### "Best tool for communication between hospital and client "

I am truly happy that we found a service that 1. can confirm our scheduled appointments and 2. can allow our staff to easily text clients updates and picture regarding their pets.

Pros

One of the most utilized features is the vitusvet connect feature. This is truly a godsend to us because it allows our staff to communicate with clients throughout the day. Our staff is able to send patient updates to pet parents during their appointments/procedures sometime even pictures. Its a great tool that keeps the flow of communication going.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike. I have not had the opportunity or the need to explore the other available options provide by Vitus Vet. Perhaps in the future I will have a reason to explore these additional options.

Our clients can just text and do not have to call and go through our reception area to check in or get simple questions answered.

Pros

We enjoy having a text function to communicate with clients quickly and efficiently.

Cons

The integration with ImproMed needs some work. It is slow to pull from the database and does not have some of the customizations we would like.

I am an original user of the system and have about 600 clients using the system.

Pros

The ease of use, client satisfaction, reminder system and response rate and the new 2 way texting that integrates into the communication section of the client record.

Cons

At this time I do not find any cons with the system. the company responds to my requests and questions fast and has resolved problems quickly.

Reason for choosing VitusVet

The original pricing program fit my budget. As the company has had to change protocol and pricing they have been fair to me and explained each growth step asking for my input and thoughts on the changes. The company reps check on me and make me feel that my input is meaningful to the even though I am a one veterinarian house call practice.

Wonderful team and support, our staff is really happy with the software so far

Pros

It has all the features we need ( appt reminders, appt requests, an app for clients, refill requests and reminders, 2 way text) and it is vey use friendly

Cons

A few kinks needed to be worked out with integrating the software into evet, but customer support is very helpful in assisting with our needs

Pros

Reminder system is great and easy to use. Appointment requests are easy to navigate through and give clients a variety of options

Cons

### "Value for Money not great, service worse"

Overall was fine. Honestly not impressed towards the end. We switched services since being told that our bill was going up like $200 and I had 6 hours to call back and decide if I wanted to renew before they shut us out of the program. Therefore, we switched programs

Pros

Ease of use was fine. Lay out was alright to find everything.

Cons

Needed updating. Very old looking compared to other software programs

Overall it is a good program and the tech support is awesome and gets back to you right away. I would recommend them.

Pros

I like that it has the app for our clients convenience. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but very easy to use. I have had 3 similar programs in the past and VitusVet has brought on the most users I've seen with an app. It makes any contact with our clients quick and easy. Clients are also able to see their pet's records and lab work in the app which is not a feature we've had before.

Cons

The fact that our clients cannot see their scheduled appointments unless made through the app. If a client does request a medication refill or appointment through the app, the confirmations from us are sent push notification within the app, text AND email all at once which is a bit of overkill. Early on we have a few glitchy things happen such as our surveys not being turned on and if an alternate appointment time is proposed to the client via the app, they don't receive that notification.

Overall we are very pleased with VitusVet. Our clients love being able to request appointments online and access their pets' records at any time

Pros

The app makes it easy for clients to access and share their pets' medical records, book appointments, and see when their pets are due for a checkup. The customer support team is phenomenal and always attentive to any concerns or suggestions

Cons

The dashboard is a bit minimal, and there are a few features that are currently lacking a bit, but the company takes suggestions very seriously and is continuously working to improve their product. Overall we are very pleased!

Overall, I'm sad we didn't partner with VitusVet sooner. It has eased the workload and phone calls a ton, allowing for more things to get done in the hospital over on the phone.

Pros

The texting ability is absolutely amazing! While doing everything curbside, we've utilized the texting more than we thought we ever would! Appointment and med requests are easy to read and follow up on, the UI is fantastic.

Cons

The only thing I can say that is a legitimate con to Vitus Vet is that I can't go back to "archived" appointment requests.

Our overall experience is great! We recommend the app to all our clients and encourage them to use it daily. We stress that they will have their records on hand if they are out of town and have an emergency. I personally use the app and love it !

Pros

The features that most impact our clinic is the ease of clients making appointments for large and small animals. Being a mixed practice with 6 doctors, our phones are always ringing, so being able to schedule from the computer helps greatly. We are trying out the texting feature and we love it so far !!

Cons

If I could ask for something to be improved it would be that clients would see their appointments on their phone even if they did not schedule it from the app.

Pros

VitusVet provided us with an effective tool to communicate with our clients over many different modes. It integrates with our PIM (Cornerstone) and greatly reduces the amount of work we need to do to maintain constant communication with our clients so that we can focus more on patient care.

Cons

Occasionally the data won't update if they have issues connecting with our database.

This is hugely beneficial for a pet owner, I recommend it to all owners and their vets.

Pros

This app is super easy to use and allows you to have all of your vets records, prescription info, vaccinations and more, right in the palm of your hand. I love the appointment request feature, way more efficient than trying to arrange by phone.

Cons

At times, it can be a little clunky to get to different menus or find the correct screen you're looking for.

Overall, it has been truly helpful for keeping track of our pet's needs.

Pros

I like the fact that I can share my pet's records with others through it, such as kennels, indoor dog parks, etc. I also like it that it reminds you of when your pet is due for various items such as check-ups, shots, medications, etc.

Cons

For those of us who co-own pets, I wish there was a way to make it so that there is one profile with all the names of the household members so that we don't have to make multiple profiles for the same pets.

You can virtually take care of everything you need regarding your pet by using VitusVet. You can make appointments, order prescriptions, communicate with your veterinarian and you also have your animals medical record at your fingertips at all times.

Cons
