The pricing was also much more competitive. **Cons:** The monitoring tool stopped collecting traces with no warning issued. I logged in to find Stackify non-functional. Customer support blamed me for not magically knowing that I needed to install the latest version, then refused a refund of the (now exhorbitant) monthly fees. **Reasons for Switching to Retrace by Netreo:** Pricing, a difference which has since been eroded.
