generation of PowerPoint married to an Estimate template. Very easy to use Cons The inability to search images by keywords lack text formatting options. The analytics and confirmation of opening has been a great touch point for our sales team to utilise when prospects are interacting with our POC and Proposal documents that we send to them using Qwilr. Really easy and quick to use. Blocks are savable - making the process quicker for us. Customers can sign contracts. Cons Until recently, the software wasn't very customisable. November 30, 2016 5.0 I use Qwilr to help me run my agency and love that I can duplicate bids and amend the data to quickly send out a bid. The design of the bids is simple and easy enough to make match my own brand style guide. I am now able to send a good looking bid to potential clients within minutes and I believe the wow factor has increased my % of closed deals. The payment feature is nice enough, but I don't like that they take money on top of what I already pay them. Pros Very easy to use and beautiful to the customers. I also like the simple editor and built in Unsplash features. Cons I do not like that the take 1% of my deals through stripe. Stripe is already charging me and I am already paying for Qwilr, so I think that is kind of lame. I also think you should be able to have two super admins. Review Source JW Jonjoe W.
