I bought the Youzign LTD which ended up feeling like a cash grab. I should have listened to all the other testimonials about \[sensitive content hidden\]'s poor JVZoo style apps. Pros It offers a lot of features with AI, but they barely work. Cons Too many features so many of the features do not work well or just buffer and nothing happens. Support by \[sensitive content hidden\] is terrible. I wanted a refund, he said he would refund me when I accepted, I accepted the refund and never heard back from him. It's been over 4 months of emails almost every week and still no answer from him. \*Youzign is buggy and slow. \*UI needs work, it's a little confusing with a side menu and then image menu in the center of the screen. \*Terrible support \*Spammy emails from \[sensitive content hidden\] trying to sell affiliate products. After 2000, in its HTML5.0 mode, I only use its custom-background removing feature. Pros After purchasing Youzign in 2016, I was totally blown away by Youzign's UI & UX to manage my graphics. I loved its ability to custom-way of background removal, crop images with different shapes, create attractive outlines on texts, etc. Cons However, ever since it migrates to HTML 5.0, everything goes south. Many features are disabled and some are not working as they used to. With the aggressive graphics editing SAAS over the years, Youzign did not progress with its competitors. and has fallen back. Pros I always come back to Youzign for the templates, I find they have an edge that other graphic apps don't have so it's a great place to start for design inspiraration. Cons Unfortunately the editor lets the software down and is too basic for some projects which I end up finishing with other apps. It pales in comparison to Canva. Pros I appreciate how the templates library is often updated on a regular basis. Nice to see the upgrade from Flash to HTML5. I also appreciate the inclusion of API keys for easy app integrations with some SASS apps. Cons Some of the templates are excellent, while others are riddled with terrible layout designs which appear amateurish and hastily created. The design I have come across in the marketplace are hideous. It takes some time for the templates to load up on the site. I have purchased the pro version after watching their promotional video. I have not received any login details, the "contact us" link on their page doesn't work. They do not respond to emails or the chat function on their website. I saw similar complaints on their Facebook page and they do not respond to those either. Pros I can't say, because I cannot access the software. Cons I haven't had the opportunity to use the software since I did not get my login details after purchasing the upgrade! The Team has always released upgrades over the years, making it even more intuitive and easy to use. The html5 version available by the end of 2020, as promised by the developers, will surely make it faster, stable and suitable for mobile use on tablets and smartphones. Pros I bought YouZign at its launch in 2016 and after 4 years it is still one of my favorite design tools. Its strengths are ease of use, ready-to-use templates, millions of stock images and graphics to create all kinds of designs for personal and professional purposes. I love the feature of removing the background from any type of image. Cons Lately the platform is a bit unstable and shows some bugs, such as the loss of formatting of the various elements that make up the design we created and saved and on which we return to work. YouZign is developed in flash and this makes the tool subject to blocks and anomalies but the Team is working on the html5 version that will be released by the end of 2020. Cons I bought the Software when it was still in beta and was during the time when I bought the upgrade also promised that I can have up to 5 users added to my account at no extra cost.
