Now that we're up and running and everyone is on board, it's smooth sailing. I appreciate Law us for us

I tried this software and found it to be cost effective and a great value. I always appreciate software that is easy to learn and navigate, and Lawcus hits that out of the part. Document and Case management were well organized which makes things a breeze for me.

Pros

The integrations with other apps (ex: calendly, google calendar, decision vault) has improved our lives considerably. The customer support, which was outstanding on every instance. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been an incredible help for our firm and myself, personally. Pipelines and sages with their respective workflow have been a blessing for our client management.

Cons

The appointment scheduler does not meet expectations. Every day, it takes me three attempts to be able to finally log into my account. It would be appreciatd if we could track dow what used did each action (ex: who moved money from one account to the other, who moved a matter, who converted lead to matter, etc).
