We reviewed a number of packages - but when we found QWILR, we soon realised that this was a game changer in the industry. We now have 15 licences and have rolled it out across the company. Pros Really changes how we are portrayed as a solution provider. The image we portray is how we like to be viewed. Getting images sized right and mixing some text fonts or sizes still not easy. We are a software company and used to produce our quotes in Word and send as PDFs. Now our professional looking quotes are sent from Qwilr and we get all the analysis we need from Qwilr. Once we had a bank of content any quote is quick and easy to produce and the feedback from our customers has been extremely positive. Would highly recommend Qwilr and their staff. We looked at many different options before finding Qwilr, and what a relief: it was exactly what they we looking for. The sites look so professional. As a designer, I was thrilled that I had enough customization options to ensure that my client's branding came through unequivocally in the sites. The ability to save templated blocks is an incredibly useful feature, as it allows sales reps to quickly piece together a pitch site that is tuned to the needs of that opportunity. I can recommend Qwilr without hesitation. Cons There have been some minor usability and feature issues, which I shared with the support time (and to which they responded promptly and personably.) As of summer 2017, there were minor issues with mobile views, and the PDF rendering. Given the responsiveness of the team, I suspect these issues have already been resolved, or on their way to being so. March 14, 2018 5.0 Pros The ease of use and the ability for everyone to get up and running in no time is amazing. Love the integration with hubspot, quickbooks, stripe and slack. The speed at which we were able to create proposals and reduce friction in our sales process is priceless not to mention the feedback from prospects-- "this is the best proposal we have ever seen." Cons This is a website first tool-- which has a ton of benefits. Our clients though do need a paper version and the pdf solution is great however we are working to make our pdf version a little more customer friendly. Pros I really like the software as it is easy to create a stunning quotation and edit very easily when needed. You get to know when client has seen it and can star it when they go ahead. Also those without stars reminds me who to follow up with. I am now recommending the software. Cons No cons for me as I haven’t found any issues. The templates that are available look professional and there also free images available to add on. Overall it's a very powerful tool that streamlines a process that is otherwise quite tedious and frustrating at times, and makes it simple and easy. Cons There is a bit of setting up required in order to get Qwilr to best fit your needs as the user. You will most likely have to spend a good deal of time reading through the tutorials in order to effectively use this tool. They just create PDFs (from what I have seen) and they all felt a bit dull. This though, is just sensational. As an online marketing agency it makes sense to use something that creates an online quote that looks great and even works responsively. But the think I love is the usability. It's amazing. People but talk about UX and always say their app is 'beautiful'. If you want to see outstanding UX - check this App out. Pros \- UX is incredible - Stunning quotes that are responsive - Create quotes using your library of content easily Cons \- Er... none - It would be nice to have quotes in folders and edit once a quote is published but this is just being a little picky Review Source Justin G. Pros The speed is amazing and I can create from scratch or knock out a templated proposal in minutes instead of hours Cons Sometimes I wish there were a few more ways to customize things, but in reality that complicates the process and adds more switches, buttons and options. Easy to use - the text formatting does need work though and that's the only thing I can fault it on right now. The Qwilr guys did spend some time with my team helping us get under the hood on this - nice to have a local product being supported locally in Sydney. I can highly recommend this platform. Cons text formatting needs to be improved - and i'd also like to have the option to turn on alerts so I can have visibility each time the doc is viewed - not just the first time.
