It is important to make it interactive and beautiful to the eyes of our customer since one of our core biz is web designing. Before using Qwirl it was a struggle to make proposals in PDF by replacing elements, text, img, etc. but now, is it as easy with their drag-n-drop system. The software completely met my expectations. Super awesome software. It takes what people hate reading paperwork with a big potential bill (proposal) attached and turns it into valuable marketing content. Cons It's... a little awkward to use still. I feel like the software is being actively developed, but it's missing a few key features like multiple signatures, contracts, etc, and is a little clunky putting numbers together. Cons I would like to see a back end portal for organizations to input products, services, and pricing so that when a user creates a quote there is a custom menu that can be used to populate fields instead of having to type everything per quote, or copy a previous one and modify it. I had been using simple tools, from Google docs to Dubsado, and none of them were giving the impression that I wanted to give. That’s when I found Qwilr. Setting up my proposals now is easy, and they look incredibly impressive. The moment I started using Qwilr, the number of proposals accepted started to increase, and I feel confident sending bigger proposals to higher end clients! Pros The best part about Qwilr is that it makes it so easy for us to create professional and impressive proposals. Pros The integration with the Salesforce CRM price book is useful as it enables consistency in pricing between source systems and official proposal documentation. The web page as opposed to traditional document format really allows engaging proposals to be created and obviously allows for easy consumption on any device by recipients. That the e-signature component is baked in helps ease the process too. Cons There are a few issues that need to be resolved regarding the ease of formatting content in the browser as you would expect in a Word document. We love how easy it is to use Qwilr, to save a block and leverage it across another proposal. We're still in the stage of testing out the readers feedback, as some are still preferring to receive and view only the old standard of PDFs. We're looking forward to more usage so we can get more analytics, as already learning how long our proposal is viewed and which block is viewed the longest/most is very valuable information on our readers and for improving our proposals. Pros How easy it is to use. Cons Because it's so easy to use - there is also risk in making mistakes by changing something to quickly or deleting it. While many people don't like prompts or extra steps, it might make sense to make it slightly more difficult to delete something. Some of the templates are limiting, and we're still trying to test out the 'brand' features which override a feature (like font type and colours) - you might have in another proposal. First of all we got a really good first impression from our contact who were very helpful, second is how willing Qwilr were to make adjustments to fit our needs. Pros I like how easy Qwilr is to use and the graphic elements is really up to date. Cons There are som upgrades that needs to be done to make the overview better. Allows for the use of CSS to get blocks and templates where you need them. Cons Layout options could be more flexible. Right now it seems to be all full-width. It would be great to have some more business focussed graphics in the picture library rather than what seems to be a holiday album, albeit it a good quality holiday album. When uploading large graphics it would be good if they could be reduced in size automatically from within the program. Qwilr has already helped win business for BCM Public Relations, new clients and existing ones have been extremely impressed. What impresses me most is the costing feature and the speed with which you can build a presentation. Well done Qwilr. Pros Costs feature is great. Save so much time. Ease of use generally. Love the library feature Cons No tables. Having to reduce the quality of big pictures is a pain when in a hurry, surely the program to optimize these on the fly! I know you don't over support but some examples of the html code that sits behind the templates would be REALLY helpful to help format new ones (not everyone is a programmer)! Since then we won almost every deal we created a proposal for. Clients are mostly like "Wow, this proposal thing is awesome, how do you do that?"
