I could use it, but I would rather put my money into tools that offer more rather than just charging more. Pros I liked the high amount of templates. You really can just put your images and copy into most of them and end up with a beautiful website. It had decent SEO features. Somewhat easy to navigate and use. Cons It is not in any way worth the cost. They charge more for nearly every aspect of service from payments to web hosting to domains. Customer support is kind, but lacking. Not built for complex B2B sales workflows, but it keeps our lineup visible to buyers and looks credible enough. Setup was straightforward and I don't need our one IT guy to make changes. Probably overpaying given we only use maybe half the features, but switching platforms isn't worth the hassle right now. Pros We needed something quick to show off our sporting goods line to potential retail partners, and Squarespace actually got us there without having to bug IT. The templates look professional enough for client presentations, and honestly, it’s a relief that I can just update the product specs myself whenever manufacturers change their pricing. Mobile view is a huge deal, too. Since buyers are always browsing on their phones at trade shows, I rely on the analytics to see which product pages are actually getting traffic from our email campaigns. Cons The commerce features feel limited for B2B sales. Can't set different pricing tiers for wholesale versus retail clients, which means I'm still sending separate quotes via email. It’s always going to be my first choice. I’ve tried other website creation platforms but to me, squarespace gives you more and makes it easy to standout. Pros I LOVE squarespace. It’s really easy, almost too easy, to create a website. I’ve been using it for over 6-7 years now and the changes they’ve made have been easy to adapt to. The choice in page layouts are not complex and it’s worth the money. Cons I wish I didn’t have to pay extra for the scheduling feature and that it was more CRM friendly. It is so easy to navigate, make additional pages, and there are several templates to choose from. It is real easy to add/update products. Receiving and fulfilling orders is easy and even connects to shipping sites like Rollo. I am very impressed. Also a very, very good value. For quick, easy website builds, the price is so reasonable! Cons One thing i would change is customization. While there are many available templates, i did find myself sometimes wanting to change a color on a certain page and it was not as easy expected based on how the rest of the build went.
