Onboard IQ attempted some really useful features, but they just weren't quite up to par yet.

Pros: I adored the ability to text applicants right through their application. This was extremely handy, especially when dealing with the younger crowd. The automatic email response were great too, it didn't take much work on my part to ensure a candidate continued through the pipeline.
Cons: The scheduler was miserable to use. Each recruiter needs to put in their availability, which was confusing and difficult, and updating availability was even harder. You had to designate certain hours for different activities, and you couldn't cross over or it would double book you. I rely heavily on my google calendar, and there was no integration. This made my job very difficult, as we would have multpile recruiters booked for multiple interviews all at the same time.
