"Cake 0 stars"

**Overall:** Started 10/10 they were great at the beginning. Good rate, good service, the whole 9… Then things started to break. Had two printers break and paid for new ones, not the end of the world. Then had a monitor go out and it’s been weeks without a replacement. Currently on here looking for other options.

**Pros:** I like how easy it was to update from the computer. I could update the menu from home if needed. I also really liked the layout.

**Cons:** Once the equipment they sell you breaks they don’t do much about it. They will up your rate before sending new equipment. They don’t return emails. Once you actually have the system in place they basically quit caring.
