Cons: After trying this product for 1 year it just got too difficult.
1/ The original sales agreement stated the system can operate even with WiFi down...that was the first lie!
2/ If you have problems with the system and you need support you can expect to wait 3 days for answers. This means the product you are relying on for your business (and paying good money for) can end up leaving you stranded without any system for days.
After too much BS I wanted to unsubscribe. They do not have an option to "stop" subscription. Even after sending mails to all available contacts to stop billing they did not stop billing.
I have now had to contact VISA card to deal with them and try to claim my money back.
I cannot stress enough how disappointing and unprofessional Cibo App . Avoid paying for this product at all costs!
