"Excellent Review"

**Overall:** The experience has been very good and our community enjoys what it has done for our program and our communications office appreciates the digital signage.

**Pros:** I found Arreya hard to follow at first with a lot of intricacies on how to operate the system. However, customer support has been very helpful and supportive. I commend \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] who is our customer support representative and he has been very responsive. We would not be as functioning with Arreya if it weren't for \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\].

**Cons:** I found getting started to be a bit challenging. I am not confident we would have been able to function the program without the help of \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\].
