Although there's cheaper alternatives I think this is a very sensible and logical option. Pros Squarespace is very user friendly and easy to use. I really like the various templates, designs, and choices offered. Cons Squarespace has limited abilities to customize certain aspects in the website design process. Also, for anything extensive or complex this is probably not the best choice when creating a website. It took perseverance to finally connect to these people, but once we started emailing back and forth, I got the help I needed. They were all polite, prompt and never closed the door on the chain of communications. I am legally blind and they came to my rescue. Pros As a first timer, I was able to design a basic website. It was easy to edit. I liked the templates, the choices of color pallets, designs and even text suggestions. Cons When I needed help I was initially sent to long menus of trouble-shooting instructions and videos. Eventually, after using live chat, I was given the chance to e-mail a live, human expert.
