"DO NOT get this program, better options."

**Overall:** I wanted to implement further down the road for my company but after all the issues and lack of customer support, will never look back once I finally accomplish taking my card off file.

**Pros:** Quality system but terrible customer support. They are quick to get you on board, but good luck trying to leave without multiple charges.

**Cons:** The support team lacks attention to the issues. I’ve been charged regardless of canceling and following their instructions. It should not be this difficult to terminate a monthly subscription.
