Mucha prisa por firmar, pero después de la firma el acompañamiento es poco o nulo, las respuestas de soporte son evasivas y no solucionan. Somos empresa grande y llevamos semana y media sin fichajes bien hechos y sin respuesta de soporte al respecto. Muy defraudado, no debimos cambiarnos de la antigua app.

Pros

Estéticamente bonita, práctica y completa a nivel de funcionalidades propuestas, aunque luego técnicamente fallan bastante. Tiene mogollón de módulos, pagas por cada módulo activo y por cada empleado. Ojo cuando contratas asegura las funcionalidades que tienes, porque luego quizás te falten ;)

Cons

Falla el sistema de fichajes, que es lo que debería funcionar bien. El sistema de QR no funciona y los otros sistemas lo hacen cuando quieren. Siempre pide geolocalización, aunque no lo elijas.

mala... no he llegado a usarla, no es para PIMES. Te venden muy bien la moto al principio pero luego como todo, cuando te quieres dar de baja, te quieren cobrar mas por no utilizar sus servicios.. Pondré una reclamación en consumo.

Realmente no me ha gustado. Es para grandes empresas, no para pequeñas muy complejo para una PIME. Es demasiado enredosa, para empresas pequeñas que no tenemos dpto de rrhh ni tiempo para gestionarlo.

Cons

Muy muy buen servicio para darte de alta, muy atentos todo muy bien, hasta que te quieres dar de baja y te cobran un mes mas si o avisas con 30 días antes, por que ellos lo dicen así.. Vamos que si en vez de 30 te dicen que 90 tienes aceptarlo. Les he tenido que mandar 3 correos para que me contestaran ya que la atención ahora que me quiero ir no es la misma.

Nada, de entrada la forma de venderlo con ofertas rápidas de consumo me dió que pensar, como comprando con cupones... no existe trato humano, tienen todo hecho para arrinconarte a soluciones web, por lo tanto el trato personal esta descartado

Lo contrate para solucionarme problemas, no para que me los diera, hay que sacar citas, hay que tener formación con citas previas, no cuando lo necesitas, sino cuando pueden los formadores, hay que adaptarse a ellos y no ellos a ti Facturan sin dar servicio... pides explicaciones y dicen que ellos no tienen la culpa Yo si vendo leche, no la facturo hasta que no la lleven, no cobro por abrir el supermercado... ellos sí, independientemente que no acaben de explicar si se adaptan a tus necesidades

Muy muy positiva, conozco otros sistemas para el control horario, pero este sistema va un paso por delante y ofrece muchos otros servicios asociados.

La flexibilidad que tiene el software y el trato humano.

Cons

Justamente la flexibilidad hace que configurarlo de primeras sea un poco tedioso, aunque se puede ir configurando poco a poco e ir introduciendo caracteristicas poco a poco.

I wanted to implement further down the road for my company but after all the issues and lack of customer support, will never look back once I finally accomplish taking my card off file.

Pros

Quality system but terrible customer support. They are quick to get you on board, but good luck trying to leave without multiple charges.

Cons

The support team lacks attention to the issues. I’ve been charged regardless of canceling and following their instructions. It should not be this difficult to terminate a monthly subscription.
