Pros It is a good piece of software and the metrics it tracks are important and useful. Cons Junglescout does far more with less cost. March 13, 2018 1.0 Cons They will steal your money without any notice once you get on their free trial trap. I cancelled my account during the free trial period because there was no function really there for you to try. I did not notice I was charged for 4 months until I checked my bank statement and they told me yeah I did cancel that account but I had another account open active. I totally had no idea the other account even exist!!! You will never receive bill or charge notice from them and they just steal the money silently no matter what. But the big flaw is you cannot track the reviews talk to the reviewers until it is too late... They post a bad review and the only way you know it is from AMZ tracker because in the review it says that they got it for FREE... and by then it is too late.... At least with a purchase you can offer a full refund and a replacement product, with a Free product, what do you do.... I'll stick with Tomoson not great but until something else comes along...... I tried to cancel my subscription and thought I had. I even sent something to the chatbot. When I was charged for 3 months and didn't realize it, I contacted them and asked for a refund. Of course, they only refunded my last month. When you go to cancel your subscription there is a FINAL page you have to fill out the word CANCEL in order to end it. I'm positive I just didn't notice this page. It's a TOTAL SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Review Source AL Adnan L.
