The clients find it easy to use and visually pleasing. Pros Visually pleasing, ease of use. The software is easy for clients to use and accept. We are able to implement security to ensure acceptance is done. Cons There is no easy to print PDF showing the details of the agreement and the client acceptance. Pros Nothing really, it's a bs platform with limited functionality. Cons This company and platform were clearly stuck in the 2000s. No updates for the past few years probably. They have three different options of font customization and five different colors - that's it! That's what you get for $75 per month. Layout customization is limited as well. You only make one or two-column pages. This is why all your decks and proposals will look the same. It took me a while to realize that they are not planning to update the app ever, so switch to Google Slides - simple, better, faster, more features, and cheaper. Review Source MS Mark S. When we've had issues, they've been right there to answer questions and work on new features to better accommodate our needs. We're really excited to continue to watch Qwilr grow because if this is just the beginning, we're all in for a marketing partner we can't live without! Pros We love the ui and the way these proposals look when sent. Cons We need the ability to seperate one-time vs monthly fees in Totals. Please add the ability to do two columns inside a section. It adds a professional touch to our estimates and helps bring them to the next level. There are a few bugs in the system but the support team is very responsive and working hard to fix any issues that arise. I highly recommend this to any growing agency. Pros It is very user friendly and easy to use. I think my grandma could probably log in and create a compelling estimate. It ads a professional look to what used to be plain pdf estimates. The problem that its buggy and we are spending way too much time trying to get the basic formatting to work. So the idea that it's a time saver kind of goes out the window. I feel you are overcharging for a product that is so incomplete. Also the fact that you allow people to pay right there but there's no SSL certified seems like a huge NO NO. You might have fixed this by now. Pros Better presentation of a proposal then competitors. Cons Some things are easy to use but just copy and pasting stuff causes issues. Really buggy and things seem to get deleted or the formatting screws up. Changing the fixed and hourly can't be done which is annoying. I have to create a new price entry if I want to go from hourly to fixed and visa-versa when I want to keep the description. The UI is a little busy in the pricing area when adjusting options and move things around. It also gives us a tool to deliver a proposal that is more professional and engaging as well. It's been very easy to learn to use. I'm not sure if there is a way to save imagery - I've been able to save sections, but saving my own images would be helpful. I haven't figured out how to allow my team to participate on the same proposal with me. But I haven't been stuck enough yet to call customer support - so I can't fairly rate it. Used the software for: ### "Excellent Tool, Easy Polished Proposals" December 18, 2016 5.0 As a startup, we needed to be able to quickly create and customize sales proposals and as the person in charge of operations, I wanted it to be easy to convert a proposal into a contract. The response from potential leads has been great. I think there are some proposals that actually look better on mobile than they do on a computer monitor. The responsive design limits what you can do within a block, but the tradeoff is worth it. I love the reusable blocks so that you can quickly update a proposal, and enable acceptance for a client to sign an agreement with the proposal itself. Not all the features are fully baked yet, but the Qwilr dev team is adding new features fast and doesn't delay in responding to customer support inquiries. Pros it's electronic. I like that I can email a proposal and then reuse it later. Cons Get it working! Analytics are non-existent. TABLES! why can I not type in them sometimes? why are some of the boxes unusable one moment but normal the next? Why can't I delete random words? Why can't I do more with the font?
