Buffer's helped me do that. With other programs, you need to schedule specific posts, but I love Buffer's queue system, which offers a less rigid scheduling structure. Cons I'd say it all depends on how much time put into organic social. The overall risk could be setting up a queue and then not coming in as often as you should to keep it going.
