Pros

Functionality - it allows for use as an internal and external presentation document. Easy link sharing. Easy to upload photos with minimal editing needed. Access to a stock image library. Easily aligned to showcase company branding and color scheme. Professional appearance. Option to password protect.

Cons

Viewability. Since it is a document, if you use it as a presentation, you will need to zoom in to make the text larger and easily readable across a meeting room.

Very positive, the tool is very easy to use and I received multiple compliments surrounding the visuals of our proposals.

Pros

Qwilr breaks the mold with standard CPQ tools as you can tell that aesthetics was top of mind when creating this product.

Cons

At the time of use, one of the biggest challenges our team was facing was creating effective templates. Without the integration of a token feature, it often took time to sanitize documents in preparation for a new customer.

### "Great Tech For CPQ"

Great looking product - I've been tracking Qwilr for many years now and have been very impressed with the product they've built. For sales orgs looking for a CPQ solution, this gives sales reps a lot of freedom to be creative without losing control of the company brand guidelines.

Pros

Fairly easy to set up and build out something elegant to share with customers. Simplified our proposal writing substantially by adding an element of repeatability. Really like the widgeted approach to building components for a proposal that others on the team could use and the integrations with other platforms, most notably Stripe.

Cons

A few parts of the product are too rigid - I wanted to insert a video into a section but was obliged to put a text box over it which didn't make sense for my use case. Some navigational challenges to find things as well.

Before Qwilr, invoices took us a day to prepare and now we can churn out any sales documents in a matter of minutes.

Pros

We were tired of using different tools to create proposals and invoices. We were able to do all of our sales documentation using Qwilr. They offer a wide range of templates, all of which are designed beautifully. they have everything a sales team could need to create impressive proposals and invoices, right from royalty free images to video embedded documents

Cons

The price seems to rather high. Also, most of the useful features are only included in the business version. their basic paid version lacks most of the features.

Pros

The UI is wonderful, is easy to undertand and easy to use. The security system is great, i can count a couple of time that i sended a document to the wrong person and with this app taht is so easy to solve, just like delete a message. The fact that i can integrate this app with my analytics and CMR apps is make my life a little more easy

Cons

My team and i haved problems with to understand how to integrate the images correctly, was frustating at first, after taht all good. The price is hig when youlok over other apps with simlar features, but i pay it anyway.

I've used Qwilr in a number of different businesses and I'll continue to take it with me as I move from place to place. I haven't come across another saas platform that allows for sales teams to create a proposal that is easily controlled by marketing for brand integrity, but flexible enough that the sales team can truly personalise each customer output. We spent the time creating a number of templates that made for easy adjusting and sped the process of getting proposals out much faster. The conversion rate is crazy good - each customer being delivered a proposal that functions as a micro-site means they're getting an experience second to none and also allows us to track the time spent on each page of the proposal. When we follow up with calls, they become far more intelligent because we have a sense of what potential questions they may have. Having the ability for people to accept and pay for the proposal without leaving the micro-site also creates a seamless experience that we've become very accustomed too.

Pros

Ease of use Flexibility Time it takes to roll out is virtually zero

Cons

At the moment, taking people off and adding new people to the account can be a pain

I'm in sales so this is my "go to" tool when creating proposals (needed for a sale). Support team is fantastic.

Pros

Ease of use on day one. Plus the Qwilr team is constantly making enhancements to make it better. Cut down on time it takes to make a proposal.

Cons

Hard to read on the customers end. Too small and slightly difficult to read. Many customers ask for PDF so that they can read it easier.

Qwilr has changed the way we treat documents and has had a huge positive impact on our business. Previously, we would pour countless hours into new business proposals and other external documents. The end result, while full of smarts and creativity, would end up being one long, ugly, dumb document. With Qwilr, anyone (even with zero design know-how) can turn documents into beautiful web pages. Our external documents now look beautiful, and we've been able to increase the success rate of our new business proposals. Qwilr pages work brilliantly on any device so we know the recipient will enjoy the experience of opening and reading them. The feedback we've had from clients is overwhelmingly positive, and this app has helped us increase our new business win rate. Qwilr pages have just the right amount of customisation. We can make the Qwilr pages look and feel like "us", but we can't go so far as to break the great design inherent in a Qwilr page. The analytics and data behind it is great too we have a lot more knowledge about the effectiveness of our documents now. We love it and will keep using Qwilr to grow our business.

The main benefit I get from Qwilr is that I can put together a beautiful proposal really quickly and know that it will look amazing to my clients. I also love the analytics and the integrations. For example, we use Intercom, and that integration allows our clients to ask us questions as they look through the proposal. But really, what I love is how quickly I can put together a beautiful proposal. It's far easier to make something gorgeous than any of the competitors we tried.

Pros

Qwilr makes it dead simple to build beautiful documents really quickly. The proposals I send out look professional, but they also look great, which is important for our company. I also really like the integrations, and how easy it is to manage our rates, taxes, and get paid. Oh, and the customer support rep I deal with always responds quickly, and is very friendly and helpful.

Cons

I think the only thing I don't love about Qwilr is that it's a little bit pricier than I was hoping. To be fair, it's not much pricier than the alternatives, and once I gave it a shot I decided I was happy to pay the little bit extra for the efficiency/aesthetic gains.

### "It's a very big idea"

This is a great product, based on a piece of extraordinary insight--we live in a web based world and all of our documents are focused on an 8.5x11 paradigm. In the last year, traffic on websites we monitor has moved up to about 60% mobile. Ever tried to read a pdf on a phone? Qwilr allows us to build proposals in blocks so we can easily customize and re-configure. It was daunting to me at first because you have to have all the visual assets, pictures, logos, etc. at your digital fingertips or you'll wind up flailing around and get frustrated. Once I got organized, I built a pretty cool responsive web page in about 30 minutes, that even allowed for client approval.

Pros

•Looks great on all screen. Like really great. •Easy to use. •Allows you to save blocks of content for future re-use. •Clients are impressed. •Team members are impressed. •Customizable to your specific business colors

Cons

•Pics have to be 1mb so you have to down-res them. Would be nice if it was automatic •The logo that appears on the screen makes it less desirable for business use. I get the incentive to upgrade, but it might nice if there was a middle tier that allowed white labeling, perhaps for a per-use fee.

I liked it for its purpose and built in library of templates that wow new contacts, but wasn’t busy enough to justify its expense for the occasional new client proposal needed as it felt more like bells and whistles than necessary

I found regular monthly billing easier on other applications, would prefer to be more streamlined

Great product, can't wait to see future improvements, just some minor tweaks I would make.

Pros

Really great for our teams uses, the customizations are great, and it is super quick to setup, create a doc and get it sent off. The tracking features are SUPER helpful.

Cons

The price gap is way to large between the basic and the plus. Some of the features in the higher priced version would be amazing to have but the gap in prices is just too much for our young scrappy company. I also wish it was easier to break the branding on documents, to really fit the doc to match to branding of our clients on a case by case basis. We have found that in our industry they react very well to seeing that their branding has been adopted in our proposals. If there was also an app for creating documents on mobile on the go that would be fantastic.

Qwilr's team is so great and responsive. Someone always emails me back within the day with a solution to my problem. This tool is really versatile and has really made a difference in overall outward facing marketing documents.

Pros

Everything with do with Qwilr looks so professional and polished. It has really allow us to streamline our proposal and reporting process.

Cons

There are minor things that I would want changed, but they more specifically for our business. Qwilr has already taken into account many of my suggestions and incorporated them into updates.

Easy, beautiful, make me look like a super star (not that i am not, because we both know I am )

It could use more custom options, like 3 or 4 rows, custom video upload as splash, saving full custom templates, and such.

We have been providing our clients with beautiful professional proposals and quotes in short periods of time. We have been able to get immediate response from our prospects and able to identify if our prospects have viewed our proposal or not, as well as having an account of number of views.

Pros

Amazing professional platform that is quick and easy to set up and edit. One amazing factor with Qwilr's simple interface is the fact that you can still make changes even after sharing files. Our sales team is able to send out proposals and quotes effectively and efficiently to our prospects within reasonable time frames. The customer service team is amazing . Always available and ready to assist.

Cons

I would like to see more layout options. Other than that , nothing I dislike

I came across Qwilr while searching for a more effective way to present cost estimates and proposals. From the moment I visited the site I had a feeling, it was going to be a great solution to my problem. The user interface is super transparent, the functions within the site adhere to all of our needs when preparing proposals or estimates. I'm not tech savvy and most of our proposals were done in InDesign. This allows me to do everything I need in a much much better fashion.

Pros

Ease of use, splash page & video incorporation, transparent and clean. Best part is that the cost estimator allowed me to see all of the line items we were including in our proposals and best of all I was able to identify missing costs that we normally wouldn't add to proposals thus increasing the budget size and closing higher deals.

Cons

I've found the functions that allow you to bullet point, underline, and bold the text to be a little finicky. The software doesn't allow for Google Doc style bullet points with sub-bullets which I value a lot, but not a deal breaker in the slightest.

We began using Qwilr already some months ago. Before then we were use to have simple (or less simple) excel file to share our prices with our customers. They were use to them. One day we decided to change direction and buy Qwilr. First of all it was fun, fun to set, to decide the layout, to study how it would fit to our business (market research) then we push te pedal down to the max and started to send all our quotation with Qwilr. All our client after a first moment of shock and disorientantion really started to like the modern look. After a while everybody understood that apart of being beautiful, our quotes are just easier to read and to modify if necessary. Well done guys, keep up the good work!

Pros

Astonishing look and remarkebl ease of use. You just need to be ready to make a change to your usual habits and have fun with Qwilr. Everybody will love it

Maybe the sections should be a bit more editable. Thou the customization it is quite good already

Overall experience is amazing, but they just have to come up with small team plan like 4 to 5 people team and also for 1 person use. Other than that, they have to look into pricing strategy.

Pros

All the feature is very helpfull to express your ideas and it gives wings to your imagination

Cons

Obviously pricing of this software is too high so everyone could not afford, who just want to work two or three time in a month.

It's a great platform! I acknowledge that it's been improved (a lot) lately, but why don't do it even better? Some nice stuff like accessing an historic of versions (cause I don't know if someone already pointed it out, but it's quite common to loose some changes or having saving issues, so I think it would help a lot something like this) and uploading our own videos (like we do with images already) would be great. Probably there are many features needed by other users, so sharing a backlog of improvements, asking for the community what would be nice, or somethings like this review shall keep you guys improving qwilr. Thanks for hearing your customers. You're great

Easy cloning of proposals, easy for any level employee to see how a project plan was created, it's easy to drop the link of the project into our project management software as well as send along with invoices. These proposals also look extremely nice and professional. The cloning features as well as the saving content blocks has been an advantage as well.

Pros

Looks great, easy to use. It's easy to have other team members access it afterwards, it allows for easy integration to invoicing system.

Cons

Saving and collaboration. A few times, we've had issues with the pricing reverting back to an old version, or if we need more than one person working on a proposal at a given time.
