Hands down was the most inclusive and best reporting features for our Bar / Restaurant / Bowling Alley. The couple times I have had questions, I've had great support and resolution very quickly.
I love that reservations can be received online, it helps us to organize ourselves better and leave our clients satisfied. It is used to manage time in general, salaries, breaks and much more.
Great amount of flexibility, the best product we have seen or tried, we have looked at and had demos of others and this fit our operation the best.
We have seen an increase in profits, customer service and the reporting ability has helped to make our business better. Both in the front and back of the house.

Now im stuck with a POS system. When your down and struggling Im not one to burry someone.
Getting used to not having a CAKE customer rep stopping by to assist in implementations although you supply that virtually on demand.
Also some basic functionality on the restaurant side is still missing. Tickets in the kitchen print up items in random order and there is no way to address this in the system.
We were so behind and losing money (people walking our) that I simply closed the kitchen. I lost a lot of money that night.

Overall: I enjoy that there is 24/7 customer support with any issues. (love the new text feature)
Pros: I like that I can access it anywhere remotely to make changes, add menu items, and view sales.
Cons: I don't like the new update. I feel the original version is easier to use.

Overall: Really, after dealing with POS systems for 36 years, CAKE is by far the best that I have ever experienced. They work hard to understand my problems. I talked to rep ([sensitive content hidden]) the other day because we had a online ordering glitch that he needed to refer to the next level. The problem got solved quickly by the next team. [sensitive content hidden] called me this morning to check and make sure that the problem was taken care of! Outstanding!!
Pros: I recently started using CAKE - 1) Setting up the system is ridiculously easy. I'm 61 years old and was able to set up our store with little instruction. 2) When I did need help, the customer service was always outstanding. I have been in business for 36 years and I can honestly say that CAKE customer service is the best I have ever experienced!
Cons: There are a few things I wish it had - like notifications that the customer has arrived for curbside pickup.

Overall: This is a horrible company. The equipment was missing necessary software when it was taken out of the box. The customer service that was received was bottom of the barrel. Be prepared to be placed on hold for lengthy times and still get no answers and the online support to not reply to your questions.
Pros: There is nothing to like about this POS. Received a brand new system and it didnt even have the software installed that it needed to operate amd tech support could not log in remotely tonfix the issue because of the missing software.
Cons: ALL OF IT. The equipment was faulty when received and the company couldnt fix it.

Pros: The customer support staff has always been great. I have been a CAKE user for 6 or 7 years now. I spent 3 Hours on the phone yesterday with [sensitive content hidden] , who informed me at the end of the call that he was supposed to get off work at 4pm. I called at 3:55pm and he gave me his best efforts, a great attitude, and he genuinely wanted to help me troubleshoot the issues we were experiencing. The only reason I am writing this review is to give [sensitive content hidden] a shout out!
Cons: There are a few fundamental aspects that most restaurants do, such as happy hour, and CAKE is not designed well for special pricing without creating duplicate items with the discounted prices, and a "happy hour" menu separate from the standard POS menu. It works, but it would be better if an item could have multiple prices based on certain times of day.
