Pros: This software helps me schedule posts on all social media platforms so I can get on with my business

Cons: Sometimes the mobile app will attach the photo sideways and you cannot change the rotation. Instead I use the desktop version to ensure the photo will appear correctly

Pros: Buffer for a Social Media Manager is a great tool. I've used many others and I can't even remember why I stopped using it. I think it was because as a single user Blogger, I had to choose between a couple of different options. If you like the visuals (i did), it was very easy to use. Now that I think about it, I'm going back to Buffer.

Cons: I don't remember why I stopped using it. It probably had something to do with cost. It isn't expensive by any means.

Pros: There are several reasons for using Buffer App. One of them is that it allows us to generate a list of hours in which we want to publish our tweets or states.

In this way, we do not have to program each publication one by one, but decide what our publications will be and put them in a queue. Buffer App will be responsible for publishing at the hours we have indicated.

Buffer App allows you to send messages on the main social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus or LinkedIn), although you have to take into account that in its free version, you will only be allow to configure just one profile for each social network.

It also has extensions for browsers.

Cons: At the moment I have not found any flaws and I love using this application.
Maybe I can say that I had some difficulty to publish in Google +, but because I do not use that social network much, I think the problem has been caused from my side.

Overall: Buffer is one of the best tools currently available to create and program content on social networks. Thanks to Buffer, I have been able to save valuable time and not to miss the interactions and results of my posts.

Pros: I've used a number of social media software for scheduling from moderately expensive that came with tons of features to lower priced plans that were a little slim on the extras. Buffer is the first software I've found that's super easy to use, integrates with Feedly seamlessly and makes posting to social media a breeze. Because I'm not jumping through hoops, moving from one screen to the next, like with some software, my posting speed has increased considerably. Scheduled posts are nice and large in the dashboard which makes them easy to edit, reschedule or switch out images. The price is great, too.

Cons: The quality that makes Buffer so awesome is that they do one thing very well scheduling. Unfortunately, this means that you miss out on some of the bells and whistles that come with some of the "all in one" software. Don't look for fancy reports, stats or social media engagement info because you won't find it. If you need any of that data, you'll have to find them the old-fashioned way.

Overall: Buffer has been by far the easiest social media scheduler I've ever used, and I've tried many. It has increased my posting speed time which has opened up more time for me to focus on other projects.

Buffer is the best platform I've found for managing multiple Twitter accounts.

Pros: Being able to schedule GIFs is a huge advantage for me. My experience with customer service was great. Buffer makes it easy to manage multiple accounts and send out a high-volume of content.

Cons: It's a little on the pricey side, but I think it's worth the investment. The Instagram scheduling tool could be more useful than it is.

Overall: The analytics, ability to publish GIFs, and schedule/reschedule a lot of content are all great benefits.

Pros: The time it saves me when sharing posts and info to my various social media accounts. The Buffer makes it easy to share from a browser or your mobile device. You can change what you say for each network too in the Buffer.
For a small fee you can use multiple social media accounts too :)

Cons: The inability to tag some people when using this on mobile. For some reason the feature works on a browser but not on a mobile device. I would love to be able to tag quicker using the Buffer via my mobile device.

Pros: I love the simplicity of the UI on both the website and the app. It makes it really easy and pleasant to use.

Cons: I do wish that it didn't have such a huge price jump between different levels, but I think that's just a part of transitioning from the individual to business requirements.

Pros: Ease of use, ability to support (continuously) my personal business social media efforts - which otherwise takes A LOT of time, the e-mail support/educational e-mails.

Cons: Now that I know how to use it, it's easy, but it did take me a while to get the hang of it and navigate the site in the way that I wanted to.

Overall: Organize my social media posts, make posting regularly efficient.

Pros: The functionality you get for only in less amount which is amazing! I can manage all of my social profiles without worrying about having to upgrade to a higher priced tier.

Cons: The price difference between their lower tier and the next tier is a pretty large jump. Some of the more power features are only available for business (which they promote all over the backend). It can get frustrating continually being asked to upgrade to Business.

Overall: Social media management is a breeze. I can schedule and re-buffer posts in seconds. Love it!

Pros: Posting for my business is streamlined and efficient. I can have a thought out process and post on Twitter, Facebook, in groups and on pages. Allowing me to be strategic about my posts.

Cons: I wish I could post more than 1 picture in each Facebook post. I would like to see more analytics.

Pros: Buffer really helped me gain back more time with social media. I can schedule blog post articles and other items to keep a social media presence while I'm off doing other things.

Cons: Not really anything. Some of the scheduling features took some learning. The free version has limitations. But which free version doesn't.

Comments: Buffer is simple and easy to use. Scheduling posts and managing responses has always been a challenge before Buffer. Our clients have plenty of content and taking a couple hours to set everything up is really paying off. We are able to put the posts on autopilot and focus on engaging with our communities,

Pros: Buffer is very cost effective when compared to similar platforms. It makes post scheduling painless. The free plan is fantastic, but the RSS feed integration and analytics are well worth upgrading. Buffer recently added a pause button to pause campaigns when events that take place may make your scheduled posts seem insensitive. This is a great addition to Buffer and it really shows how much their team cares about the user and the audience.

Pros: Buffer is the easiest social media automation tool I've ever used and it has plenty of features like re-buffer of previously published posts that makes it stand out. The scheduling is also straightforward and user-friendly.

Cons: Lack of analytics is the only real drawback i see with buffer as of now. But I've heard that they are working on an analytics platform for buffer now.

Pros: Using buffer helped me manage my brand more easily across multiple social media platforms. The UI is more intuitive than Hootsuite's and I have had a better user experience with buffer.

Cons: Not many accounts can be managed with the free version. The next step up is about a month and should be fine for most freelancers. However, I wish there were an intermediate option around half that price. With costs for web hosting, ads, graphic design, etc., freelancing costs add up quickly, and I've questioned whether it was worth it to pay /yr for this service.

Pros: We recently signed up with Buffer to manage and schedule all of our social media posts across our business pages. I love being able to schedule posts. I can spend a couple hours in buffer each week and have all of our social media posts laid out for the entire week!

Cons: Wish there were more features to be able to post to instagram but I am pretty sure that is due to restrictions in Instagram rather than buffer.

I currently use Buffer to manage multiple franchise's Instagram and Facebook accounts.

Pros: I love that I can easily toggle back and forth through multiple accounts and that I can select multiple accounts to post the same content. Makes reposting things way faster and easier.

Cons: Really the only con that I see is that I have to log-in and manually post on Instagram. It doesn't take a ton of time, but it's an added step in my day.

Comments: With Buffer it is very easy to share articles between networks such as Facebook and Twitter. You can either type articles or use the special browser button to share other articles with a single click.

Pros: Easy to use. Very efficient. Saves lots of time by allowing you to post to multiple networks at once.

Cons: The interface can be a bit counter-intuitive when it comes to using some of the more advance functions, but such instances are a rare occasion. It is normally very easy to use.

Recommendations to other buyers: There is an excellent free plan which you can try out. Then you can see if you want to upgrade.

Comments: Such applications are required to go on the fly with the constant growth that social networks currently have, in addition to being compatible with many platforms, is also simple to use.

Pros: One of its qualities is that it keeps open the different social networks you have, allows you to share the content you want, as well as being fairly direct in what the user needs, if the user is one of those who does not need to enter the social network directly for hang up content, this application is the indicated one, because it allows to publish the content and hangs it in the networks that you require at the same time.

Cons: One of the contra is that if you do not enter the application directly and want to know what happens in the world of networks constantly because that depends on the content you publish, this application could delay.

Recommendations to other buyers: Allow users to publish more video content, correct performance details, and be even cooler.

Does exactly what the name suggests and it's brilliant!

Cons: - There is a learning curve with this software
- Buffer could be more intuitive - I had to play around with the software for quite some time to understand how to work with it.

Pros: One of the better social media marketing platforms for organizing a comprehensive content strategy. It's extremely simple and intuitive to use and takes little effort to master.

Cons: The small business pricing plan is a bit much if you're on a tight social media budget, but in my opinion it's worth the price difference in comparison to other similar tools. Do your research on pricing and needs before signing up.

Comments: I recommend all to try social champ at least one time so you can easily differentiate it.

Cons: Socialchamp is easy to use as compared to buffer.Socialchamp dynamically schedule the post on all social media very frequently! Buffer get me a little bit confusing while using it.so I switch this application. Its step is little bit difficult.

Pros: Best Customer support I have ever experienced. Went above and beyond to resolve and troubleshoot my issue. If you want a social posting solution you can't go wrong with Buffer. Their user experience is incredible and they constantly are updating and making it better!

Cons: Although their features are more limited than hoot suite, their customer service and simple user interface makes up for it. It has limited features compared to competitors - but is great if you only need to do social media posting/scheduling.

Overall: Easy to use and affordable - and also scalable.

Pros: Love Buffer because it's so easy to use! It tweets for me while I'm away from the computer, so weekends and nights it's especially handy. It's also free to use for a single account user.

Cons: The one thing I don't like is that they removed a feature. The optimal timing feature was removed....I found that really valuable. Wish they would bring it back!

Pros: It's quick, easier and makes work less stressful with the scheduling feature. It also gives analytics report on a post.

Cons: Our subscription only allow us to schedule up to 10 posts at a time. I had to use notepad to save social content which totally goes against the essence of using a social media tool.

Pros: It's great that I can allow various people across my organization to make their own social post across all of our social channels while maintaining control of what actually gets published. It's also great that I don't have to login to each channel separately, and can re-post content (especially important for Twitter) quickly and easily.

Cons: It's difficult to see success rates within the tool - you really have to dig deep into the reports to get an idea of whether or not your posts are effective or not.

Pros: The ease of use is what I like the most about buffer. It also allows you to go back to the history and re-share those posts with just a click. That's a great feature!

Pros: The Scheduling becomes very easy from the buffer. I love their Pablo Application. I can create lot of beautiful images from it and i just love that.

Cons: Besides the application is very good. I am Not Able to Remove The Branding from my facebook post. It is very irritating

Pros: I like how it makes it easy to share links from my personal profiles and space them out. The browser extension is the only way I use it and I rarely have to go to their website/product. The best part is - it's free to use. (There are paid plans but I'll come to that later). Also, they have a great team their support staff is pretty good.

Cons: While it's easy to use for individual/personal profiles, I find it limiting for what it offers to businesses. One thing it does really well is "scheduling" and that's what I use it for. It does seem pricey if you compare it with some of the other tools in the market. There's a lot more that you can get for that.

Pros: It's incredibly easy and simple to use. I love the autoschedule feature, and I especially love that you can reschedule old posts with a few clicks. I like how Buffer will set up the best posting schedule for you based on your engagement and audience.

Cons: As of the time I used it, there was not a bulk scheduling option. That would be a really handy feature.

Pros: What I like most about buffer is that you can have all your social media in one place. Including pinterest, which is not often included in this types of tools.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like about buffer is the fact that you can't post on instagram from the tool. If you schedule the post you'll have to post it from your phone, and that's a waste of time. Because you could simply do it from your phone and set up an alarm instead of using the app.

Overall: I was able to schedule my posts for the week in every social media (including pinterest) and everything was free because you can have 1 profile per platform and that's free, so you don't have to waste money if you're just starting to do social media with your business.

Pros: I like that I can schedule multiple posts on multiple different accounts. It's helpful that each of my social channels is organized and that I can easily check on and off if I want the post to go to that channel or not.

Cons: It is difficult to switch accounts on Buffer, you need to log in and out, when you should be able to do a quick switch. It would also be nice to be able to schedule more than 10 posts in advance.

Pros: My absolutely favorite thing is the "rebuffer" feature - this allows me to easily repeat tweets that received high engagement. I can do this seamlessly with 2 clicks in Buffer.

Cons: There are some limits to the functionality. For example, you can't schedule out several days in advance using the "rebuffer" feature.

Pros: The analytics are great. Easy to understand and brilliant to have all my information in one place. I have all my accounts on Buffer and can schedule each one for over a week in advance which frees up valuable time in my business.

Cons: I really miss the feature where Buffer used to make suggestions about articles I could share. Apart from that - no cons!

I used this program to save articles to post to multiple social media sources all at the same time.

Pros: It was great that I could schedule posts to go out later on instead of immediately, that way I could do a month's worth of work in a few hours depending on what it was.

Cons: I didn't like that it makes the twitter posts look strange and doesn't give good options for adding multiple photos to posts either.

Buffer is an excellent tool to use if you are managing multiple social channels for a business.

Pros: I enjoy this software because you can plug in a month's worth of content in a few hours, but schedule the posts to publish at peak days and times. Users' aren't aware but makes the most of the social media manager's time.

Cons: This software could easily be taken advantage of. It's a great tool for businesses, but it is also very important that businesses are still involved and are engaged on their social accounts and not solely rely on buffer.

Overall: It allows the social media manager to better prioritize their time.

Pros: Easy to set up and add accounts, easy to obtain articles from the web and great customer services. Buffer have really thought about the design and if steps aren't needed they are removed. For example, when adding a new time to a posting schedule there's no need for a save button, so there isn't one. Just add the new time and you're done.

Cons: A shame that the feature that suggested the best times to post has been withdrawn. It was useful to be get this guidance and my clients loved the idea.

Overall: Buffer helps save time and makes social media posts more effective.

Pros: This is a great tool for people like me who cannot afford a communiy manager yet. I prepare all my post for all my social media platform (Facebook, Twitter, Lindkin, Instagram) and schedule them for the week. Saves me a lot of time!

Cons: I wish we didn't have to manually use the phone to post on instagram, we can only have a reminder for that specific platform. However all the other platform post automatically without you having to be on your phone do to it manually.

Pros: The User Interface is pleasent and easy to use with little or no training. Scheduling posts across multiple platforms is great. With the iPhone app and the Safari extension, sharing posts is even easier and quicker as well.

Cons: There were a couple of features that I enjoyed, but are no longer supported (at this time anyway). One of those is the suggested posting times for each account. Buffer would analyze previous post engagement and offer suggest times. They no longer do this, but it's not a huge loss for me.

Overall: It's a huge time saver for a small business like ours where I am usually the only person managing multiple social media accounts.

My experience with Buffer has been excellent. It's quick and easy.

Pros: I like that I can plug in social media posts to multiple channels in seconds. I know that the social channels I use have posts publishing for the entire month.

Cons: I haven't used bulk buffer, I wish that it was better explained on how to upload multiple posts at once into buffer. Wish it was on the same site.

Overall: I can take time to plug in the needed info and trust the software will publish the correct posts at the correct times.

Pros: Easy to use. Simple and plenty of available customization for posts. It helps being able to schedule posts for our Instagram, Twitter and Facebook accounts all at once, all coordinated with the same message

Cons: It can occasionally pull up random photos that are not linked with the story/post we're trying to set up. It's easy to change, as long as you pay attention. Otherwise, you might have some unwanted and somewhat odd photos popping up on your Twitter feed.

Overall: Easy to use, makes structuring a coordinated message through social media much easier.

The Pablo design tool is an amazing feature to have built in and they give a lot of options

Cons: If you don't have the money to upgrade it the functionality almost becomes useless. The design is also not the best and can be a bit confusing.

Pros: The scheduling functionality is great, even though you can do it on the social media websites themselves, it helps to have a visual of what is to com during any given week.

Cons: The software does not allow you to boost your posts from the platform you have to go into the social media website themselves and boost them individually, which kind of defeats the purpose of scheduling in advance....

Overall: Being able to visually plan ahead for the week really helps me make better decisions.

Pros: Buffer is a company that does one thing, and they do it very well. You can create and schedule social media posts on Twitter, Facebook and more. The best part is that they don't make you schedule every single post -- you can simply create content and add it to your queue or "buffer," and it'll be posted at the best time, or on the schedule that you set for the week.

Cons: It's not good for social media monitoring, just for posting. You can add posts to your Buffer to be posted later, but you'll need another tool in order to do community management and engagement.

Affordable - I'm on the free account.
Well known; lots of resources for it like other 3rd party applications.

Cons: It does not do everything I want it to do, but there are no other social media management tools that do, so you can't hold that against Buffer at this stage.

Overall: It's important to state that I only know the software as a free user. I also use Hootsuite, but my preferred method of social media management is Buffer, although it does not offer everything I am looking for. If I could afford it, my choice of social media management would be MeetEdgar, but my business is not on that kind of scale yet and I can't afford it.

I use Bulk Buffer to upload bulk uploads, but the pain of it is that I have to go back to Buffer and upload images for each status. I don't know how the premium packages work, but on the free account, that is painful.

All in all, I recommend Buffer for the person starting out.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try it. Much easier to start and use than other tools and you don't have to study how it works, as you can figure it out pretty fast.

Having multiple social posts queued up saves us time and energy - we can batch our social work so we don't get behind and things don't become too cumbersome. Overall: Buffer is awesome. I use it to manage like a dozen social media accounts, both Twitter and Facebook. It's nice because you can have various queues set up for your different accounts, and mark anything that you add to Buffer to go to specific accounts, so you can double dip your content if you want. And then have your content sent out at specific times, with images too. So it lets you "set it and forget it" for at least part of your content marketing.

Another awesome thing about Buffer is the integrations. With IFTTT or Zapier, I can connect Buffer to other programs. For example, if I tag an article in Pocket with "startup", the article is automatically added to my queue for my startup related Twitter. Boom, easy way to keep fresh content going out!

Recommendations to other buyers: The "Awesome Plan" is worth doing and all you really need.

Pros: Great data and ease of use.

Overall: We use as part of a small marketing team to automate and schedule posts. The data-driven approach is incredibly useful and insightful, and allows us to automate and iterate on our social presence. Buffer provide the majority of the useful data and analytics, and does the hard work for us (suggests scheduling times based upon our user interaction).

Cons: Posting directly to Pinterest would be great... hopefully coming, but their alternative is a good workaround.

Overall: I've used a buffer for business and personal for two years. I can schedule those things that aren't timely and plan out customer social posts for many months. A great tool and worth the money.

Pros: Content Inbox allows me to draw shareable content from RSS feeds and add it to my queue
I can spend an hour a week and have my social networks publishing three times daily without having to think about it.

Cons: Zero

Overall: I've been using Buffer for the past few years and am a huge advocate both for the product and for the organization. Buffer has allowed me to maintain my social profiles with a very low amount of time and energy. The support team has always been incredible in their willingness to help out and deliver a world class experience. I've never felt more willing to write reviews for an organization before but Buffer just continues to deliver high value across all interactions.

Pros: Simple, ease to use.

Cons: Limited in feature set.

Overall: Buffer was a very simple and user friendly experience, that was very easy to use and intuitive.

Their "buffering" or queueing functionality ensured that we had content going out at the most optimal times throughout the day, and we could set it and forget it, then track results after.

One thing we wished Buffer had was integration with more social networks, as Instagram was one of our biggest channels, as well as social activity monitoring, so we can respond to customers and comments, and manage our brand.

Overall, if you're a small business just starting out, Buffer is a great tool.

Overall: Buffer's ability to allow you, the user, to schedule your posts to social media is priceless. Time-saving, efficient, and easy. Buffer makes certain you have the ability to schedule to post now or later. My rating for customer support is set where it is as I've not had the need to use customer support.

Overall: I have tried several competitor services, with many frustrations. I have never had any issues with Buffer. Customer support is always very friendly and responsive when I had any questions. They are constantly improving their services. I love how easy it is to publish things to multiple social media accounts with the push of 1 button. Fantastic!

Comments: Before Buffer, my social media posting would go in spurts. No Facebook page is better than a Facebook page that hasn't been updated in a month. Now with Buffer, I still post in spurts, but thanks to Buffer's scheduling controls, I can get in the zone on Saturday and schedule enough posts to last the whole next week.

Overall: I use buffer both professionally and personally. It is the best way to optimize and schedule your posts. I am able to set it and forget it. Out of all the social media scheduling software available, I have found this one to be the most useful. I have never had a post fail or post at an incorrect time. It is user-friendly and simple to learn and use. It is a great value for the money. I am able to get real-time analytics of my posts which help me gauge what is hitting the right nerve with potential leads. I have been able to increase my following and post for my business even when I am not in the office. This allows my organization to stay on top of mind with our customers.

Recommendations to other buyers: The ability to post pictures and use their Pablo software alongside to find free for commercial use photos is a god sent!

Comments: We used Buffer for some time and really really liked it. When we made the decision to stop using, we actually sent them a "sorry we have to break up note". We found a tool that was more useful to use for socializing our content and integrated with other tools that we were using. But wow, was their team responsive and fun to boot.

Pros: You can create set times that you want to schedule something based on the day. Made it easy if we wanted a specific number of posts to go out depending on the day. It also created a smaller link which was great for Twitter.

Overall: We used buffer in the beginning, it was a great tool to schedule out posts, especially Twitter. I liked that you could set the specific date and time.

Recommendations to other buyers: The only reason we changed was Hubspot offered the same service which was all on the same platform as our other content and website.
